Nomad

I happen to receive this as part of a bundle that I got from facebook market. My bottle seems to be from 1999 from the bottom sticker. It has an alright smell that is pleasant but seems kind of generic. It lasts for maybe 20 minutes and then becomes a faint skin scent. Happy to experience it but definitely not worth what ebay voltures are asking for it, just because it's discontinued.

I adore this on my boyfriend and find it comforting to spray on my pillows and sheets. The combination of notes relaxes me. It's sporty, yet traditionally masculine; good for all purposes. A fresh spicy-woods cologne with a very distinctive citrus lift. I see nothing wrong with a well-done classic cologne; Nomad is ageless and timeless, at least to me.

I love this scent because my late husband wore it. On him, it was spicy, woody yet fresh. Notably delicious but not disruptive to his work in health care. Now I wear it on occasion, and on me it takes a distinct aquatic effect overlaying the other notes. Simple, masculine, rather classic, and a surprisingly great crossover for women.

I had the shaving soap version of this scent first. It was absolutely amazing. I just can recommend this fragrance to anyone who would like to try a completely new scent. Everyone around me likes it just as i do. :) Great sillage, great longevity on this. Bet you will like it! :)

Nomad is a wonderful aromatic scent, the ginger really adds a zing to the fragrance. But basically this one really smells like the notes would indicate - lemony tea with a slice of ginger in a cup made of wood :) Lovely and refreshing.

Ah Nomad. I stumbled upon this the week it came out in 1999 and for the longest time I wore this and Givenchy Pi almost exclusively. But much like nostalgia, the reality has not lived up to time. After nearly a decade without any of this on hand, I finally tracked down an old bottle and while it brings back memories, if I'm honest: I'm a bit disappointed. I remember this being so much more woodsy and aromatic then it actually is. Objectively speaking it has virtually no projection anymore. Maybe it did once-long ago but time has not been kind to this long-discontinued juice. Going purely off what it smells like TODAY from a vintage bottle, It gives me an impression of Montblanc Presence which is not a bad thing but it lacks the spices and woods of yesteryear, probably due to time simply degrading the blend. Goes on almost immediately to a skin scent after a brief, very alcoholic opening. The bamboo is still very prominent and it smells nice if you are right on top of it but otherwise fades into nothing. I guess nothing lasts forever. Based exclusively on this vintage bottle from 1999, as it smells and performs today: Scent: 4/10 you could replace this with Montblanc Presence and get better scent and performance. Longevity: 2/10 almost immediately a skin scent that fades into a slightly sour note two hours in and it's gone. Sillage: 0/10 none left. Projection: 1/10 I could smell it on my forearm at rest for the first 10 minutes but after that I got almost nothing. Would I buy another bottle: I sadly have to say no. Time has not been kind to what was once my favorite fragrance back in the day. Much like my jeans from then would no longer fit me today, I have also outgrown Nomad and it is showing it's age.

I received this as a gift and it is just awesome! the smell itself lasts for quite a while, if I take my shirt off at the end of the day and give it a good whiff I can still smell traces of the cologne on the fibres. It is a generic bottle but the "by royal appointment" is a nice touch. This is my go to cologne for an important event or interview, it isn't overpowering and is a nice cologne (I find personally) all year round.

Soft, sweet, and clean with a pinch of spice but overall a pretty underwhelming fragrance... (Forgot I even had this 3.4) A pretty good scent for un-eventful tasks such as grilling out or say walking the dog. Don't think I would ever use it otherwise.

As a men's scent I found this one quite pleasant and picked it successfully as a birthday gift for someone. It's nice and gentle and good for the daytime but also a little mysterious.

Not bad, not amazing, just a clean and modern scent. A nice smelling mix of citrus, woods and bamboo. It tries to combine a touch of the old exotic with a modern influence and overall comes across as smelling just a fresh, clean, modern kind of smell. Personally I prefer the scent "Sienna" by Crabtree & Evelyn but I will say the shaving products for "Nomad" are pretty awesome, even if the Eau de Toilette is just ok. Either way it's not bad, it's a pleasant one and will smell good on just about anyone.

I was lookig for something special for my dad. When he was younger, he loved travelling, and still does quite a lot. I got mislead by the name and the package thinking the juice will be something adventurous and reminescent of unexplored parts of the desert, where only the natives have access. Nomad on the other hand smells like a tourist visiting Egypt. It actually reminds me a lot of Hugo Boss In Motion, which I would not say makes me think of adventures and danger:) And certainly not of nomads, unless we talk about very modern ones, dressed in suits, with a briefcase in their hands or a laptop bag over their shoulders. The juice is just way too modern for the name it bears.

It is definitely of the sporty variety, with it's citrus and ginger initial impression. It is definitely noticeable but inoffensive, which means that you can wear it to th office secure in the knowledge thatnwhile you will be noticed, you won't be talked about behind your back. I like Nomad, but then that migh be becaus I am in my late 50s an this scent is more from my time Han some of he more modern scents. C&E do some nice conservative scents and Nomad is one of heir best.

I like the name, I like the bottle but the juice is so generic. As others have mentioned, it is woodsy, masculine and clean, but it reminds me of about 1000 drugstore fragrances aimed at "the mature gentleman". I got this as a Christmas gift and can't help but think that the giver may have also been the recipient at some stage. It's not so great that you'd want to wear it, but also not so bad that you'd want to throw it away. The perfect regifting fragrance!

My husband sometimes wears this one or uses the shaving foam in this scent. Nomad is a very traditionally masculine and fresh-smelling cologne. I would best describe it as "spicy woods." Nice, but nothing new and nothing special. The scent has good sillage but is not particularly long-lasting. This one would be a safe choice for the office, or as a gift for a dad/brother/brother-in-law whose tastes you weren't quite sure of.

This is the best one out of the all that they carries for men. It seems pretty typical in this category, but thanks to the tea note, Nomad is kinda quiet fragrance with the extra punch hidden (like ginger, cloves, and cedar) which the wearer wouldn't notice so much but the bystander. This is a fresh woody scent that is actually a fool proof. It's hard to regret having this one unless you pay too much for it.

I bought this for my husband but I wear it sometimes as well. I think it's a great Unisex fragrance. The notes seem somewhat similar to CK One, but Nomad is less fruity. Nomad: Green tea, lemon tree, ginger, bamboo, cloves, sandalwood, cedar, teak. CK One: Green notes, several fruits, florals, cardamon, sandalwood, cedar, oakmoss.

A nice, calm and likeable scent for everyday wear for any occasion. Green, orange, bamboo - but all tranquil. A vague image of a middle eastern desert, camel and spice trader comes to mind. A decent go to fragrance if you are after a pleasant, fresh, yet not overpowering eau de toilette.

Tried it at a C&E store today. First came the strong Woody smell, then the Citrus smell released right away. I compared it with the Sienna. Nomad smells more "SPORTY" than Sienna. It is an "ORDINARY" men fragrance. Almost all men can wear it.

Generic, the pyramid of notes looks so enticing and interesting...............unfortunately though after you apply this it seems so boring.

EDT This fragrance is a soft and smooth too, which I think is almost odorless. Just give the impression of cleanliness, and nothing else.
