My search for the perfect pine tree scent is over this is perfect if your looking for a natural pine tree scent this one lasts very long on your hair or on your clothes, but only about 20 mins on the skin. Overall i really like this one. Spray this on your hair and clothes and youll be smelling like a pine tree all day!

This is not complex to me. Fir trees. The perfect scent of Christmas tree.

Found a bottle of this clearanced for about $2 at a TJ Maxx a few years ago, figured it was worth a try since I love wood smells. It was a little strong for me as a perfume but I did end up using it as a room spray during the holidays :) Not a bad scent, definitely piney smell - problem is if you put more than just a touch on you just end up smelling like Pine Sol! I did like the scent though - just not on my skin as much as in the air.

Great perfume. I've had it for a very long time, and I can say the smell is indeed just like one of those fake Christmas trees. Very wintery, very minty! In my experience the ginger note may be overpowering to some, and could get pretty offensive, but I like it.

It does smell like the Fir/Christmas room sprays that are sold as a pack with a Reed diffuser. I agree it is better as a room spray than body spray. Nice touch to create a festive atmosphere around the holidays.

This is truly revolting on me, and I say that as a lover of all things pine/conifer/etc. If there's anything tree-ish about this, it's a decaying, mouldy tree in a ditch by the side of the road. So disappointing. No spice, no tree, just unidentifiable yuck.

i didn't understand what people meant by fragrances "smelling like cat urine" until i tried this, unfortunately

Oh Christmas Tree Oh Christmas Tree This is a lovely and cute on-the-nose fragrance of a pine Christmas tree, some sweet gourmand touches of ginger & cardamom spice, a citrus note and a sweet mint in the form of pepper mint candy cane. This is a lovely fragrance that is meant to trigger your memory of waking up on Christmas morning and meeting up with the family in front of the Christmas tree to open presents. The whole thing is not very complex, it's linear and doesn't last long (no surprise) being a light concentration from Demeter fragrance. But it is sweet and delicious and green, very much like a Christmas tree if you have ever put your nostrils into the green fir itself. I have done that and as a kid used to think it smells good and I wish I could eat this. It always did have a sweet tangy almost citrusy flavor along with a spiciness. The green mint is like peppermint and it smells of candy canes that hang on Christmas trees. Unisex and very creatively composed! I would actually go as far as to say it smells more like a guy's cologne because it's so spicy & green & aromatic in it's note of fir it also has woods (unlisted note) and that citrus and it reminds me of a man's cologne based on citrus & cypress/fir/woods. But it's so good! A gal can wear this too if she has no problem with the fir. You can easily wear this to a Christmas party but it smells best when it's fresh. The dry down is fir and does graphically evoke fir tree Christmas tree so it's like the ta da moment is there at the dry down and the downside is not too many will even smell that Christmas tree on you - other than yourself. This is a niche fragrance that can only suit you if you really & actually want to smell of a Christmas tree. I know I do. I'm wearing this baby to a Christmas party tonight. Demeter Christmas Tree simply put: Cold evening at the Christmas tree lot, picking out the perfect tree, freshly cut pine tree on a cold night! Very right on the money scent but you will have to reapply often because it does not last very long.

I agree with mmsml :) weak staying power wouldn't buy again as a scent but around christmas the room fragrance is fantastic.

It's totally pine tree scent, with a little sweet notes on it. Really love it..
