Cherry Blossom

Very soft floral scent that is great to wear in really hot weather as it is not the typical fruity floral cherry blossoms that I own. Longevity and sillage both weak so I tend to layer with Not A Perfume from JHAG or with other cherry or cherry blossoms-based scents to boost its strength. I like to wear this at home often when I want the flexibility of wearing different scents during the day. Very inexpensive but not not long lasting.

This is actually a really pleasant floral, and I am not really a floral fan. The only real experience I've had with a cherry blossom scent is B&BW Japanese Cherry Blossom... and let's just say... it was not a good experience. Anyway, I fearfully went ahead and sprayed this one onto a scarf and was pleasantly surprised by the lovely floral fruity essence. Immediately I was reminded of Ralph Lauren Ralph - which is a bright soapy fruity floral, so I agree that it is soapy. Not in an unpleasant way though. I was confident enough to spray it on my skin and found it to work nicely. Simplistic and soft. A tart fresh floral. Just a hint of cherry. Nice.

I think the cherry note here is very definite but light and floral and dries down to a delicate creamy strawberry type note. Its a bit plasticy but not harsh or synthetic. I like it, its not the best cherry blossom scent but not the worst, its a pretty light cherry blossom that's good for spring.

not unpleasant, but just a tad too artificial and too sweet for wearing just anywhere. If you ike cherry blossom go with Occitane Japanese cherry blossom - thats really nice

Fruity floral not unlike good girl blush and very good girl! I plan on wearing this as a base layer for very good girl. Excellent scent for summer.

Disappointed in this scent, artificial smelling somewhat, I had expected a true to life natural scent, as their Grass fragrance is.

Smells like a CHEAP SOAP - NOTHING to do with cherries -- just CHEAP SOAP --- DO NOT RECOMEND IT at all....

I’m so glad I tried cherry blossom and other florals as single notes, because now I realize I don’t love many of the florals I previously thought I did. That doesn’t mean I’ll dislike this note across the board in complete formulations, but I’m very turned off by this scent. I truly appreciate this brand, especially for shortening my fragrance learning curve. I feel each one has done a pretty bang-up job of showing me how single notes come across to me. I know many people, like myself, probably got this because they once loved Japanese Cherry Blossom from Bath & Body Works. My taste has changed a lot since then, but I now see how much an overall formulation alters the perception of a note.

Sakura - Japanese cherry (Prunus serrulata) is scentless... I've smelled it many times. Such a beautiful flower and completely unscented. There is a strange feeling, like its petals were made of plastic, you can try to scent anything but all you get is pollen. So "Cherry Blossom" is a soliflore of scentless species of cherry... It smells really like a fruity shampoo, like red Herbal Essences, sweetened Avon's Wink or Incanto Charms. I can scent: cherry (fruit) + almost gourmand sweetness + musk It is so naive to think that cherry flower will smell like its fruit. (Rose fruits don't smell of roses, pears don't smell of pear blossom...)

Just want to point out - cherry blossom doesn't smell of cherries! It's a sweet floral scent, not fruity. I haven't tried this particular fragrance so I don't know what it's like (I was considering it as a blind buy, which is why I came to read the reviews) but I wouldn't expect it to be fruity if it has any resemblance to cherry blossom.

Starts off very heavy, sweet and syrupy and it's a bit much. It softens down a bit once it's on but it stays sweet and somewhat heavy. Id say it's more cherry syrup and less flowery blossom. Maybe for a hard core cherry lover its ok. Everyone else...proceed with caution.

Smells like any generic drug store shampoo. Not terrible, but a bit cloying.
