Glue

Straight industrial glue scent. Not quite the elmer's scent described in gourmand_girlie's review - definitely has a super similar tinge to e8000. Lasts really short - maybe 10 minutes from spray it dies into a bubblegum/cotton candy scent ~= another 20 and it's gone entirely

Disappointed by this one. I really enjoy the way it smells, and the price is objectively good, but it just doesn't last. If you can't afford Electric Dreams, you can't afford to keep reapplying this every 90 minutes

I am reviewing the Demeter Perfume Oil Roll-On. This is like walking into a workshop. Strong smell of glue with wood shavings and vinyl. The glue itself is a very strong tropical fruity bubble gum flavour. Unfortunately within minutes it has vanished. Great smell but very disappointed with the lack of longevity. What is the point selling these fragrances if they don't last?

This isn't the smell of something like a polyurethane glue or rubber cement, this is more closely related to the smell of superglue; that slightly sweet and plasticky sort of smell. Interesting little novelty, nothing more, I can't honestly see someone seriously wearing this as a fragrance. BUT..... I bought this for a lady I used to work with, who -- very strangely -- loved industrial solvent smells. I joked with her about being a lacquer-head, and she got offended... she didn't like getting high, she just liked the way some chemicals smelled. So this made her day when I handed the sample bottle of it to her; she would spritz some on her wrist, sniff, and get the biggest smile. So someone like her might wear it. Anybody else? Eh.... don't think so. :-D

Demeter sent me this as a “gift” with my order and it’s now my most cursed possession. Hate is a strong word and very appropriate in this situation. I cannot express to you how truly awful this scent is. It’s like if you took nail polish remover, Clorox bleach bathroom cleaner, super glue and bubble gum and mixed it all up. This is foul, rank, reeks and makes me gag. A wretched invention.

This smells just like the blue, semi-opaque Elmer's glue sticks that "dry clear": kind of sweet, kind of aquatic, a little bit... mineral? Plastic? Somehow, Demeter makes it work though - smells like glue, but also smells like an aquatic unisex scent you could actually wear. If you were a kid who ate glue (and even if you didn't), you might find this one kind of quirky and fun.

There are people in the world who want to smell like industrial adhesive? There must be a market somewhere, if it's being made...

I love the smell of glue and paint thinner. My dad used to be a carpenter and it reminds me of him when he was home. <3

takes sniffin glue to a whole new level, and best of all it won't cause harmful psychological effects. I think.

i loved this smell in the shop and only cost $25 but my gf said it gave her a headache 😞
