Cool Elixir Woman

I recently tried this new Cool Elixir fragrance at Chemist Warehouse and really like it alot, it's a lovely sweet floral fragrance with notes of jasmine and vanilla, it's a fairly simple fragrance with very few notes, but still smells lovely, it's not too overly sweet either.

So I can see the like/dislike ratio, and I'm glad that I'm not completely alone in disliking this. However, I'm not going to read any of the reviews before writing anything. Looking at the notes listed here, I don't detect any oakmoss as I know it. All I really smell here is a vague, bottom-of-the-barrel, cheap chemist fragrance. Not "affordable", because I just want to say that there IS a distinction where cheap is nasty and ill-concieved, and affordable smells like it costs more than it does. This is a sweet chemical cocktail with a little vanilla and nondescript citruses. It's funny to me, really. If you sprayed about 10 of the aforementioned "cheap" scents for women released in the last 5 years that you barely even look at, you would not be able to seperate this from them. I feel like this may have been made with teenagers in mind? If so, it's far less insulting even if it smells the same. Longevity is good, but who even cares?

Want! I have all cool water flankers and they are my most complimented..takes me back to 1995..so nostalgic so everyone putting it down in the reminds me section are fragrance snobs who probably have never even wore cool water
