Cotton Candy

This is a nice cotton candy fragrance, it is lighter than Prince Machiavelli's, which is lovely and a lot sweeter. Demeter's is my favorite scent wise, but it just unfortunately doesn't have the staying power.

The first words that come to my head when smelling this is.. Barbie Dream House.. or like any sweet scented childs toy. It smells so nostalgic to me. It reminds me of those scented strawberry shortcake toys McDonalds used to sell back in the day. That being said It's not how I'd describe cotton candy. Close but not quite there.

It's sweet and powdery to me, not like baby powder, but kind of dusty and fluffy... I have the oil roll on and I love to wear it to bed. Not a daytime frag for me. It's relaxing and calming!

Eeeeh, this one was too synthetic to me. Agree with previous reviewer that the Body Fantasies Cotton Candy smells better. Or even those roll-on fragrance oils you can get on amazon. Those are way better and last longer. Demeter's Marshmallow is closer to a cotton candy scent to me than this, so might wanna check it out instead.

It smells like sweet plastic :/ I wanted to love it but I just can’t

The Cotton Candy scent reminds me a lot of pink strawberry flavoured + a little bit plain vanilla flavoured candy floss on a paper cone. The strawberry candy floss scent is quite geniune in a late 80s way.It's like most of the high flavoured crap we had when we were little. Smells like strawberry, but you know it's really artificial. Somehow it even reminds me of some sugarly scented erasers. It disappears quite fast, sillage is about 2 hours. I like the dry down a lot. It's creamier, lighter and much less artificial-flavour-dominant. I would only wear this fragrance when I don't want to smell like any perfume after 2 hours' of apply. Cotton Candy is more like a body mist, and somehow I can imagine a five-year-old can easily play with it in her dress-up parties.

This fragrance just fell flat for me. Just smells very linear, which I mean I believe that was the whole point of this fragrance line lol. Which it's not bad but it just reminds me of like stale cotton candy or like a soda when you leave it out for too long. After this purchase I knew Demeter fragrances weren't really my thing. And it says cotton candy which sure it kinda smells like that, of course is a very sweet gourmand but I feel like it just smells like more strawberry candy ish than actual cotton candy smell. I just feel like adding more notes to fragrances is what gives the scent life and personality. So not bad scent, just not for me! Also horrible longevity but you get what you pay for in this case.

This does NOT smell like Cotton Candy. For that REAL I'm-at-a-carnival-and-just-walked-past-the-cotton-candy-booth smell in the air TRY: Prince Matchabelli Cotton Candy (which has been discontinued--so if you see it-snatch it up! ). Not as perfect, but still good for the price tag Body Fantasies Cotton Candy. I love Demeter but this one is a "FAIL". Sorry.

Definitely not cotton candy for me. I agree with almost everyone below me. This smells synthetic, the best way I could describe this is it's like a strawberry car fresherener. Nauseating and makes me want to throw up but that's just me because I get motion sickness a lot and this smells has been associated with throwing up lol

To my nose, this is a dead on ringer for Love's Baby Soft- really not getting much cotton candy at all. That said it is pretty- abstractly sweet and floral, powdery, calming. As others have noted, a good bedtime fragrance. But I am still seeking my HG cotton candy scent- all I've tried so far have failed me:(

I have the small 30 ml bottle. Starts out quite sugary but dries down to a sweet and creamy strawberry-vanilla shake. Kinda child-like but not bad at all and lasts longer than many demeter fragrances. It's like 12 bucks. You get what you pay for. ✨

This reminds me a lot of Pink Sugar, so if you’re not a fan of THAT type of cotton candy this isn’t for you. I have the rollerball and I think it’s pretty nice :) I wear it to my kitchen job and it’s not cloying

forced my parents to buy child me this in like 2016 only to be met with disappointment. this definitely doesn’t smell bad, but if you are searching for a picture perfect cotton candy maybe pass on this one

Starts off as cotton candy and dries down to a powdery scent. Very weak and doesn't last very long. But it does smell lovely. Honestly a body mist is stronger and the sprayer keeps jamming.

I love this Cotton Candy scent it is divine. I get a hint of coconut and vanilla in there. It does not last that long on the skin. I love dessert sugary scents.

I gave it away as it didn't last on me, but I miss it now.in spite that I have pink sugar and Fantasy by BS

Demeter fragrances are pretty much spot on...But this smelled nothing like cotton candy to me.
