Bubble Tea

I think a more apt to describe this would have been Bubble Tea Shop rather than just Bubble Tea. It feels exactly like walking into a boba shop. You can smell each element (tea, sugar, milk, boba) waft into the air, which lends it to feeling much more effervescent than sticky and syrupy than I was expecting. The black tea in this has a beautiful floral nuance and smells much more like a jasmine black tea than black tea by itself. Then there's the starchiness of the tapioca pearls, which remind me of the chewiness in Strawberry Mochi but lighter and slightly nuttier. The milk is detectable but stays in the background and rounds out everything from getting too sharp and aromatic, the same with the sugar as well. Easy to reach for and I think can be worn whenever. Its only downside is its longevity and projection. Lasts about 2-3 hours at full force but fades into a floral black tea with a bit of starchiness.

Such a comfortable tea scent with that milk and slightly sweet. Not a tea drinker so unsure what Boba smells like. Think it could be a year round for most people but it feels like a rainy spring/fall scent to me living in a desert climate. Just arrived so need to sit with it more but really love this. Blind buy win but with d'annam it is hard to lose.

Love at first sniff, omg! As a boba lover, this smells perfectly sweet, chewy, and accurate while somehow still being so wearable. It's cozy, comforting, and transportive. I love black tea, but it can be hit or miss for me in fragrance. D'annam hit the nail on the head with this one. If you love an airy, sweet, tea scent you should def try it!

I love this soo much! How they get the boba note so accurate is beyond me. Overall super pleasant and fun and comforting! My new obsession 🥰

This is strange. I don’t get boba/bubble tea. In fact, I get something that reminds me of Pomelo Oolong that is a bit subdued and maybe something slightly synthetic/bitter in the background. I will need to come back another day to see if there’s any change. Update: 07/22/2026. I guess I needed the bottle to settle after delivery on a hot day. Now, I definitely get black tea and what appears to be boba. There’s an airy milky aspect to it. Slightly sweet. So glad it’s not sickly creamy or a sugar bomb! Note that this is perfumy version of bubble tea. If you want a realistic one, Wintermelon Tea by Damask Haus smells like boba pearls with black tea.

Feminine, bright, sweet black tea. I do get a feminine herbal “floral” note in there but it’s very very light at first (almost smells like tuberose?), I also get a small amount of brown sugar. Definitely sweet, milky black tea heavy. Unfortunately that “floral, feminine smell” becomes more prominent during the dry down which is disappointing because it really throws off the bits of photorealistic black tea I got and makes it smell like you sprayed perfume in a cup of black tea. This is my favorite from D’annam so far but if it was a bit less perfume-y and a little more photorealistic I’d buy a full size

I have a sample. For me its very nice black tea with some sweet warmth. Little bit strachy. But for the price? No,its very light. I might get a decant. My favorite is mango sticky rice.

Just got my sample! While I do find this scent pleasant, I do wish it had a touch more of sweetness. I am definitely getting the tea! But not so much the brown sugar boba. I like but it's not a love. If you like tea fragrances, you will probably enjoy this!

This honestly smells like boba tea to me! It's a fun scent that's definitely pleasant, but it's not something I'd find myself reaching for often. I'm glad I got to try it, but I don't see it becoming a staple in my collection.

Smells like any sweet matcha perfume. Very similar to Aurora veil from Vietnamese brand Toouch. Unfortunately it lacks originality. D’Annam, you can do better! Sorry

I got photorealistic tapioca pearls and brown sugar, but not enough tea. Interesting as some reviewers stated the opposite. Overall too sweet for my taste, but I’m not a gourmand lover.

Sadly on me it's only a generic tea scent... No sweetness, no "boba" and it has that musky strange scent background that a lot of the perfume of this brand have...

This smells REALLY nice but if you have Pomelo Oolong by this same brand, I wouldn't buy this perfume as the tea note smells the exact same to me. Maybe the oolong note in Pomelo Oolong isn't "oolong-y" enough or I'm picking up on the same chemicals that's used to make the tea note for both fragrances

This is the most photorealistic black tea I ever had! This one smells a lot more like a jasmine black tea, but damn this is so good. I can smell the milk, the tea and jasmine. Tbh i'm not a fan of jasmine fragrances but this one is really nice and sweet.

Very jasmin tea/greenntea forward. Incredibly similar to matcha soft serve. If youre expecting, rich vanillic, milky US style boba tea you will be disappointed. Its fresh and not very sweet.

It's a SUPER NICE tea scent, but i personally dont get much milk/sugar/tapioca, but I'm just one person dont let me put you off it.
