Drunk On Youth

Fell in love with the fragrance and the story behind it immediately. I am sucker for honeysuckle and green apple as well so this was perfect for me right? Would've been except it doesn't last very long to be so highly priced @$95.00 for 1.7 oz.I don't think so okaay. Also the bottle looks like a white bio hazard suite. Doesn't represent youth or romance, quite unattractive.

This perfume is giving fresh shampoo and good smelling hairspray. I actually really like it. Honeysuckle has always been such an easy wearable clean scent for me and the apple wraps it up beautifully. If you don’t like honeysuckle I would not recommend as it is heavy on it. I would say this perfume lasts around 3-4 hours on skin and 2-3 on clothes. Great to mix with other floral scents or to wear alone, and I would definitely consider this a spring and summer scent!

I got this for .75 off at Sephora and I am really happy that I bought it. I have really been enjoying it and I dont detect the notes that are advertised. It is just very fresh and clean and it has held up for over 1/2 a day at work. I am really enjoying it.

The opening reminds me of Clinique Happy which I wore 20 years ago. It nice, fresh, clean, floral-sweet - and a little bit boring. My guess is that most non-fragheads would really like this. But I find it a little too generic.

soft, gentle, spring. a very simple sweet. linear, fresh and light. this was my favorite scent in college everyone calling it generic is right but it's still good. i love the honeysuckle and apple

Light, fresh, and clean. On initial spray, it’s like a shampoo scent. It develops into a soft very light floral skin scent.

To be honest, it's nothing special. It's very much like the champagne, apple, and honey body mist I have from bath and body works. I own the solid version, so I don't think I'd get the rancidness (or alcohol) that others describe. It's a very "sunny" fragrance, if that makes sense, and is certainly a sweet and floral scent. It's very generic, and I couldn't see myself wearing it too much, but I could understand why someone would like this. I would say that if you are into these types of scents, find another one, there are most definitely better ones on the market. But, if this really interests you, go for it!

found the notes Top Notes: Pear, Bergamot, Mandarin. Middle Notes: Rose, Apple, Honeysuckle, Jasmine, Magnolia. Base Notes: Sandalwood, Amber, Musk, Patchouli. a pretty scent, I feel like it's office friendly fragrance if you're into floral, a bit sweet, then this is for you. I don't get the apple scent, though.

The faintest, watered-down white florals and apple—like the smell of your hair three days after using an apple shampoo. As soon as I spray this, I can't even detect the smell on my skin. Generic and inoffensive. Like spraying spa water on yourself.

DKNY Be Delicious: slightly less sweet, 100x more linear and watered down.

First off, I truly hate the bottles in this line. Drunk on Youth? If by youthful you mean overly sweet and cheap. The initial spray is pure alcohol. The apple doesn't read as apple, it is simply there as a sweetener. Whoever thought honeysuckle needed additional sweetening is beyond me. The honeysuckle tries to peek through, but the cloying saccharine nature of this fragrance prevents it from sitting center stage. I truly prefer and recommend BBW Wild Honeysuckle. It is a better constructed fragrance and has better projection.

The opening features a fabric softener scent, then it goes into the dryer sheet phase, reminding me of all the chores I need to do around the house. And pray tell, who’s working in the marketing department for this brand? An ugly bottle with an even dumber name isn’t going too cover up the fact that this is a synthetic mess. PS (a note to the brand): Passing samples out for free at “Amazon Go” pick up stations is probably not a good strategy for unloading inventory that’s not selling.

Made me think of a severely diluted and slightly off version of Clinique Happy in the opening (I like Happy, but don't wear it myself). The initial spray here is awful. It dries down to what is finally recognizable as a sweet honeysuckle and tart apple blend; then it's progressively harder to find on skin and just about gone before the 2 hour mark. Not at all like Fable to my nose (I enjoy that one). This one isn't for me.

it's a boring, underwhelming smell that doesn't live up to its name. on me, it dries down to skin really fast. very mild, but if you're looking for that nice shampoo scent, i recommend going elsewhere. edit: yeah no. i had my friend try it and it smells incredibly strongly of generic hand sanitizer. could smell it from a yard away. would not recommend this to anyone, not even my worst enemies.

Smells like VS Love Spell's slightly older sister. Generic and safe. The one thing to say about it is that it seems like it lasts decently well--sprayed it on my elbow to test, scrubbed it off, and I can still smell it well.

This is my least favorite of the 10 Crosby variety. It's pure honeysuckle and something that smells quite metallic on me, its not green apple though. It smells adolescent and cheap.

I know it's fashionable to trash this line on Fragrantica, but I enjoy the 10 Crosby scents. Derek Lam didn't do the line any favors by listing so few of the notes in each fragrance. The fragrances have plenty of notes that aren't listed. The dominant top note is juicy apple (more Honeycrisp than granny smith). The florals feature a sweet honeysuckle that evolves to a soapy finish. There's also a wet green grass note that becomes stronger over time. The fragrance evolves a slightly woody note in its dry down, but there's none of the trendy vanilla/amber that seems ubiquitous in modern fragrances. This fragrance has wonderful longevity - I can clearly smell 10 or 12 hours after I spray it. Because it gets a bit soapy over its dry down, the fragrance ends the day smelling just-showered fresh.

This reminds me of a Mary Kay perfume I remember my mom wearing back in the 90s...I can't place it. It may have been Journey or Elige?? I felt this one had a little too much throw in the initial few hours (2 sprays, under clothing!), and I really just wasn't a fan of this one. It's a nice scent, but not for me. Lasted all day though, which is great for someone who pays for the full bottle of this one due to liking it!!! :)

I enjoy this fragrance! I own it in the liquid, and solid perfume form. It isn’t a very strong perfume, so I layer it with other, more bodacious scents. I am currently enjoying it with Jo Malone’s Lupin and Patchouli. It’s a nice mix with Tom Fords Black Orchid as well. I don’t LOVE it, but I definitely enjoy it. The scent is light, playful and non invasive. I do recommend this for the workplace, and layering.
