Cool Water Woman Searose Summer Edition 2019

I love everything about this. The citrus is not overbearing, the pear divine. However rose is truly the star, an endearingly forward rose bolstered by those intoxicating woodsy notes. This is so very sexy in a clean way. My husband noticed it immediately, and I wear so many different fragrances he almost never notices a new one. My new summer date night scent. Edit: I’m assuming longevity depends on a few things, moisture in the skin, the air, etc., but I got about 7 hours on a hot, unusually humid day in the desert. This one has been surprisingly good.

Second skin rest. Summer, a bit muggy Its fresh and clean, woods and fresh rose - not garden fresh kind, freshness overlay type. Musk is clean type, cedar is not dry, reminded me of how tommy Hilfiger does fresh, different scent but you know how the woods feel light and dewey fresh ratherthan spec woody and distinct? That's sort of how they are here. Decent longevity, esp when it gets on fabric too, I say 4 hours, it goes quiet but there, so.. 5-6 hours. Sillage not bad too

Another test, much stronger then its other 2019 blue buddy, I read someone mentioned a likeness to chloe edp, well yes its dry rose like that one. I knew I'd smelled something similar before. This is a fresh take on chloe edp. Chloe is floral, this is freshie. I thought to myself its like rose but with the big thick bark stem too. It's nice though, I'm not sure if I need it. We'll see

Cool Water Sea Rose is one of my go-to warm weather scents, and my favorite freshie, so couldn't wait to try this version. It's ok, but not a love for me. This one is heavier, with a prominent rose replacing the fresh pear of the original. I don't get the citrus note at all in this. It's not a bad scent, but is definitely a weightier floral that lacks the light freshness of the original. IMHO the thick rose and powdery florals here also push this into much more mature territory; I think both fragrances are more suited to mature women, but where the original is great for probably anybody 30 and up this one feels suited for an even more mature range. I'll probably gift this bottle to my mother and have already ordered another bottle of the original.

I received a sample of this perfume and honestly? I have to say I'm pretty underwhelmed. I can smell roses with a hint of orange. It's very clean, easy to wear and soapy, but I'm not wowed by it, or feel the need to buy a full bottle. I actually like the fresh, pretty opening with the juicy fruity notes mixed with the soft florals, however the rose then takes center stage, grabs the mic, and none of the other notes have any time to shine. Meh. Finishes off with an uninspiring musky base. I think this would smell nice on a more mature lady in the Spring time or early Summer. It's very non-offensive and office safe. Also disappears pretty quickly and becomes a skin scent. If you like clean, rose-scented soap, you might just love Sea Rose.

It's out now? Has anyone tried it? I see the addition of musk in this one, pear and woods have been done on the already, although other forms of woods. If you have tried it please post your experience.
