Frost

On its own, this is a your skin but better scent. Don't Its let the fragrantica note breakdown fool you, this isn't floral. The middle note is washed cotton and thats exactly what it smells like. Its just musky and washed cotton giving it a soapy vibe. Its light and sits close to the skin. If you like the your skin but better genre, this is right up your alley. It's not going to fill a room and will only be smelled up close so while this type of scebt isn't everyone's cup of tea, its going to be pretty office safe since people aren't going to smell it unless theyre really close. Now it's other facet is as a layering fragrance for heavier perfumes. I tried this layered under Tres Oros and it definitelt lightened it up a bit. Now I don't think it's going to turn an ultra sickly sweet, heavy and cloying perfume into something that can be worn during the highest heat, but it does help take somwthing that is just a bit too cloying into somwthing that can be worn in hotter temps. I'm not sure I noticed a huge difference in the longevity but I do think it helped a little there. Definitely an interesting fragrance and I look forward to trying it under some other fragrances to see what I come up with.

It smells like a lighter Prisma aquamarine. A very airy, fresh, slightly blue, and I do mean slightly faintly blue, feel to it. It also has a nice hint of florals that doesn't lean feminine at all, and of course, very musky. It honestly feels like if you took love-o-matic by room 1015 but replaced the strawberry sweetness in it with a bit more florals and soapiness. I would actually wear this on its on, like a more floral take on another 13 where the magazine vibe its known for is replaced for a more clean cotton. Although, do be aware the initial 30 seconds smells like straight alcohol, more so than most fragrances do, but thankfully quickly shifts to sparkling soap bubbles and dries down to a nice almost warm white cotton. Even if its meant for layering, which I can't truly test with a simple 1.5ml sample, I am buying it to wear on sunny days at the office, because I feel like this would shine even more in 90+ weather, and is clean enough to offend no one, while pleasing enough that I would genuinely wear it. It's simply another cologne that doesn't feel too cologney, which is exactly my type of fragrance.
