Interesting and unusual scent that smells much more expensive than it is. The incense and benzoin stick around. Definitely slight temple vibes, but in a fashion way. The musk comes through and feminises it (but also, a man could definitely wear it). I usually have trouble with musk and find it quite offputting but this one is quite light and almost powdery. I liked it enough to spray on my wrists and clothes in the store and within 3 hours it was completely gone on my wrists and I had to press my face into my clothes to smell it. Quite disappointing for the price — in the store it was £75 for a big bottle which is definitely on the higher end for a high street fashion house fragrance.

Cos worker here! I prefer this one from the entire line, this one is Clean, simple and timeless On my skin this does not project so much and gives minimal sillage but I really enjoy this scent. Imo- it is unisex but leans more feminine A good everyday scent though

There's a COS in my neighbourhood and I pop in from time to time. I always miss out on their chunky cashmere sweaters so the only thing I've ever bought was one of those oversized quilted bags because it came in a cotton version (only natural fibres for me please!) Anyways, H&M's upscale, older sister makes a lovely summer amber fragrance. Yes, you read that right. Amber for summer. All my other amber fragrances are in my winter wardrobe, because that's when one usually wants a warm blend of resins, amber, and musk. That blend is sensual and heavy. You know what else feels sensual and heavy? Sun-warmed skin in the summer. I'm not crazy about the oversized silver cap but the rest of the bottle is pleasing, and this smells far more expensive than it is. There is something about this fragrance that is very warm and urban, like the heat coming off hot pavement. It's something one would wear in a concrete, urban environment, not to the beach or at a summer cottage. It feels sensual and sophisticated. Imagine a well-dressed, sophisticated (but not rich) woman living in NYC in in the 1970s. This is what she would smell like in the summer.

@Leanne365 thanks! Based on the notes I was the least interested in this one, but after your opinion I am much more excited to explore the whole collection. I wish there were more ‘insider’ and honest comments from brands and houses, haha. I am so curious about people’s honest thoughts about scents if they are somehow related to them.
