Caramel Days

Caramel days does resemble cheirosa 62', but it's slightly more refined and grown up. I have both, but I prefer this. Both are too sweet for my liking, but I think I can stomach wearing this. I'll update my review once I get to wear it properly. I've read a pretty negative article about cra-yon here on Fragrantica, but I don't get it! I really enjoy the scents that I have tried and want to explore more from this brand

Bought cra-yons tester set and this is one of the ones I likes more. Very summery and sweet. A hint of sunscreen from the coconut, caramel and the cacao is there in the back somewhere. The citrus and floral notes combine into an almost pineappley/tropical fruit note on my skin. My only complaint is that it’s horribly weak. I get almost no projection and the lasting power leaves much to be desired in my opinion.

I don’t get any of the fruity or floral notes. It’s just caramel and vanilla with maybe a hint of something to ground it. It’s not a terrible scent, but too sweet for me.

There is a vague caramel that recalls Prada Candy but to me this is much more a tropical, summery scent vs a gourmand (although it is quite sweet). There’s something here that smells almost plastic but not in an unpleasant way. Imagine a hot day at the pool, wearing sunscreen and vanilla body spray, floating on a brand new plastic pool float that’s been warmed by the sun. This is in the same family as Replica’s Beach Walk. It’s not my kind of scent but I can see a lot of people enjoying this.

Tried this in store, and it was nice! Reminded me a bit of a caramel latte, but still fresh and fragrant? I see a lot of gourmands referred to as sickly thus impossible for summer, but this didn't fit that. I think it's the florals.
