I got this as an unauthorized substitute in an order I made for two Dianoche Ocean and got one of that and one of this. I was a bit annoyed, but when I sprayed it on, I immediately liked it a lot, the patchouli was quite strong but very nice, along with the floral notes. So it turned out okay after all! Really liking this. I have Euphoria and I'm not sensing any similarity to it in this. Edit - changing this to a love! So amazingly gorgeous! I went to take my computer in for repair - my repairman is a fragrance enthusiast like myself. One day when I brought in something he immediately complimented me on my scent, it was La Vie est Belle that day, and we bonded over our love of fragrances then and there, lol! So, to get to the point of Dianoche Passion, the other day, again, I was bringing a hard drive in and again he remarked what is that you are wearing? And of course it was Dianoche Passion. Turns out he loves patchouli, which is done so nicely here. With only three notes in this lovely fragrance, it smells much more complex. I have fallen in love with it even more now and and although I have two bottles I ordered another two I'm bordering on obsession!

UPDATE: I ended up having to throw this out. It turned into a synthetic sour mess on me. The Ocean Daytime is far superior. ******************** I bought this at Ross last week. At first I thought it was a bad buy or that the perfume went bad. It had a leak in it that I discovered after I opened it. But, I let it sit for a few days before trying it again. The day time (top one) t has a blast of synthetic patchouli in the opening but it thankfully settles quickly and the berries and florals start to come out. It's a soft perfume that sits close to the skin within minutes, similar to a body spray. Feminine and a bit delicate. It's nothing ground breaking, complicated or unique, which is ok. The bottle is pretty!

The top Night part is fruitier, sweeter than the bottom Day part. Very confusing! The bottom Day part seems more like an evening perfume.

Warm. Sweet. Lightly floral. It’s very pretty. I definitely get the berry vibes.
