Wisteria

This is the closest thing to a true wisteria perfume I have ever smelt. A beautiful floral, with that lovely spicy, herbaceous hint that wisteria has. A true delight. I'm just sad it's so hard to get hold of. I have a 15ml spray that I'm hoarding jealously, and using very sparingly. A special scent for me.

It smells pretty close to the real thing! Wisteria is one of my favorite flowers, and I have ink scented like it, so this will be great to spray on the envelope and enhance the smell when I write love letters. I’ll probably buy a larger bottle!

I've never smelled actual wisteria, so to me this smells like Big Red or clove gum with a lilac-y flower background. It's very sweet, but not cloying. Light enough to wear in warmer weather. Solid longevity and silage for a Demeter.

I've yet to have the pleasure of smelling real wisteria, but this smells pretty nature-realistic whatever this is! I like it. Spicy, slightly green floral.

Opening was grape medicine and bandaids. When is settles I do think it is a realistic wisteria scent but the medicinal nature of it I can’t quite move past.

This does not smell exactly like the tiny tree/bushes we had in my garden as a child. that was more fresh, dewy,honeylike. I have come to realize that it is a different species of the plant. If anyone else is looking for something that replicates a butterfly bush (vlinderstruik for everyone in my country), this is not it. It sure is an interesting scent though. Flowers, but spicy. Not like floriental (CDG). Its warm, maybe herbal would be a better word? Not enough freshness for me, it smells good though. I think this would also smell really good on a men. I tried it mixed with a leather fragrance (dont recall the name, the one from the brand in department stores that does not use glass sprays, but metallic, sort of stretched out bomb- looking bottles, with a little detail? more oil based than alcohol? doesnt matter), which was absolutely delicious. Not my personal style, but I'd love to smell that blend on someone else. Before you go thinking that this is a masculine scent, it is not. When I wore this on its own, I was reminded of older ladies-but everything turns powdery on me!,dont let this deter you-. Then again, when layered with something more fresh, it could seem entirely different. Definently an interesting one, but I'll probably be gifting this to a friend who is fond of the red maroussia slava, seems like this would be a lighter fragrance (more daytime) right up her alley.

I do love this one, I don't know if I ever smelled real wisteria but this has a spiciness to it like a carnation. I just realized it also has a wet dog smell to it... hmm. I still like it though, it is nice and soft smelling.

TRUE on the vine Wisteria. Love it!
