I like this one! It has the linear one-note smokiness that I was looking for. I tried Demeter's Bonfire and Fireplace with high hopes, but no - they didn't sell right at all. But Mesquite is what it says. It's wood and its burning. If they bottled it as Campfire I'd be fine with it too. I enjoyed it - but mind you I wanted a memory evoking linear scent - and this did the job.

Basically a stronger version of their Bonfire, smells like lighter fluid and barbecue. All in all a generally okay smell, but a bit odd to wear alone.

Holy smokes! (Lol) This is a pungent wood smoker smell, at first spray there is a strong alcoholic note for minute or so but with the dry down it only leaves behind the distinct smell of mesquite smoke. This is a very one note perfume like many of Demeter's others, I didn't get any hints of meat or lighter fluid personally, if you're on the line about buying.

this smells identical to bacon bits

It is simply the smell of cade oil or birch tar (they are familiar). Smells of smoked meat, birch tar soap and smoked wood. Nothing interesting. Jut buy birch tar and dilute it.
