Spirit Of The Brave Intense

This was a blind buy based on some interesting comments from multiple youtubers saying that this stuff may be a little underrated at the moment being that its still in its infancy, but it has surprised some with the quality of the scent, projection and longevity. After testing it out a few days in a row i can say that I'm a fan, i love the breakdown of these notes, especially that balsamic undertone that the cypress gives off. This one just may just creep up on people and become a popular frag, especially when Jeremy Fragrance gets around to giving it his full review which he said he would get to doing soon after giving this the thumbs up in a video a couple of months back. I feel this would be a great date night fragrance for blokes between 20 - 40yrs old Rating: 8.5/10

This is my 1st time ever writing any review/post here (not a noob though to the fragrance world) but just had to write this because I have never encountered any perfume at this price range that lasts over 24hrs on skin (on skin) not just a faint smell but really good whiffs after 20hrs and moderate after 24hrs mark and it's still going. Smells great with good 4-6ft projection for the first 1-2hrs then later projects at arms length for another 2-3hrs after that it becomes an awesome skin scent that lasts the whole day. Never cared for the diesel brand in the past but this has completely changed my mind. This is definitely blind buy worthy 100%

Managed to get this for £34 and wow is it a steal! Amazing fresh spicy aroma with a assertive woody tone that gives masculine energy, dries down to a slightly sweet but still fresh spicy scent. Over 8 hrs of longevity and projects like crazy for first hour or 2. 9/10 100% can reccomend

There is a new 2022 Eau de Parfum version that is excellent! No entry on Fragrantica yet though. I was always sceptical and avoiding brands like Diesel, but this changed my mind. For people who like clubbing fragrances like Joop, Ultra Male etc, definitely try this new EDP!

Bought this, thinking it would be a stronger version of the EDT. To my nose, and maybe I'll have to do a little more sniffing, but this is something TOTALLY different, but not in a bad way. It kind of still holds on to the idea of SOTB, this takes that idea, and I feel makes it a little smoother adding in some sort of darker vibe, which makes me see why most did not rate this for the summer, where the EDT to me is a summer banger. Biggest complaint off the rip, as I'm comparing 3 different scents currently for review, is that I can tell even compared to Diesel Bad Intense, that this isn't going to have the same sillage... it's going to sit in a little closer on my skin atleast, but it seems much more powerful than the EDT, and for that I can see myself using up this bottle over time. Also in a lot of ways, it reminds me a bit of Bad Intense. Little more masculine, a little more fresh, and less heavy, but kind of the same vibe. If I wanted Bad Intense on a hotter day, I'd probably wear this instead. Good stuff all in all, worth the buy in my eyes at $40.

I might be the only one that catches a comparison to Chanel Allure Homme. Smells a bit like that. Just not as good. Still not a bad fragrance at all! A safe fall fragrance that can be worn for a date, day time, and night. I personally don’t find it very youthful. I would say this is more for the 25 to 45 age range. However obviously if you like the scent ANYONE can wear it. The fragrance game has become a joke as to when someone can wear a fragrance, who can wear the fragrance and when you can wear it! If you like the fragrance wear it! God bless

Boyfriend was gifted this fragrance and I must say it did pleasantly surprise me. I first smelt this when Sauvage was dominating the general public perfume market and so it was such a comforting surprise to finally be surrounded by a male fragrance that wasn't unbearably musky or oud smelling. The fresh opening paired with the vanilla dry down is quite enjoyable especially when you unexpectedly catch it. Can't see any male/female not liking this scent. Definitely a good choice for all ages of men.

Now, this is an interesting one! It opens with the classic citrus note and something crispy. Then, it's aromatic and sweet, though while I smelled it I couldn't recognize specifically which aromatic note it was. I see this on a young man in his mid twenties or on a guy approaching his forties, maybe on a daytime casual date or going out with his friends. After a while the powdery notes kick in while the vanilla is still very present. A sexy scent that's nice to sniff upclose... ;P

Similar to Code absolu and spice bomb extreme in a way More woody than absolu and less sweet than both absolu and SBE Doesn't perform as good as either of those fragrances but isn't a bad performing fragrance by any means Last about 10 hours on the skin Projects heavily for about 45 mins then projects light to moderate for another 45mins to an hour Then sits closer to the skin For the price this is great!

Definitely smell that candyish apple with the greens on the opening, dries down to less of that and just a generic "nice" smell. Longevity was an issue for me, but may be a skin chemistry thing, lasted at most 2 hours with presence afterwards became a skin scent. My standards may be cooked though. Bought for sub-£40 from a designer brand I can't say it's not worth it.

I'm not going to praise it like it's some out of this world creation, but it is rather smooth and pleasant. You won't regret it. Safe blind buy, safe gift item choice. A like , I'd say even good value for money (assuming you buy from discounters). Wouldn't wear this in the winter though, it doesn't have the power to get you through the day.

Warm and woody. Sweet but masculine. This one is slept on. If you're a fan of sweet frags like the 1 Million line mixed with something like Armani Code, you'll probably enjoy this one. Great value cool weather frag. The original Spirit of the Brave is nice as well.

It's not bad. Very easy to like, nothing special, but still good. Once it hits discounters for under $30, it'll be worth it.

I have a sample of this perfume and also could try it in store. It lasts a little more than 6 hours and with a lot of heat it is possible that less, the intensity is medium, at first it may seem higher due to the aromatic notes, it softens over the hour. The aroma is very pleasant, a fruity citric aromatic output, when it dries and the citric intensity decreases, the green tone, the sage joins the aromatic and the woody aromatic part. Here precisely the cypress is very interesting because it is a type of wood that gives it the masculine part and at the same time that aromatic part that helps the woods to be more fresh. The final part of the perfume is already flush with the feet and is like a set of woody amber, but already very soft flush with the skin. With this perfume I think that it smells good, it is very pleasant, it has of course a masculine character, but although it smells very good it is nothing new, it will not take a prize for the original and within those aromas it is simple, but I like it. It is an easy perfume, easy to carry, easy to like in a blind purchase, easy to give away, easy to wear for any age and easy to wear at any time, although the latter if I say that it is very pleasant to wear in summer. Sometimes it is not necessary to be complicated when finding a perfume and for many people the simple thing works. But if you are looking for more spectacular, complicated and full of aromas, keep looking.

Got a free sample per post, I find it to be pleasant, generic and youthful. I don't understand the dislikes becuase the scent is so agreeable !! it reminds me a lot of some boss fragrance my brother had. Like fast food and fast fashion, we now have fast perfumes. They are generic, mass appealing and should be cheap. If you are a fragrance lover, I don't think this will blow your mind but it is for an early 20s bloke getting ready for a night out! and that's ok. I believe there is a place in perfumery for these kind of scents even if "fast perfumes" are not for me.

I used to hate this Diesel because of its tacky bottle until I found it with very good deal and I grabbed it... then I changed my mind totally the scent is just so wonderful, semi dark and sweet, sensual, addictive.. It projects average but very long lasting Big surprise for me because Ive never though Diesel could bring a very high-quality scent if you love Bad Boy, Scent magnetic, Invictus victory, Armani code or any kinds of semi dark, sweet, nutty/chocolatty.. this Diesel is totally for you with much cheaper price very well done.. now I'm a fan

It's like a vanilla heavy YSL Y. Crisp apple vanilla masculine scent. Cypress keeps it grounded and not unisex. I do get Armani Code vibes but feels lighter fresher. Smells great. Surprised how much I'm enjoying it.

No this does not smell like Invictus in any way. This is creamy vanilla, amber and Cypress. Kind of smells like those vanilla infused lollipops that chupachups makes

so is this intense take on spirit of THE BRAVE? or completely diff?
