Elvira’s Sexy Witch

I had the pleasure of stumbling over this beauty while shopping on holiday. I love this! It starts off a fresh aromatic (I guess I’m getting the citrus). I can see why people might try this and think it’s clean and fresh, however, what I wasn’t anticipating was the dry down. She dries into a deeper, sexier, slightly powdery warmth. I also find this one lingers for quite a while. (I’ve had so many compliments on this too). I had sprayed some on to test and spent the rest of the day wondering where that beautiful fragrance was coming from. I will be buying a few more bottles as I imagine this won’t be around for too long and for $30 AUS it’s an absolute bargain! I was happily prepared to pay up to $200 for this 30ml bottle it’s THAT good.

This is an amazingly complex perfume for only having three (and a half) notes. Each time I smell it, I am not sure which facet I will get. It's light yet mysterious, like the witch that would act sweetly and on a drop of a hat grow dark and calculated. Bewitching!

this smells like a clean floral-amber. i think i mostly get vanilla orchid with a subtle amber, but not amber in the traditional sense. after a minute or two, i get the blood orange. this scent is very fresh and clean, kind of sweet and like dryer sheets. this is not really what comes to mind when i think of a sexy witch, except maybe a white witch like glinda the good witch ;) it's softly sweet and inoffensive, not very witchy at all, though still pretty.

Sexy.... Dr. Pepper? I love Elvira and the notes sounded up my alley but at least on my skin, this perfume smells almost exactly like Dr. Pepper soda with a bit of amber. If you're a big Dr. P fan you might love this though!

Is anyone selling a bottle? I'm dying to smell it
