Daisy

I'm quite an anxious person and when I spray this, all my worries disappear. This to me is bottled happiness and makes me feel like it's summer and the sun is shining on my face. It's such a beautiful, sweet and fresh smell and reminds me of sitting in a field and making daisy chains. Whenever I need cheering up, this is what I reach for.

Absolutely refreshing,realistic daisy scent!It could as well be a water diluted version of daisy essential oil plus some sweet white flowers and some green natural notes.Crisp,bold,simple.

Simple and sunny. Very green and spicy, like a daisy's sturdy stems, with only a hint of pollen to add a very subtle sweetness. Easily the best green floral I've come across.

Very light, very green floral, exactly as advertised. I get an herbal/slightly aromatic component as well. Green scents will sometimes go wonky on me, smelling unpleasant. But this one doesn't do that. I think if you don't want anything overpowering and you love truly green scents, a 1 fl oz blind buy is worth it.

I find writing about my experiences with more complex or 'out-there' perfumes easier than writing about simple, liner ones :( It feels rude to leave one word reviews... but here goes... Daisy. There I said it. I apologise profusely.

Top note was a very beautiful, fresh, pollen-filled floral scent. However, it quickly turned into a boring, cheesy ozonic note. It felt like I was wearing laundry detergent and it made me sick.

I would like to say that I really like this scent. It is fresh, innocent, clean, natural and free like the daisy. Perhaps, I am partial as daisies have always been my favorite flower and I have associated with daisies since childhood. I am very happy with it. It is delicately non-obstrusive and thus it is very good for all occasions. When I wear this fragrance, I re-connect to the true me; an innocent child. It is as comfortable as my favorite jeans, denim shirt, and keds shoes. I only have one complaint. It does not always last as long as I would like and I have to keep re-applying it; but it is so much worth. I have heard other complaints that Demeter fragrances are not usually long-lasting. When I wear this fragrance, I am again the innocent girl in my imaginative, free field of daisies.

Not some wistful, abstract interpretation of a daisy, but the true scent of the flower, which is bright green and leafy and only a touch floral. It is not a "pretty" scent, and it's rather like the water which flower stems have been sitting in for a few days. The sillage is very soft and longevity leaves much to be desired.

Very freshly outdoorsy and vegetal. I don't think daisies particularly have a smell do they? I've never made a daisy chain or bought a bunch of large ones and really smelt anything. That aside, this is nice, green and grassy.

Like an idyllic summer breeze. Was my main scent a few years ago ...I must have bought replacements at least twice.
