Iced Berries

i got this unexpectedly as a free sample with my order and i'm so glad i did! it's a bit stronger than other Demeter scents, so use sparingly. overall the smell is very nostalgic and pleasant.

I was given the Iced Berries roll on perfume oil. It's not my style, but I like it, it's fun. They call it "Iced" because it definitely has a different fresh note with the berries, and it took me a while to put my finger on it. . . It's Bubble Tape, the gum. I actually like it more now that I am thinking about Bubble Tape. If you like this but you are looking for something even sweeter and much fancier, a high-end vanilla Bazooka gum that will last an entire day, try Love by Killian. Personally, I prefer the smell of this one because it is fresher and not so in-your-face candyland. Of course the longevity and sillage are not comparable between the two perfumes, but then again, neither are the prices!

I think the blackberry notes by Demeter just don't smell right to me. There's something sour in there that makes anything they are in smell wonky. This, Blackberry Peach Cobbler, and Blackberry Pie are just kinda weird to my nose. Bummer, because I love blackberry. :/ I also get a bit of either hay/chamomile in this. So sour berries/dry grass.

Nice pleasant berries with spice. Very light, crisp rather than super sweet. It does have a twist of something that isn’t mint but does give that cold feeling. The spice comes up clearly clove as it dries. Christmas berries, totally. It’s really pretty on dry down, almost a carnation/berry combination. It is very sweet though.

Juicy Fruit Chewing Gum. Authentically, as it fades so does the berry, and the mint and gumminess takes over. Pretty much bang on to the smell profile, but people will suspect you've got a piece of old chewing gum on the seat of your pants. :-)
