Honeydew Melon

If you love melon, this scent will suit you.

Pretty potent but like most Demeter fragrances not great longevity. First blast is almost cleaning product like, but tones down to a honeydew melon. I don’t find it to be super realistic as there is a touch of tartness to me that borders on sour candy or perhaps the rind of the melon?

Exactly like Honey Dew Melon! In the waning days of summer as we head into autumn I love to spray this summery scent in the air at my home. Definitely not a real perfume as I've mentioned before regarding Demeter Fragrances. This opens with an aquatic melon or watermelon like scent with a sweet fruity flavor. Smells like when you have cut open a honey dew melon and inhale the scent as you bite into it. Very sweet and cloying but only because it's more chemical (aroma chemical) than real. It's just too strong for regular use on one's skin. This is good for hot days when you want to smell some sweet fruit scents. It's good for masking foul odors you might have (and hate) at home like garbage when it begins to pile up before you take out the trash, or the smell of kitty litter or after you've been cooking all day in the kitchen. Honeydew melon is found online and sold by Demeter Fragrances as part of their fruit themed line. Sweet and tasty, quite authentic to the actual melon scent but harsher and broader, like a huge oversized honeydew melon in your face. Love it. Highly recommended for fans of specific fruit scents.

Who doesn't like honeydew melon? I love to smell fruit even when I'm buying groceries. This is a very realistically recreated scent of honeydew melon from the market place. The fruit is delicious and smells like summer time and also like melon or cantaloupe scented shampoo for your hair. This has a big projection for a while but it doesn't last too long which is one of the downsides of Demeter fragrances. It can be pretty potent so spray with a light touch so you won't smell like someone has been throwing melons in your face. It has a sweet watery tropical air and you can wear it to the beach, to summer parties. It's casual and pretty innocent. I have had it in my collection for a while but hadn't returned to wearing it. This might be discontinued as so many great Demeter fragrances have been but you might want to look for it online if you're curious and want to wear it. It might still be out there somewhere. Smells great. Love it.
