Gemini

Wow! This is an extremely fresh, invigorating, clean, and very lightly sweet scent that I can see being very popular. The concept of fragrances inspired by the signs of the Zodiac is an interesting one to me. Demeter's Zodiac Collection fragrances also apparently have a higher concentration of materials than is used in Demeter's standard colognes, and so probably have better longevity than many people expect from this house. I received Gemini as a free gift with a recent order, and while this one doesn't happen to really be *my* style, I think it's true to its description as a very versatile fragrance, and it is rather pleasant. On Demeter's website, it says that Gemini is "a fragrance that could suit any season, occasion or mood", and I agree. It also says it features "a stirring blend of notes including Vetiver, Cyclamen and Cardamom" so I take that to mean including but not *limited* to those notes, as I seem to get lemon and lily of the valley along with the greenery. It starts out sharp and cool and then mellows into something a little sweeter without losing any of its squeaky-clean vibe. Definitely completely unisex. I'm not a Gemini, but now I'm curious to see how I would feel about Capricorn!
