This is lovely! Dense, warm and earthy. I am not a fan of clean and sharp ouds, they all smell the same to me. I rather like the stanky ones. This is neither. This oud combined with the turmeric has more of a patchouli like character. Not the damp, I just dug a hole in the woods kind but dry and combined with the vanilla rather sweet. But don't let the small amount of notes fool you, this is massive, it will get you noticed and it might be polarizing. To me it is seduction and confidence in a bottle. You should have a certain standing or it might wear you instead of vice versa. To me this is an autumn/winter scent with excellent longevity. I testsprayed it and ordered a full bottle the same day.

Turmeric, yes ok. Ginger, yes. Oud, not even close. Vanilla, yes. It's the usual plasticky musk with some cheap, flimsy aroma-chemicals. To suggest this has ever been near oud is a total joke. It actually becomes pretty nauseating as it develops. There are musks from this brand I like, but this is quite horrible.
