Chanson d'Eau Jasmine

I love this!!! I've been after a fresh, green, jasmine, white floral scent for summer for ages now. My mum surprised me with a bottle of this today and I absolutely adore it. It's a sweet, fresh jasmine that reminds me of going for evening walks in the city during summer and the jasmine flowers being in full bloom. I love tuberose too and it adds a creamy white floral touch. I'm also a huge fan of green notes in summer, especially during humid days, which keep this fresh and without them it may have been a bit too overwhelmingly floral. The touch of vanilla is perfect too, not gourmand like so many others. This is definitely everything I've wanted in a fresh jasmine fragrance for the summer. It's inexpensive too so I can spray it all over my clothes guilt free. I love waking up early and still smelling the beautiful jasmine on me. Some say it has an aquatic quality too and yes, it's perfect for lounging by the pool. Plus the comparison to Gucci Bloom, which most people seem disappointed by the later, this is definitely cheaper and nicer 🤍💐💚🌿

I love it. I'm recently in my "white flower fragrance" phase. This was a steal, only 10€. It has a decent lasting power and a good projection and scent bubble. it's a type of slightly sweet and lactonic white flower but it's well balanced by the acquatic/ green notes. Ideal for spring, probably also suitable for summer.

Wow heavenly scent! Not exactly like jasmine, but that type of white floral scent, reminds me a lot of Woods of Windsor's White Jasmine, which is somewhat on the ylang-tuberose side of things and similarly lovely. Great scent for spring and summer, I'm definiely getting myself a bottle.

Love this fragrance nice jasmine scent not too overpowering but can still detect the scent. A great perfume to either layer or on its own. I usually like to layer this one with Elizabeth Arden Green Tea feels nice and refreshing especially on a hot day.

I bought this because I can rarely find a white floral that focuses on jasmine instead of tuberose. For starters, it's a great budget-friendly white floral perfume. It's not a pure, sweet jasmine scent- the tuberose definitely comes through in the dry down. My main complaint is that it has a noticeable synthetic, almost chemical edge. It's not strong enough to ruin the fragrance, but it's definitely present and keeps it from smelling particularly refined. The scent itself is also fairly linear. What you smell in the opening is more or less what you get throughout the wear, without much development or complexity. Because of that, I mostly use it as a layering fragrance or even a body mist to add an extra jasmine note underneath more complex white florals. Performance is decent but nothing special. The sillage is moderate for the first hour, then it sits very close to the skin. After that, only someone hugging you is likely to notice it, and the longevity is fairly weak. Overall, I have a hard time imagining this as a standalone perfume. However, as an affordable layering fragrance or jasmine-forward body mist, it does its job well.

I'm usually into sweet, edible scents but I wanted to try something more fresh for balance and this is really nice. I am not used to florals so this came off really strong to me at first however I still find it pleasant. A basic but pretty fragrance AND it was cheap so no regrets lol!

The comparison to Gucci Guilty is fair. So is the comparison to Light Blue. Its like the 2 had a baby. Its both floral and fresh. Starts off air freshener like then dries to sweeter florals. Worth the purchase if you like those types of clean flowers. Completely summer daytime.

The one I got packs a punch! Tuberose and green! Turns sickly when I sweat, unfortunately. Layers great with other florals, I find that a fragrance with fruit or powdery notes tend to balance it out nicely.

Nice, sweet, fresh jasmine. A bit too alcoholic on first spray, but then it settles and creates a refreshing, casual jasmine mist. Very youthful and summery.

Surprised not to see a "sweet" accord there, I was hoping for just straight white floral with fresh green notes.. But, its too sweet for me. I have not tried a jasmine forward fragrance before, only a more hidden jasmine. I guess jasmine is not so much for me, or its the tuberose, something just smells off to me. Nice looking bottle though, but its a sell for me.

I love it when you get a random whiff of jasmine in the spring. This one is for people who can handle having this scent up their nose for a long time. Unfortunately it's a migraine in a bottle for me.

It's a nice one, everyday spring-summer scent. Green floral, unoffensive. Not groundbreaking but pleasent for the price point.

I'm usually a very gourmand and smoky scent kinda girl. BUT in the summer warmer days I only want to wear this fragance, jasmine is the only flower note I can handle. It so nostalgic to me, it reminds me when I was a little girl and I stayed up late in my beach house garden, and all the place smelled of jasmine. Also, if you are going for a swim i recommend this scent, maybe it sounds weird, but it has a clean accord that pairs perfectly with water. (Also I have seen people say this scent is too strong. If you want this scent but softer and more delicate, try Jazmín de Noche by Alvarez Gomez, it is also very affordable)
