Amadeus

I've sniffed my little sample vial over and over, because it has no direct connection to the note pyramid mentioned here or the "powdered peruke" written on their own site. What I'm getting from this scent is a woody-musky-rose DNA. And it's quite a soft, beautiful rose. It made me wonder if there are two versions out there... Anyway, let me keep writing what I'm actually getting: the rose here is fragile and delicate, even leaning a bit toward the dewy side. Its powder is more of a skin-like kind, meaning I didn't find it makeup-y or baby-ish. There's also something slightly medicinal, herbal and even earthy in the background, but this part feels more like a supporting act. And also a note that runs from the very start of the scent to the end, if I had to describe it, it’s wine-like, yeasty and slightly sour. I liked it.
