Cherry Éclair

this is a great, safe and simple body mist. initially smells like musky, woodsy with a touch of sweet cherry, but after a little drying down the palo santo and caramel kick in, while still the woodsy sweet cherry on top. this fragrance is beautifully simple, not overbearing. I'd say it's more intimate, it definitely doesn't fill a room. I'd also say it's more sweet musky and woodsy than it is cherry. this fragrance is good for any time of day, any season. I personally don't get Lovefest by Kayali from this fragrance, as that dna is more cherry forward & much stronger & spicier. I honestly get more Vanilla 28 from this than Lovefest; but this is much lighter than either of them. definitely leans more feminine but I'd say can be masculine if the sweetness isn't an issue. this is totally a safe every day spray throughout the day to stay fresh fragrance, and you can't beat it for 200ml for just under $13. I'd give this a 8.5 out of 10, only docking a couple of points because the sillage is only okay & it's not a groundbreaking fragrance; we've all smelt this type of dna in other frangrances. still beautiful.

I'm a disliker of cherry usually, and if I wasn't, I'd probably enjoy this more. That said, the cherry here isn't as thickly syrupy as I'm used to smelling lately. It's actually quite fresh. The vanilla/almond/caramel combo creates a biscuit-y sort of accord (it's a theme apparently with this brand), where the cherry appears to sit atop the gourmond elements. That is to say...I don't find this fragrance dense or suffocating. Palo santo? Well, not in a million years would I guess that this contained it, but there was a sort of woody/colonge-y hint within this too. This does NOT smell like any of the Good Girl fragrances, please don't misunderstand me...but it reminds me of how GG fragrances tend to blend florals, woods, fruits, and an almondy gourmond accord all together.

These body mists are not worth the money. The scent is non-existent.
