Oooooh man, this is wonderful! Perfect amount of sweet and tart, and it's absolutely perfect on the skin. It brings to mind the scented stickers, erasers, etc. from childhood but without the cheap plastic-yness. This is 100% blueberry sweetness! I don't really eat blueberries, because I can never find any that look good in my area. The ones I have tried had a more "green" taste/smell. Not unpleasant, but definitely not the same as Demeter Blueberry. This is more like what I imagine when I think of blueberry flavoring. Like, poptarts and candy and pie filling. But not cheap-smelling, surprisingly. Longevity is amazing, especially for a fruit scent. I'm going on 5-6 hours with one test squirt on the wrist and even though it's faded quite a bit, the drydown is still detectable and pleasant. I'm sure a heavier application would last you a full school/work day. (I bought the sample squirter, still waiting on my 4 oz. to arrive to test this theory). This is suitable for all ages in my opinion. Alone, it's a perfect starter scent for the little ones. If you wanted to mature it up a bit just layer it with your more "adult" fragrances. Lord knows majority of the perfumes out there with supposed fruity notes don't last worth a damn. I'm not detecting any vanilla or anything cloying in this, for those of you who might share that allergy with me. No headache from this. Hallelujah!

In the air I get a sweet blueberry scent, and up close on the skin I get intense blueberry and the Demeter baked goods accord that reads like blueberry muffin with melted butter. Definitely get the blueberry muffin vibe as others have mentioned. The juice is dark, and performance is excellent for an eau de cologne. This is the most blueberry forward scent I've smelled, even though it has that baked goods accord in the background. I would agree that probably this is the Jelly Belly Blueberry Muffin Demeter under a different name - it's still blueberry first, as per the name, but there's a muffin here as well. Fans of blueberry who've been frustrated by it's elusiveness in other scents claiming to have a blueberry note, will undoubtedly be satisfied here. Demeter, you've done it again! Love it.

This business is a sweet BLUEBERRY syrup....yummy yummy yummy!! It is more than just a simple berry scent it is sweeter. It is the kind of delicious syrup w/ real hefty sweet plump Oregon blueberries covered in delicious sweet syrup that you put on pancakes. Very nice scent. It is very blueberry...and does read almost like a really intense blueberry muffin. But not the dry cornmealy bready kind -- no...this is more like.. I swear its not a muffin, but a moist CAKE, kind of muffin. The scent is not overly strong and sits close but it does last about 5 hours. Today I layered it on THICK - 4 sprays on each arm w/ some light Vanilla body spray which kind of STUCK the scent to me even more. I have been smelling its deliciousness all day and I LOVE IT!

I have the roll-on oil and I love it! As others have said, there is definitely a muffin/baked goods accord so if you're expecting something strictly fruity, it's not. I love this by itself, but I LOVE it layered with a lemon fragrance. There's just something about the combination of lemon and blueberry that works so well together. I love to layer this with Philosophy's Lemon Custard body spray. Neither of the scents lasts too long so I do have to reapply throughout the day, but I don't mind. It's also amazing with Shahoor Elixir.

This scent is adorable and fresh. Very natural, sweet, a bit tart it makes my mouth literally water. sheer. Grape lollipop feeling. Beach vacay, flip flops, curly hair no make up, perhaps a flirtation? Putting city life behind me for a week and I cannot wait. Also on me one test squirt I can still smell 4hours later. Perfect on its on but will be gorgeous for layering with my musks and patchoulis. A teensy hint of smokiness in the dry down. Im going to get a few bottles more to share with the niece and young family friends.

I LOVE this scent. I do not normally like fruity scents but this one is luscious. It reminds me exactly of the old Blueberry Hubba Bubba gum lol. Takes me back. It, like most Demeter scents, is also great for layering but lacks longevity.

Straight up smells like blueberry muffins, right off the bat, without it even starting off smelling alcoholic. Bravo. I love spraying this on right before going to sleep.

I'm happy to be the first to review this happy fragrance. This is a soft blueberry, almost like blueberry pie. Not exactly juicy, or tart like a jam, it isn't powdery either. It was a pleasure to wear on this extremely humid, overcast day. I thought it might smell like shampoo or a scented doll, but instead it was natural, pretty, and not too childlike. I didn't feel self-conscious wearing this as an adult. The sillage is light but longlasting. I sprayed head to toe (5 sprays). It lasted eight hours on me today! I'm not always crazy about Demeter, but when they get it right - they get it right. How many other perfume houses would launch a perfume that has one single note of blueberry and nothing else? Maybe The Body Shop, back in the day, would have. If any of you remember the strawberry oil from The Body Shop in the early 1990s, and how nice it was, Blueberry is comparable. The other day I tried Prickly Pear, which isn't on Fragrantica yet! Update 3 weeks later: I was retesting some Demeter with intent to buy, and I noticed that Blueberry smelled a bit off, and different. I then noticed that the perfume inside had turned yellow, some of the other closed bottles had also turned, although most were still clear. None of the other 50 or so scents at the "perfume bar" had turned.

I'm finicky about berry scents, especially the red ones; I can't stand synthetic strawberry. I have better luck in the purple to blue range and real blueberries are my very favorite. This one is nice, if not entirely blueberry to my nose. I got it in the fall layering trio (with Bonfire and Wildflowers), and I think it best suits that purpose. It lingers on my skin around 4 hours, longer when layered. By itself, it has a grainy/mealy undercurrent. Blueberry porridge? Sweet blueberry corn muffins? Blueberry buckwheat waffles? I can see why akawanis gets popcorn, although it doesn't read salty or savory to me in the least. It does blend well, and I'm grateful it isn't smelling like the horrible fake blueberry 'chips' or 'pellets' often used to flavor cheap baked goods-- think frozen bagels. More of a non-dairy blueberry smoothie with protein powder and psyllium husk added- and possibly a bit of ground golden flaxseed or even a teaspoon of cornmeal. I like it; Demeter fragrances are cheap, linear and fun to experiment with. Did it bowl me over? Put it this way, the Oompa Loompas didn't have to roll me out of the chocolate factory like Violet Beauregarde. Hey, I'm not complaining! ;)

This is certainly the jelly belly blueberry muffin Demeter under a different name because it definitely has that popcorn note. I don’t enjoy popcorn in fragrances so for the first couple of minutes I really don’t like this, but once it’s dries down it smells like a blueberry muffin with a crust of sugar on top, made with fresh blueberries that have just cooked enough to pop. Very sweet, surprisingly strong for a Demeter and if you hit your clothes as well as skin it lasts for as long as a designer edt! One of the more impressive Demeters in terms of projection and longevity Imho! Be warned, this is exceptionally sweet!

It's called a "pick me up" spray, indicating that its not meant to be long lasting but more of a refresher. I don't know about that in the Blueberry scent. Over 12 hours later I got compliments and I didn't overspray at all. Like others are saying, its got a muffin aspect to it. Its pleasant and cozy! I like to layer it over vanillas sometimes.

It's quite a realistic fruity blueberry scent mixed with some sort of muffin/ Bread type of thing. Almost like popcorn. I can see why it is similar to blueberry muffins. It has quite an intense opening so you must like fruity Scents to love this.

This seems closer to a blueberry cereal than a true blueberry. It's a lovely scent, though! It doesn't project particularly well, but it will stick around for hours. It's actually quite difficult to wash away, if I'm to be honest.

It really smells like blueberry syrup. My husband tells me that I smell like I've been baking. Lol. Initially, it smells like Captain Crunch Berries. I'm surprised how long lasting this is.

This is really nice combined with the Demeter Vanilla Ice Cream. Also, combining it with Britney Spears Midnight Fantasy is a great way to prolong the longevity of both scents.

Indeed, this smells exactly like blueberry muffins! I don't know when and where the mood would strike to smell like this, but it's a fun scent and smells good :)

Smells like blueberry muffins. Very sweet. Lasted abt 2-3 hrs. If layered correctly with other blueberry scented body oil and lotion, it can last longer.

Synthetic, heavy blueberry but I like it sparingly. Nice stuff.

WHAT I EXPECTED : a realistic but fleeting blueberry. WHAT I GOT: a realistic blueberry bundled up in a yeast-y / salty / doughy thingie. It should have been called Demeter Blueberry Half Baked Scones -- however ... I do like it! After a while the yeast simmers down (still present though) and the fresh blueberry kinda wafts through and barely takes the forefront. This is NOT blueberry sno-cones , blueberry pie or blueberry Air Wick (is that GOOD or BAD? I dunno) . This might remind you of one of those blueberry crafted beers (!). BONUS: This seems to last longer than most Demeters. Nice! P.S. The color of the fluid is like of you squished a bunch of blueberries with a fork and added water - THUS I think they used REAL blueberries to make this .Lastly: NOT A SAFE BLIND BUY even though- that's the way I got this.

it smells good, juvenile and very sweet; just not for me. it smells more like a blueberry candy or jam than an actual authentic blueberry. it also reminds me of a blueberry flavoured vape haha, if that bothers you then i really wouldnt recommend it. its so sweet that i can see it causing a headache for some people, buy at your own risk!!

I tucked this and -- then dragged it back out and ..... it really smells like something from Bath & Body Works . They would call it Breakfast Blueberry . It smells like blueberry cereal - and the cereal part is stale / fermented. UGH. Demeter - you owe me a free something !

From the initial spray, this is a deliciously faithful blueberry muffin fragrance - blueberry that has been baked into goods with added sugar. But wearing it, it has an unusual after-smell which I could only describe as 'my dog's feet'. Dog paws mixed with appetising muffin confuses my brain and makes me feel a bit ill. There's a starchy, yeasty additive somewhere in there that just doesn't work for me as someone more used to my dog's stinky paws than Demeter's blueberry.

I love Demeter but this to me is just blueberry candle from the drug store :(

I usually love sweet fruity scents, but this is awfull. When you first spray it it smells nice and blueberry. But after a few minutes it turns in to overly sweet fake and obnoxious smell. It does not smell like blueberries after that. The smell is hard to stand and opposite of fresh.

Demeter Blueberry is not anything like a fresh blueberry. A much stronger, greener aquatic note would need to be added for that. Instead, this is the fragrance of a very sweet blueberry muffin, ...so therefor, fruit pastry, not fruit. The smell of jammy, cooked blueberries is present, but just as noticeable is the aroma of sugary muffin batter. Demeter Blueberry does smell good, but you might hesitate to actually eat a muffin that smelled like this. ...for indeed, there is a nose-tingling taint of artificiality about this. Imagine blueberry muffin hairspray. Perhaps its chief appeal of this the undeniable oddity of it. Definitely worth a sniff for anyone who seeks to sample strange scents.

On my skin this is a pretty real blueberry muffin scent. A blueberry muffin extract, so to say. Slightly fruity maybe, but mostly just blueberry muffin. So definitely not just blueberry, the muffin dough is very clearly detectable here. A very light scent, which on my skin doesn't last long, but it's fun as long as it lasts. These Demeter fragrances are fun and easy scents in a world full of more complex and long lasting scents. Something you can wear when you're not feeling too serious and don't want to take yourself too seriously. Teenagers will love these, I'm sure, and I could imagine even children wanting to try these.

I don't know... I blind bought this because it was pretty cheap and I was massively dissapointed. It doesn't smell like fresh blueberries AT ALL period. It doesn't smell like blueberry muffins either in my opinion. It smells like warm blueberry flavoured popcorn (maybe puked up as well). It's by far the most long lasting demeter cologne I've tried though, and I've grown to kind of like it but I could fall in love with a broom handle so...

Just received mine. I'm in LOVE! I purchased Blueberry Muffin a few yrs back, still have a backup, but was sad to see you cannot find it, it has been disc'd! I WROTE an executive at Demeter, telling him what a mistake that was! He wrote back saying they no longer had the #Jellybelly license, and that this was the EXACT same scent, so I ordered it. He was telling the truth. Exactly!

I bought this one for my five year old niece. I am trying to get her started early and she loves perfumes. She told me this was her favorite out of the 3 Demeter frags. that I have gotten her. I just want to say it is very realistic. It's like sticking your face in blueberry jam. I find its not cloying or obnoxious like some fruity smells, just lovely.

I love blueberry anything, always have. And this is no exception. Although, it has the smell of something rather familiar. I think its the smell of one of the old Strawberry Shortcake dolls that I had in the 80s, but not her, one of her friends. Like an artificial blueberry. But I still love it. Yippie!!

For anyone that was searching for the Jelly Belly Demeter Edition of this, i can confirm it is the exact same scent. They did not change it at all when Jelly Belly left the Collab. Smells just like a Blueberry Muffin & lasts pretty good on clothes, I love it!

it sure does smell like a blueberry muffin, but it constantly flip-flops between this and the terrible “grape” flavored medicine i used to take as a kid, not as noticeable, but def impacts my opinion on this
