I'm in the minority here since I'm a male. I think this fragrance works wonders on my skin. It comes across as being very much unisex on my skin. Sweet and powdery. Unlike a lot of males, I embrace Iris scents. I've had this fragrance for over a year now, and ive recently started playing around with layering it with others. One combo that is worth a try is Josune as the base and Parfums De Marly Percival on top. This combo really brings Josune alive by brightening it up. Overall, I give Josune an 8.5/10. Good performance and longevity. I will say, you can easily become nose blind to this one.

Josune feels like a praline cake, it's so yummy and sweet (i hv a sweet tooth, pardon me). And i can understand that people think this perfume is more on the feminine side. On me, the bergamote is none to be found, immediately i can detect something chocolatey with jasmine, and then patchouli adds more depth to the conconction, and iris gives the touch of powdery, the result is a very balanced fragrance, which I think is still safe to be worn by guys. I say this one is safe for a blindbuy.

Josune is a beautiful Floral perfume with an exquisite Gourmand touch. The fragrance opens bright and softly citrusy. In a floral bouquet mixed with a delicious praline accord. I can clearly perceive a soft smell of dark chocolate, from its release and throughout its evolution. Getting a little sweeter and slightly powdery in the heart. The drying is warm and creamy with amber chords. On my skin it smells delicately feminine and sensual.

Sweet, chocolaty scent with good projection. But it is definitely not for men. Idk why D. Josier is marketing it as unisex. However, it is possible to use it together with dirty/musky/leathery scents. For instance I mixed it with Karl Lagerfeld's classic and got a beautiful masculine smell. I also mixed it with Dior's Leather Oud and the result was quite good actually. Scent: 8/10 Longevity: 8/10 Projection: 10/10

Josune is simply my favorite frag. from Daniel!! its what I call valentines day on a bottle. It is a UNISEX frag to me cause I do not get much of the flowers. THIS IS CHOCOLATE AND VANILLA thats it!! My favorite gourmand!! Great longevity and good sillage on my skin!!

Wonderful. I totally get the LVEB comparison, specifically LVEB Intense. It also reminds me a bit of Ici. This seems like a real compliment getter and a general "feel good" fragrance. Like someone else said, Valentine's Day! Really put a smile on my face today ♡

An elegant floral with a gourmand touch. A tender perfume, featuring rose, jasmine and iris in delicate proportion. Soon the chocolate notes come into play, adding a lush, edible quality to the perfume. Excellent projection and longevity over 12 hours on me.

A romantic everyday scent. This for me smells like a mix of Coco Noir and Luxuria. I really like it because I love both Coco Noir and Luxuria but both of those fragrances were a disappointment in the dry down. This does not.

Josune is a beautiful feminine floral and gourmand fragrance. When I saw all that floral notes I thought it was going to be another generic scent. I was wrong. This is very rich and smooth on its realm of sweet flowers and it has that zesty opening and chocolatey dry down to it that make it original. I’m personally not into floral based scents, but this one charmed me as an everyday, office and romantic occasions scent, especially for spring and summer, and enjoy it particularly after about five minutes, when the vanilla and the praline join the composition. Imagine you wearing an airy linen dress or shirt, your hair is just washed, you’re clean and feel happy with all that flowers blooming, you’re in a romantic and a bit naughty mood. So you spray Josune all over your body, not because it’s weak, but because you don’t mind over spraying as it never gets overwhelming and you want everyone to smell your sensual yet playful sweetness💛

We carry this line at my work & we got this one in yesterday agreed this smells like a Flowerbomb/LVEB combo.. only this is more chocolatier. On my skin I get that famous lip stick/ make up note I take from the Iris also get a really nice powdery-ness again most likely from the iris. Unisex eh..I mean anything can be unisex if you're bold enough, but this definitely leans more to the fem. side. It makes no never mind to me so I kind of like this one..deff. one to look into if you're into gourmand-esque scents & like sweet like FB & LVEB..

Super sweet, full on floral, sparkly pink, youthful girly, generic department store perfume. It's nice, but lacking in any wow factor or uniqueness to my nose. I've smelled this 100 times before and I'm sure I'll smell it 100 times again. I agree with the similarities to suggestions that are on here, it is very similar to those for sure. Honestly, I just get just a whole lot of refined white sugar with this one that comes across very synthetic, drowning most of the notes in it. There's the chocolate in here for sure and the vanilla, along with the powdery touch of iris, but my god is it ever sweet. Also, very linear (it does lasts ages though!).

Okay so I’m kinda mad at myself for buying the 100ml version without testing it first. It has all the notes I thought I would love, especially the vanilla and praline. However being a gourmand lover, I have really picky senses when it comes to perfumes. Initial spray: Floral bomb. Floral. Floral. Floral. Floral. Girl. Woman. Floral. Floral. Pink. Dark pink. Light pink. Floral. Female. Floral. Got it? About 2-3 hours later on my skin: Now the chocolate note is starting to pull through, but it’s still floral on my skin. The top notes just never go away for me. I wish I could send it back to fragrantica because I just really didn’t like this fragrance at all. It’s not a unisex, sorry Daniel. This is 95% a female targeted fragrance. Smells like flowers from a woman’s dress. Scent (gourmand lover): 5.5/10 Projection: 9/10 Now it’ll sit on my table and never be sprayed again until someone buys it from me, because I just can’t wear this. If you love this fragrance then that’s fantastic! However it’s just not for me.

I don't like this at all it has an annoying stinkingly sweetness to it. I dislike rose, jasmine and pralines so that's probably the reason why.

Great addition to my collection. I love gourmand perfumes and heard this was a good one to check out, though I think it’s a bit more floral on my skin than gourmand. Either way I like it. First spritz gives me total Flowerbomb vibes, except with more fluffy sweetness from the praline. I didn’t really enjoy FB all that much but I’m digging this one! I have sprayed this on about half hour ago and the sweetness is still there but now it smells more like FB than it did in the beginning though it’s still different and sweet enough to make it likeable to me! If you adore and own FB I don’t think you need this one but if you tried FB and didn’t like it much, this might be just your thing!!! I got this one at a really great price, along with Nino Amadeo’s La Vie Reve, an addictive and elegant marshmallow scent that has amazing longevity (a huge plus for me) and smells like a perfumed marshmallow pillow if that makes any sense!

Let me start of by saying that I love the price / quality ratio of this niche house! Josune a great step up for those that love LVEB. It is definitely a more refined version. Patchouli and praline are prominent here, and you have to love sweet. I don’t think it’s any similar to Flowerbomb. Definitely more feminine leaning. Great performance, not synthetic smelling.
