Jelly Belly Blueberry Muffin

looooove this one, probably because i grew up with it LMFAO! it does smell a little? chemical-y but also i've had the same bottle for nearly 20 years. very sweet, and if you like those fake dessert scents like i do (trust me im a fiend for anything remotely buttery or vanilla-esque) this is definitely up there. if something smelling sugary makes you wanna retch i'd ignore this, personally demeter specializes in very simple scents and this is no different - i like to combine this (not familiar with perfume terms yet, sorry!) with amber romance! it really brings out the custard-y scent in the other, like you have fruity vanilla pudding. yummies.

I got mine yesterday and am sooo glad I smelled it again. The first time I sprayed it on me I could only smell brown sugar but this time around, (perhaps I had fallen on a bad batch?) all I detected were blueberry and cream soda jelly beans. Simply Sweet? Nope!Sacharine sweet! Pure blueberry sugar lollipops! There is a warm buttery note I love but I mercifully cannot smell the popcorn which I am not fond of . All in all, Demeter strikes my sweet mental tooth again with this ' make me grin' scent! Like will perhaps turn into love. Who knows..? Recommended mostly to fruity gourmand lovers who like berry scents with a vanilla drydown.

I really like this scent,as for smelling like blueberry muffin, that it does, it does not have that home made bakery smell as the sort of shop bought muffin smell. Lovely never the less. Its a sweet yet has a heavy cakeyness like the 'muffin' part would suggest, although it is heavy on the cake front it has a lightness from the blueberry scent making it perfectly balanced and delicious. I would say it's perfect for those early spring days when you want something sweet and fruity to remind you of summer yet still warm comforting undertones.

Yes...you know those *HUGE GRAND* Blueberry muffins att "WAYNES COFEE", well this is eeexactly what this smells like! Frehsly baked from the oven. So not to wear when u need to cut down on sweeties, because this one will make u binge like crazy ........Try wearing it around boys/men... They will wanna eat u up - try it ;) MMMMm luv it

Sticky sweet. I enjoy my share of sweet perfumes but this might be the sweetest I've ever smelt. Maybe because it hasn't been tamed by any florals, woods or musks. It basically smells exactly like Blurberry Muffins but I guess I didn't really want to smell like Blueberry Muffins as much as I thought. It's sweet blueberries on the first spray then it quickly develops and become warmer with that heavy cakey muffin smell. I can smell the popcorn here and it makes my stomach turn a little. After it tames to a less 'loud' version of the initial spray.

I'm not in love with the scent, but I don't hate it. It's only okay for me. At times it can be a little overwhelming and it doesn't always smell like nice muffins, there's definitely butter in there. I've never had anyone comment on it, so I'm guessing it's not fantastic to them either. Surprisingly it is one of few Demeter scents that I own that actually LASTS. If only they could do that for the scents that smell really, really good.

I know this is getting hard to find, Demeter no longer carries the "Jellybelly" License. I was told by a Demeter Exec, their "Blueberry" was the exact same scent. I had MANY Blueberry Muffin bottles, it was a true love for sure! Going on what the Exec told me, I ordered "Blueberry" & got it today. EXACT same & you can find that one everywhere!!

Very one-dimensional like the rest of DF. Every fragrance smells as if it were created by a child, who put all of his favourite things together.. The scents are lovely to sniff, but I don't think I'd wear any of them. Maybe keep it as a room spray?

They uses to sell these in that little girls store "Claires". I think they are fun. I love the Blueberry muffin. The company also makes other scents other than Jelly Belly, like "Dirt" & as weird as that sounds it smells good, like earth!!
