This is something along the lines of some Burberry frag. Very youthful, fresh but spicy. Seductive night time frag. I actually feel there is a resemblance to Armani Code, albeit not explicitly in the notes. (I haven't even checked the notes yet.) Also, just noticed now that I feel a resemblance to Boss Orange. Also a bit of First Instinct, and Fierce. Diesel has never been a favorite perfume brand of mine, reviewing my post history. I did like "Only the Brave", the original. But this is easily more interesting. The scent is subdued behind a really bad marketing campaign and medioker cheap bottle design. This is waaay to refined for the average teen. A very smooth blend. This will go unnoticed for a long time. Maybe even discontinued. But it is great.

Diesel fragrances in general never get to much love from fragrance community, i do like a few of them and this one is no exception, it starts off with a fresh licorice vibe and after a while it gets creamy and the licorice and wood mixes very well togheter and create a rater unike scent, not like the others currently on the market, i actually liked this one a lot, it lasted pretty good too, tho the projection was over at the 2 hour mark i still think this is a solid release from diesel at least if you like licorice you should try it out.

This is the 2018 sleeper hit that will shock people but check the notes... ✅ ★★★★ (4 / 5 stars) Imagine a fresh take on Lolita Lempicka mixed with the apple sweetness of Boss Bottled. Thus it's a sexy licorice crowd pleaser coated with powdery vanilla. Has the vibe of JPG Ultra Male and Invictus Intense. It's the only licorice scent I own now that I feel comfortable wearing in warmer conditions. Very versatile, my Lolita Lempicka fragrances are not. ✅ Recommended

OK..here is the scoop...some people love to hate it and some people love to love it...this is really sweet....it opens fresh and sweet with apple and bergamot and licorice and warmth of cardomon in the middle and dries down to licorice vanilla....the scent is kinda unique to me....very sexy and wearable all seasons..only recommend for somebody younger like 18 to 25....longevity is about 5-6 hours and the opening and dry down nice and licorice y

!!!!!! I’m 48yo Man and I’m here to set the record straight... I have a ridiculous collection and still I go through a bottle of this every couple of years. I absolutely love this juice. Very versatile and 4 season wearable IMO,.. And If anyone tells me I’m too old for this stuff,, or that I can only wear in the colder months,.. I’mma let ya know right now,... ya getti’N ur ass stomped by this ‘ol Man.. The End. !!!

Something smells minty to me that brings to mind St. Julipe from Imaginary Authors. Not side by side, as St. Julep combines mint and citrus, but the combination of licorice and bergamot somehow it conjures up the same sort of vibe. I wasn't really expecting to love this one, but have found myself reaching for it a good amount and it has decent performance.

Never understood this site, people hype up mid frags and trash frags that are actually decent. Normally I’m not a fan of powdery scents but they did a great job here, really nice safe blind buy, pretty unique scent profile. One of the best from the line imo. 7.75/10

Licorice, Apple and Amberwood with a hint of Vanilla is truly an addictive composition! Diesel fragrances never disappoint. Day- time and I would say, It Is suitable for Night- time As Well. Very versatile, perfect for every season.

Underrated scent. I would say it’s wearable for all seasons. It’s cheap and it’s great for young guys. Definitely could recommend this!

2018 Nelly Hachem-Ruiz Top: Basil, Apple, Bergamot, Thyme Middle: Licorice, Cardamom, Hedione Base: Vanilla, Amberwood, Cedar, Patchouli File under 'Fun'. It does not last so long but it is not too bad with the dash of Amber. There is a sweetness to it, and the first open has a heft--like a fog almost. Yep. Heavy Mist From the Fist. Upon open, the Basil is nice and can be confused with the Licorice--both notes I love. Final drydown features a regular vanilla that seems to have some caramel; maybe a hint of baked apple, not raw. Cardamom is submerged in there, I guess. Packaging: Fun, filled with mischief. A grey-speckled polymer fist with a diesel ring and an anodized 'Lava Orange' stem. Friction mount lid that is way better than most. Just a wonderful atomizer, broad and not too far--I love the atomizer. Put this out where you can see it!! Yep. File under Fun and hit it medium 5-6 applications when first getting to know this fragrance. Also, as I have learned the hard way, Come back to it at a later time if you don't quite get it. (Ref: my weird experience with Cartier Declaration which I now just adore.)

Synthetic and sweet. For younger guys (especially teenagers, early 20s). Older guys (35+) probably will not rock with this. It comes off very strong when you first put it on which is not flattering with the synthetic notes. Don't put on much if you're going to sit in a car or a smaller space immediately after, it will suffocate you and whoever is with you for sure. It dies down to moderate after about half an hour to an hour. I don't see it upsetting anyone at that point, it's a pleasant clean smell. Very sweet. I had it gifted at a point where I knew nothing about fragrances and only used it on special occasions. For anyone in a similar position where they don't care a lot, don't need something overly complex and they're a young guy, it is a fine pick.

Okay, yeah, it's a little bit like Invictus or Azzaro Wanted, but it's also a LOT like Versace Eros because it has the same minty vanilla (minty due to the licorice, the vanilla note is the same) and even similar to Azzaro Decibel, as they share the same licorice note! The notes of the original are completely MIA according to my nose, but this is quite pleasant! Not one I'd buy, personally, but my samples of this one WILL get used! Very leathery, minty, licorice, vanilla, with a little citrus in the background, silently supporting it. Also kind of reminds me of Le Male In The Navy... same vanilla and again, mint. But, if you don't like the licorice note, this one won't be for you. So send it to me and I'll take care of it for you :)

Let it settle for about 5 mins before smelling for 1, it comes off like its burning your nostrils at first but wait it gets better.... this is strikingly similar to ultra male but way easier to take a deep smell of withiut being overwhelmed with what your smelling.. Everything seems strangely similar to ultra male, the more I smell ultra male on the dry down the more i dislike it. Very synthetic vibe.... this seems to have very similar tones but Instead of that synthetic sweet you get with ultramale you'll get a more rounded sweet mixed with licorice and the most faint vanilla tone for the street version. Jpg ultra male almost smells bitter on dry down like grapefruit gone rancid. You defs smell the basil in this scent.

This isn’t that bad, but it can be a bit cloying and I do see why some don’t like it. I think @FragranceAnon below was pretty spot on with that review. Borderline fougere and not overly sweet. The licorice is noticeable though not overwhelming but also has a slight saltiness to it, which reminds me of Dutch salted licorice. The dry down is more pleasant - earthy and aromatic, slightly woody but I also get a nice aquatic accord there too with vanilla in the background. Versatile enough for warmer weather, but the Vanilla makes it ok for cooler weather too. Moderate sillage, moderate-strong longevity. Not really a safe blind buy though. Suggested deodorant: Lynx Copper Santal

I was a little concerned that the vanilla would put me off as I don't enjoy strong vanilla scents, but this one is just right: sweet but still masculine. The focus is on the woody, spicy vibe with a hint of licorice, and the vanilla plays a supporting role without stealing the show. The opening is awesome, and the dry down is very nice as well. Performs well enough, and, as with most in this line, you can get it for a great price on discounters.

I think this scent is really underrated and unique. The licorice, basil, cardamom and vanilla contribute to a “spiced cookie” kind of aroma that I really dig. Sweet enough like most Diesel fragrances but not overly loud. This is a great one to wear when relaxing in the evening or hanging with friends. Performance is kind of brutal though, rather weak after 4.5 hours. But since it’s cheap, not that big of a deal

Not too bad. It reminds me like 2% of Very Irresistible by Givenchy, but that must be the cedar note they share. Got a 35ml for 19.99, that seems fine. I wouldn't get it again, but wanted to try it, and liked the little size as it's a good traveller and not as much to get sick of. Mostly sweet smelling and a bit generic perhaps...but it's not gross or anything.

i think its a really nice sweet scent, not strong and doesn't last that long though, but would love to have one that did offer longevity. on a personal note i don't really like the cap, it has like a small screech when putting it on and off, like grinding metal, really strange sound for me but it shouldn't be a big worry.
