Fuel for Life Denim Collection Femme

It was my favourite perfume back in summer 2012. I had just moved to a new city and I especially went to douglas to try perfumes on tiny paper testers. I remember it lasted for a long time on my skin. This fruity woodsy sweet perfume was incredible! And it had a long projection! The only downsize: when the temperature was way over 26°C I could feel a "burning" sensation on my skin. But I would definitely buy it again!

I love it...a very fresh casual summer scent. Sweet, tangy raspberries layered with gorgeous jasmine and a woodsy dry down. Yes, it's a fairly simple scent...it's not an overly complex creation...but it's stunning in it's simplicity. Such a very cool bottle too. A day time warm weather scent for the weekends in my opinion...suitable for teens to 30's.

I am amazed that it contains raspberry note. I can't smell any sweet raspberry at all. I think it smells like jasmine, wood and amber a lot. Spicy and woody. Not so different from the original Fuel for life. I find it very good, I would totally wear it. I think it's an evening scent and better for cold seasons. Elegant and quite fine!

From the notes I was expecting a sweet fragrance, instead I was met with a lovely citrus fresh scent, it grew on me quite quickly, I would buy this again.

There is a dominant fruity note on my skin,more like a mix of raspberry and mandarin or maybe lemon wrapped in something like Chanel Coco Mademoiselle DNA minus patchouli It's tart and sweet,very fun,somehow odd but in a good way and delicious,it's not a plastic raspberry.it's like a neon,syrupy raspberry-orange combo a bit smelling like a tart and sweet raspberry lollipop Jasmin and woods are not dominant but there is a gorgeous touch of them hidden somewhere,There is also a delicious honeyed amber,giving Denim it's deep and sweet undertone. there's no musk listed but I can definitely smell Chanel Mademoiselle's clean jasmine+musk in this one too I find it very fun,flirty and it's young and sport without being too girly and childlike It's great for casual wear during spring and summer It stays on my skin almost long(at least 6-7 hours) with a moderat sillage I also love it's jean sport bottle Well done diesel Another great job from this brand Edit: This is really a weird one.I can easily get sick of it if I wear it frequently but whenever I reach for it after a while,it always surprises me in a good way.I agree that it feels syntethic and screamy sometimes but at the same time there's something delightful in it.I sprayed it three hours ago and it's still pretty strong.has an interesting woodsy-ambery base but right now it smells like a burnt honey-lemon syrup in a wooden pot.I won't call it a fresh scent but it definitely is sporty in a feminine way.not a love or even a real like for me but sometimes I crave it so I will keep my half full bottle.I recommend you try before buying as it can be very headache inducing تو درای داون بشدت شبیه شنل مادمازل هست منتها بدون پچولی

Mmmh it smels nice. Very fizzy, sweet (but not too sweet), fruity and fun, without becoming too young or girly. I would like one! Does anybody know if this is a limited edition? It doesn't say on the packaging that it is a limited edition sooo.. edit: Out of the bottle it smells amazing, like described above. But when I put it on it becomes very sweet, almost dark sweet. All of the nice fizzy raspberry notes disappear, at least on me :(

I used to use this one two years ago mostly during day. It's very strange and very interestins smell. However, I don't know if I would buy it again. But it's probably because my taste has changed little bit. I remeber that the entrance was quite fresh and bit fruity but after a couple of hours the amber base was what persisted. Just interesting smell...

It's sweet but has a woody powdery freshness to it, kind of sporty. Love the fruity crisp opening, like the warming sweet heart but not too keen on the drydown which is maybe a bit too sporty/woody for me. It's a lot like Lady Million maybe even sweeter. And is there not a little Miss "Diesel" Cherie hidden somewhere?

The sweet and mellow scent of red fruits reached my nose first,then jasmine and amber mixed in the background.It lingers for about half a day and it is refreshingingly sweet for spring or summer.I'm a big fan of denim in every form so the bottle is also a big plus of originality!

Raspberry?????Oh my God , how diferent are our noses. I smell something citrus and fresh and woody not sweet , not fruity...

This would have been an excellent perfume for me..if not for the raspberry note.

Surprisingly I couldn't smell this scent at all when I went to try it out!!

Just like most of reviewers here: where the hell is raspberry and what that citrus is doing there? But don't get me wrong: I don't mind this: in fact I was pleasantly surprised as it develops nicely - I get very lemony opening which is refreshing. After a while I can pick up jasmine and amber. And finally after the drydown, I get very tart and sour raspberry, only slightly sweet. The scent is spring and summer suitable. To me it does smell quite synthetic but at the same time I gotta say strangely enough I find it quite nice and youthfull scent. Just not my cup of tea.

like others mentioned I don't smell any raspberry. To me it's just sweet lemon/orange mixed with some honey! (I see somebody else mentioned that it smells like lady million, can not be the similar honey, jasmine feeling in it?!)To me it smells very much like Quizas Quizas Quizas, at least at the first 30 minutes. Then it changes to a ripe fruity, deep amber,patchouli(?) chypre scent. Despite negative reviews I found it pretty nice. Not that much childish as one might imagine by the notes either. But it matches the idea of the bottle and who can claim the bottle is not beautiful?

Diesel are great marketers. They choose such great names for their perfumes, that the scent itself is rather irrelevant. Well, here they did not only choose the great "Fuel for Life" brand name but also decorated the bottle with jeans! So they made all the right choices marketing-wise. The scent itself seems to be the least quality of the feminine denim edition. It's very fruity, much like a child's berry syrup concentrate. Very sweet, somewhat feels "fake". I did not find it appealing at all. Maybe young girls would like it more.

It took me 2 years to get the raspberry note out of this. I found out that I have been spraying too small doses and got only amber and some kind of sweet smell. But now that I'm about to finish the bottle and have been dosing it generously the smell has gotten way much better. Very nice raspberry note and not so suffocating amber. Now that the bottle is almost empty I started to like this more... And I was sure that i won't purchase another bottle. Maybe I have to change my mind.

Berries,jasmine,sweet boiling hot ,synthetic and screaming "here I am" .nope.i think for pair diesel jeans and black heavy shoes it's not my type of smell.i will prefer something more masculine or more fresh but with twist. Like over sweet fuchsia colour cocktail -sometimes it interesting to try.

Unfortunately, I do not feel the smell of raspberries, but rather some limes. The scent is fresh and limes, which is not my "cup of coffee". The only thing that interested me is a nice flacon.

Fresh, raunchy and raw. Everything a bad girl needs and more! Such a pity it doesn't smell good on my skin, was devistated!
