This fragrance has a gorgeous opening - you can smell all the beauty of yellow florals (I actually thought there was ylang ylang in there too) but also there’s this mega freshness to it too! The fragrance then dries into realistic clementines which is a first in my collection of frags. Impressed with the brand, want to try something else now.... Maybe Cola...

Holy moly! This is just such a stunning floral perfume! There is nothing too peculiar or different about it, and it will apply to the masses. For me, without knowing the notes, it smells like peony and magnolia. The magnolia is rosy, not lemony, woody ( like in FM Eau de Magnolia) or gingery. ( G&B Ingenious Ginger). The mimosa is very natural and well balanced, appearing in the middle notes. It's powdery and close to the skin. I enjoyed this note much more than Aerins honeysuckle mimosa. Clementine sweetens the floral notes without coming off as overly fruity. It reminds me of hot humid days in Sydney, dressed up to watch a movie at The Ritz. There's something so glamorous and cinematic about this. Think Lana del Rey music videos with heavy filters. It's modern, without ugly Chanel aldehydes, but the notes are reminiscent of more glamorous old times. I can't wait to get my hands on a full bottle. 10/10 perfection for me.

I totally agree with KittyMeow below/above me with her review. Criminal Elements has a gorgeous vintage quality to them, absolutely. The mimosa pairs perfectly with the citrus and the scent really has some substantial body behind it. It is totally like nothing I would ever wear, though, but it is still stunningly beautiful. I really like Criminal Elements, I seriously recommend trying them out...

I can’t even describe how beautiful this is. All Criminal Elements fragrances have a vintage quality that can’t be defined. I don’t even like white flowers yet these somehow transport me to another realm. Outstanding. At once bold and vintage while modern and gourmand. It doesn’t make sense but it works.
