Dulcess

This a sweet little perfume. Being a gourmand lover I was sure enough that I would like this that I bought a FB unsniffed. And I do like it. I must say it doesn't necessarily smell like an 'uber-expensive' scent, but don't let that put you off if you like scents that smell like a cloud of sweet musky coconutty vanilla. The almond blossom was strong at first, but it mellows down and becomes a lovely supporting player to the very subtle fruits, and mainly coconut creaminess.

Its the pear and almond blossom that make this frag special imo. There are a lot of candy sweet drags i.e pink sugar, la vie belle etc. But this has something akin to a fresh breeze blowing through the middle of it all. The pear really brightens this up and makes it my favorite cotton candy frag of the moment.

Soapy and therefore special! I this scent was a color, it'd be white due to its pureness. :) 9154ml nailed it, Dulcess doesn't strike you as an expensive scent but if you like soapy fragrances, it is worth a try! p.s. afterwards added: Dulcess is the frag of my Summer 2010.

soft and sweet, but not cavity-inducingly so. coconut, vanilla, and faint floral. very light and pretty, but disappointingly, it has a very soft sillage and weak longevity.

This is a delicious gourmand that literally makes my mouth water, and I am not a big fan of gourmand or sweet perfumes in general. I am surprised at the comparisons to Pink Sugar or Warm Vanilla Sugar because I detect a lot more complexity in it. There is definitely vanilla, almond, and coconut, and it is definitely warm. It is also salty (the sand notes?) and buttery on me, which saves it from being too sweet. While the initial burst smells a bit like marshmallow, that goes away within half an hour and the heart notes are just lovely. I do detect some pear and a floral that I guess is almond blossom(never smelled that before). I love coconut, but I mostly can't wear it because it goes Yankee candle on me (cloyingly sweet and waxen). This hasn't done that even after hours. I also think it would layer wonderfully with Costamor Tabacca. Definitely worth testing for yourself and I think I'll be buying a full bottle.

Simple soft and clean scent for the beach. You will enjoy the blend of tonka bean, coconut, almond blossoms, soft musks and vanilla. It sits very close to the skin and is not cloying. You can apply frequently as the price allows for it.

"airy" and "light"...for sure. Pretty, but sillage and longevity are near non-existent

There are a lot of powdery, fruity vanilla frags like this one--you likely already have something like this in your perfume closet. I love Xerjoff's Dama Biana. Dulcess is the poor cousin, unsuccessfully blended, lower quality ingredients, a confusing blend of synthetic notes. The effect, on my skin, is cheap, generic and a bit soapy (the lily-of-the-valley, I suppose).

"Sweet little" is a good description of this fragrance, 9154mf :-). Very natural - somehow organic sweetness - it is what I imagine crushed, raw sugar cane would smell... Very simple, to me this scent is not very soapy or perhaps there is just a vague hint of soapiness, a faint whiff of soap you might detect coming from a clothing item taken straight out of a wardrobe where a few bars of soap have been stored... Still - the pure (as in clean) sweetness is the dominant note here along with a bit of vanilla, fruit and gentle blossom. Quite nice.

A very light and airy perfume, perfect for all year round wear. It's too sweet for my personal taste but I can appreciate the simplicity and beauty. I honestly do get a bit of a beach vibe with the citrus and sand but it mostly smells like a run of the mill vanilla for me. Good price though and incredible sillage when paired with the right lotion. Overall 7/10 but if you like sweet scents, this is a good deal!

I really liked this scent. It was just straight, clean, crisp sugar. No chemically smell, no fake strawberry candy. Unfortunately, it was gone within an hour of applying. I really wish it were stronger. This could have been a love for me. Instead it's just a solid like.

The first reaction I had to this was "Oh, it's like Pink Sugar, only it doesn't smell like Windex sprayed on cotton candy." If you do like spun sugar, this is a bit more complex and well-rounded as it does have a realistic "sand" note which makes it more interesting.

Since I grew up in tropical country, this perfume really reminds me of ripe mango and pineapple scent. It's sweet, but not too boozy and heavy.

Dry-down reminded very much of Hanae mori EDP, was pleasant almondy-coconut-vanillic... nice, but probably wouldn't purchase a FB
