Well, I just spent an hour racking my brain trying to remember what scent I had in the frosted glass bottle with the green plastic top that had a fresh, green scent. (Google wasn't any help.) Finally, it dawned on me ROOTS! Oh, how I loved The Moffatts, so of course my signature scent of the late 90's HAD to be from a Canadian store. I wore this religiously until I got a real boyfriend in 2001. Ha! Holy nostalgia!!!!

How I miss Roots for her. A lovely summer fragrance that I wore non stop from the time I purchased it until the bottle ran out. Fresh, somewhat herbal, lasts about 2-3 hours only but radiates a couple feet. Definitely distinctive.

I'm SO SAD this was discontinued. It was one of my mother's favorite scents and it grew on me. The closest dupe I've found is "You Or Someone Like You" by Etat Libre d'Orange.

This is my first fragrantica review. Since there isn't one for this fragrance yet, and I'm Canadian, I thought this was a great place to start. I got the 30 ml bottle today from a kijiji collector for $5 and feel I got a real steal!! First spray was somewhat astringent then quickly settled into a fresh greenery that reminded me of celery. I couldn't get much of it after an hour so I sprayed more liberally and now enjoying this lovely wet woods and floral 3 hours later. I get lily of the valley and a soft woodsy musk that reminds of me of a misty camping morning. Such a nice treat for a snowy Sunday in January.
