Rose de Courreges

I've been looking for the perfect mix of feminine, sexy, and clean for a long time, and I finally picked this up in Japan of all places. Sprayed onto a test paper, this perfume is floral and very fresh and clean. The sexiness happens when you apply it to your warm skin. This perfume has a depth that's both luxurious and tender, and doesn't give me a headache, which is a surprise considering how strong it is. It's really the perfect combination of fresh and fun, and if you're tired of sexy perfumes smelling "dirty", give this one a try!

Absolutely lovely : juicy, fruity and delicate. Rose is very present of course, but sweet fruits are very present too. It seems there is something sugary in it. I can't help thinking of Sweet Courreges and I'm so happy (I loved Sweet Courreges). Too bad : very very expensive ! Similar to Baby Doll YSL.

This should have been named Vinyl Rose. It has the Courreges touch, taking a matronly classic (rose) and doing a modern reinterpretation. Reminds me of a shiny irridescent neon green vinyl jacket I had in my teens waaaaaayyy back in the day. Not a Courreges vinyl jacket, but a cheapie from the mall. Classic profile, modern textile. This is a perfect clean girl scent. Not soapy fresh, but citrus fresh. Yoga mom, bleach blonde hair in a muppet bun, hot pink tank top, black yoga pants and flip flops. That's who this scent is. Rose is barely detectable in this. It's all about the grapefruit, smells sharp like you literally just cut open a pink grapefruit and squeezed its juice into a bottle. Maybe a bit of bamboo, but you aren't sure what you are smelling. Then you get the softness of cherry blossom, and the watery and aquatic lotus. Light musk throughout. Gently sweet, but citrus sour. Lasting power is amazing, sillage is moderate to strong. Great value, I paid maybe $12.99 for a 3 oz bottle. I like this one, it's very pretty. Could absolutely be a signature scent for a lover of aquatic florals or citrus fans looking for not just another boring lemony freshie. I feel a bit ridiculous at my age wearing it any place but to bed after a warm bath. Perfect gift for a teen girl or granola crunchy types in the sub-thirty age range. It's comfortably a running errands type of frag.

I purchased this hoping for a good rose fragrance, but I'm disappointed. The fragrance is good, however; I get lots of pink grapefruit, bamboo, amber and musk, so it is definitely complex and interesting. To my nose it is just not rosy. I ordered the new version of Courreges in Blue and am more pleased with this one. They are both very citrusy, but the Courreges in Blue is more complex. I'd recommend either of them, because they come across as old fashioned green/florals, which I love. The sillage and longevity are both better than average, which for me is saying something, because I tend to favor sillage monsters. They are both lovely very fresh daytime fragrances.

Beautiful feminine fragrance. I just bought this in Galleries Lafayettes in Paris and for the moment, this fragrance is exclusive to this store. After I paid, the saleswoman asked if I would like her to spray some on my skin and then she proceeded to spray all around me, like a halo: a beautiful extravagant gesture. It will always remind me of springtime in Paris 2013: modern, light and feminine.

Soapy, clean rose smell. This is very refreshing, clean and inoffensive. I spray it on my sheets before bed, its also good for working a long shift.

Forget about the roses (it cames much later), consentrate on the great citrus scent, and this is a very, very lovely scent =)) It's nice for everyday use, and I think the drydown smell lovely, it's also very cheap bought at internet from Norway =))

When they say "clean," they mean Windex.

Found a nice deal; it was very cheap, i checked comments here and i was not sure if i m gonna like it or not but based on the notes and affordable price of it; i purchased this one. I sprayed it and first sniff was too harsh for me; almost unbearable,synthetic peachy smell and for first 30-45 minutes it made me even a little bit nauseated, but after an hour it started to turn into a lovely smell; as a person who s really keen on rose smells; this one doesnt smell like real rose to me; but it s a very modern and definetly a complex smell. I will definetly give it a chance and wear it a couple of times more to understand it better. It s not sth spectecular but suitable for wearing during spring and summer; fruity floral and modern.

On first spray this is sparkling citrus fragrance with a delicate green floral undertone. Despite the name, I wouldn't recommend this for someone seeking a heavy rose fragrance as they'll be disappointed. Having said that this is a beautiful scent. Feminine and delicate despite its initial intensity in the first couple of minutes. It dries down to a cosy modern floral with the grapefruit allowing it to remain uplifting throughout. There's something very soothing about this scent so I wear this before bed and it makes me feel extra clean. A perfect spring/summer scent.

this is exactly what I had predicted, exactly what I wanted beautiful fresh floral perfume, rosey, citrusy, peony blushing, some woody bamboo, oh if you love grapefruit and rose you cannot go wrong with this

I am totally disappointed with this fragrance. All I smell is citrus which fades away with an hour or less. I do not recommend purchasing this.
