I'm Expensive

I have both Eilish and Chierosa 62. I see absolutely no resemblance. Eilish happens to have Vanilla and Cheirosa Pistachio but the same shared note does not create a dupe not even a close cousin. I’m Expensive is far more creamy, projecting and complex. The cocoa mixed w/ the amber is such a silky, powdered sugar light chocolate that it turns the pistachio into a Dubai Chocolate experience. The Vanilla added just enough sweetness and the scent has great longevity. I layer with a couple sprays of “Vanilla Mistral” from Ormande Jayne and it’s magic. Deck of Scarlett fragrances have been a win for me so far, each one of them.

It doesn’t smell expensive to me, it smells yummy! It is pistachio, vanilla, sandalwood heaven. I tried it a few hours ago and to my surprise, it reminds me of Moroccanoil Haircare products. I have searched for years for a perfume that smells like Moroccanoil! I have Brumes Du Moroc ( very disappointing, imo. It pisses me off because it’s so weak, Moroccanoil is so much better on the skin and hair. They could have done a better job putting out the perfume.). I am so happy to finally have a perfume that smells like my favorite hair products!!! It’s warm, rich, soft, creamy deliciousness.

bathe me in this and send my bones in a box down the river. oh my goddddd. nothing is wrong. set me on fire in a nice way. i’d like to be roasted like a pistachio. use sandlewood to light me ablaze. and roast marshmallows into smores above my charred corpse. burry me in winter time when the ground is too rough to dig. good luck getting rid of me! i want to be dipped in this like a form of medieval torture. but i’m fine. im happy. don’t worry. yeah i like this fragrance.

Very Gourmand! Sweet decadent Vanilla with warm creamy amber and nutty pistachio notes. Soo good! Cozy. Alluring. The musk comes in and softens it beautifully. That touch of Cocoa brings in an expensive lux scent; depth. Might not be a unique DNA here, but its balanced to perfection! I love it! A delicious Nutty Vanilla Dessert! Can't get enough.

I love the way this smells. Smoky sandalwood, pistachio and vanilla yumminess. I’d consider this a more sultry gourmand. However, the problem is that this doesn’t last very long on me. I got maybe a two hour wear on prepped skin. I wish it projected better and lasted longer, but the fragrance itself is really beautiful.

It's winter and I cannot stop eating cookie dough. I am Addicted to cookies. Ouuugh my god I would be sniffing my arms all day smelling this. I love pistachio ice cream and cookies and powdery sweets oh my god. Sweetness overload. If I wore this around my boyfriend in the fall I fear he would eat me alive.

I did not like Nebras at all. It smelled minty and not blended well. Cheirosa 62 is ok. I'm expensive is really a nice scent for women. I have a travel size and would buy a full bottle.

Smells amazing! I find some similarities with Cirque Du Soleil. This is gourmand done well, sweetness balanced with some warmth and spices. I wish it lasted longer though.

If more people smelled this it would be as popular as the fragrances it's compared to - Cheirosa 62, Eilish. It's extremely similar to that DNA. It starts with a creamy sandalwood then blends into a very nice vanilla extrait, cocoa blend with wafts of pistachio and a warm amber base. It's very mass appealing. This is my girlfriend's fragrance and she is VERY picky and can't help but just love a good vanilla and this is her approved. Safe blind buy if these notes sound appealing to you. Well blended and sweet. I would not call this a gourmand though, it's very wearable and doesn't smell "edible" persay, maybe pieces of it smell edible but the sandalwood and amber really level it out. Highly recommend this to many girls, as a man I'll enjoy smelling it on her. Winter/Fall/Night or cool day. But honestly it could be year-round except for the hottest day or say to the beach. Leans feminine. UNDERRATED.

On first spray my thought was, oh it smells like Nebras. Since that’s an Eilish dupe, it makes sense that others made that connection. But it doesn’t have that weird mint note that Nebras has, which makes this better. Doesn’t last long enough though, so I won’t invest in a full bottle. Fun to sample! Edited to add: one month later and my sample is almost gone. I’ve enjoyed it as a bedtime sweet, and it does remind me of Choco Musk, which I didn’t mention before. But ....Expensive is Choco’s grown up, well blended rich aunty. Choco is much more synthetic and screechy when compared side by side. But it’s the closest smells-like in my collection, even more than Nebras.

Something about the opening of this remind me of the DNA of a Montale or a Mancera (the kinda screechy note). Then it calms down to something more like a spicy cocoa powder, kind of like the opening of Eilish. I don't get any pistachio. If you asked me to describe this scent, expensive would not come to mind. Performance-wise it's pretty weak and it doesn't last long. It's well blended but nothing special or unforgettable.

Cheriosa 62, but ever so slightly heavier on the sandalwood base. Beautiful but as others have said nothing unique. I purchased mine with the hopes it would layer nicely over the 62 mist and that is definitely a mission accomplished, but if you’re looking for something different than her or the others commenters have mentioned I’d move along.

This is a nice earthy vanilla. I wouldn't say it's the most unique formulation ever, but I think it stands out enough to not be too run of the mill. I agree that it doesn't smell like Eilish. Hers is a simple, sweet vanilla, and this one is a woody forward vanilla. More complex and less youthful than Eilish.

Reminds me of a diet version of Yum Pistachio with a little more spicyness and chocolate. This is nice.

This is the scent that got me to fully understand that I do not like vanilla forward scents and that a lot of scents turn sweet on my skin. Initially this smells beautiful, then turns into a sweet generic vanilla/gourmand on me. Fades fairly quickly too. I gave it to my fragrance loving son, and it smells awesome on him, but still fades too much to buy a full bottle (this was a decant).

Its yummy vanilla and cocoa powder! On my skin there’s a very distinct woodsy note that comes through a LOT. I don’t get pistachio per say, maybe the shells but I don’t smell any nuttiness. It is powdery and creamy, it’s soft on my skin, not a lot of projection but nice skin scent. Reminds me a bit (but I don’t like it as much) as Neemat vanilla musk, I can see them layered together for a yummy vanilla chocolate chip cookie with woods kinda smell that would be perfect for fall.

It smells great but just like Commodity Milk Expressive. Nothing really unique! The pistachio to me isn’t very noticeable.

This is pretty damn delicious. Cheriosa 62’s older, more accomplished sister.
