Crystal Rouge

soft dreamy... perfect daily scent. not too in your face, more like a gentle caress... if shy and sweet was a fragrance.

Picked this up at my local Burlington for $13, but had a very mixed opinion upon initial sprays. This is very much a white floral dominant fragrance but does have some great depth in the mids and dry down that give it a complex, airy essence of BR540 EDP. Despite that, it still remains a unisex scent, much like its inspiration. As a man I've really enjoyed layering this scent with a base from a less complex fresh-woody/amber scent during the summer time as my daily. In reality, this definitely leans feminine due to the large amounts of jasmine and orange blossom, but it absolutely works on men in my opinion, given that your skin chemistry mixes well with floral scents. Even still, the florals disappear almost completely after about 5-6 hours for me and I'm left with a very pleasing warm woody/amber finish with some fruity undertones that is truly unisex IMO. Overall I'm happy with it for the price, it gives you a glimpse into what the real thing is without being a true 1:1 and in this case I like that. Would absolutely recommend to pick it up for anyone that finds it and is interested in the BR540 DNA.

I definitely get more of a woody fragrance than fruity, but it for sure captures the essence of Baccarat Rouge. For me, the fragrance lasts on skin for 3 hours max, but when sprayed on clothes it lasts a bit longer. I capture whiffs of it throughout the day, but it definitely needs reapplying after a few hours. Loving it as a daily scent so far, and for what it is, you can't beat the price.

Sometimes I crave this scent profile, but a soft version of it, so the body mist in the red bottle is ideal for me. Scent lingers on clothes but not projecting much at all--perfect. Also great as a pillow spray.

Picked this up from Burlington for $13 USD...the scent lingered for 3-5 hours and smells 90% like Baccarat Rouge. It is definitely worth it!

Great scent cant lie but the performance is pretty awful, 2 hours and its gone but it was $12.99 so you get what you pay for.

Long lasting. It’s way more fruity than the og BR540 but a good dupe.

One of the worst things I've ever smelled. There's no way Baccarat Rouge is supposed to smell like this. Sprayed this on my arm in a Burlington's and then regretted it the entire 90 minute drive home as it tortured my nose. Instantly scrubbed when I got home. A chemical soup which activates the fight or flight response. Like dying of smoke inhalation from a chemical fire. I imagine that Inexcusable Evil smells something like this, actually.
