Aqua Fahrenheit

Thought a lot before writing my review, this perfume is almost alive, it grows on you by time, and isn't stable enough to make a judgement after the first couple of usages. It clearly is a much lighter option for those who are still in love with the classic Fahrenheit, but can't find convenient outings to wear it, this is clearly for them. The astonishing past is that it is really a much lighter/citrusy/morning version of the original, the first time i wore it, i was asked by a friend if this is Fahrenheit the original, when i mentioned it is a new Aqua version, he said yes, it seems now lighter, after i told him. This shares the same core notes of the original, much lighter/citrusy opening, Lemon/mandarin/mint and violet could be smelled along with a smoky note, after an hour the perfume tends to shift rapidly into a much closer version to the original but with a crispier/sharper smell, the original was subtle and smooth, this is not. After 5-6 hours most of the citrusy notes fade away, a little bit of grapefruit is still there but it turns a little bitter, leather (sharp) notes appear along with a hint of vetiver, all welded together by Gasoline note that appears clearly in this phase, very sharp and crispy note that seems very close to burning your nostrils if you smell it hard. can be a little intoxicating. There is also traces of crisp oud notes, discreet though 7-8 hours, something unexpected happens, the gasoline, vetiver, bitter notes fade away leaving traces of a sweet note that i cannot interpret what it is or where it came from, it is the very last phase of dry down, the note seems odd to the perfume and not detected in any of the other phases. i have to add also, that there is a strong note of cucumber in the opening. The first couple of times notes were not very clear, neither the silage of the perfume, the third time i could tell that the longevity and silage are perfect. Many will love this, i bought it and love it, although i believe something better could be done with the blending, i am not a trained nose, i might be wrong after all. Also, i have to say that the higher the temperature the more bitter and gasolinish it becomes, it also projects better in higher temperatures Recommendation: try on skin, not on paper, it reacts differently with skin, temperature as well changes the notes a dramatically. Honestly "Fire meets water" is the perfect exact explanation of this perfume, Aquatic while pumps heat. Not to be missed by any citrus notes lover or those who worship the original. I hope this was useful.

great, just great! aqua fahrenheit is a special blend, in the 2022 it smells even more unique and charming. the original dna is here but toned down for the warm seasons, the soft leather-gasoline combo is mixed with a fantastic, natural grapefruit. the opening is very fresh and fruity, then became more similar to the og. the quality of the ingredients is very clear, 100% dior!like the marketing said at that time, fire meets cold in a unique, warm and refreshing blend. most likely the best flanker of the og, which is the best but the aqua version is the right choice when u want to bring the personality of the origninal edt into the warm days of the year. aqua fahrenheit is not super mass-appealing but many people will appreciate it. if u love the og u can blind buy it, if u think the original edt is too much the aqua version is definitely more gentle and easy to wear. like i said before, this is for spring and summer, for casual and formal situations but aqua fahrenheit is quite unique, so it can be good for special occasions. the performance is moderate, u think it's gone but it is still with u during the day. the projection is very good in the first 1-1.5 hour. in the end, i want to let u know a true story: after a "love meeting" with a girl, the day after she told me"i can still smell your lovely fragrance on me..." sadly discontinued but u can still find it in the stores if u look around, so dont spend crazy money on internet. aqua fahreneit è un profumo estivo fantastico, unico e raffinato. è l'originale diluito con un fantastico pompelmo. cè anche del mandarino, menta ecc..perfetto per trasportare la decisa personalità dell'originale anche nelle stagioni calde. riguardo al fatto che possa piacere e alla performance, una ragazza il giorno dopo disse "lo sento ancora addosso, ti penso...". con questo ho detto tutto. scent-9 longevity-7,5 sillage-7,5 uniqueness-8,5 versatility-8 presentation-8,5 compliment factor-8,5 back up bottle? yes my vote-9 in one word- personality alternative- the original fahrenheit edt and the cologne version.

Finally, this 2010s gem is in my possession! I've wanted it for a few years now since I really started to get into this hobby, but it's always been overpriced. It still was, but I found a halfway decent price for it and I decided to go for it, and while it's certainly not worth what I paid objectively, but the joy that the scent of this stuff gives me is what I'm here for, and it really is a nice one. It pops off with this beautiful bright opening full of citruses and that signature Fahrenheit violet leaf, before the citruses drop back and the leathery, petrolly Fahrenheit DNA starts to take center stage. It remains aquatic smelling, and the citruses do stay around actually, but they're just much softer by the time it starts to dry down. This is a first impressions so I can't speak to the performance, but this seems like it's going to perform well for a fresh fragrance, I think it'll be a solid 6-8 hours just judging by how it's done in the first hour of me having it on my arm and how the citruses are sticking around in the opening. It's pretty loud for an "aquatic" fragrance too. I find it slightly similar to YSL's L'Homme Libre, but only in bits and pieces, they also are considerably different and I understand why some may not find them similar at all as they have completely different components and this is actually surprisingly a little bit more bubbly and vibrant, and therefore more wearable than Libre. To me, the closest thing to this that I've smelled is easily just the original Fahrenheit and ultimately this is just a brighter, more modern, and more summer friendly take on the OG. I really love it though, can't wait to wear it more this spring and summer. I really, really enjoy this.

For years I passed on Fahrenheit but 4-years ago I tried the iconic scent and immediately liked it, which quickly turned into love, love, love. Thankfully I also tried Aqua and Absolute at the same time so I had no preconceived ideas of how Aqua Fahrenheit should or shouldn't smell. Frankly speaking, I find it to be an awesome Sprint/Summer scent that is perfect for any occasion and can be worn much of the year...summer nights too! It is a great fragrance that isn't overly aquatic. Some folks have complained that Aqua Fahrenheit is nothing like the original version---which is largely true--but that doesn't detract from it being an excellent fragrance. In my opinion, Dior managed to capture the essence of Fahrenheit (I smells the similarity) dressed in Summertime duds that has a bit of a kick and some leather goodness. Moreover, some have complained of longevity issues..well, it's a aquatic/citrus based fragrance (think Summertime) so you're probably not going to get 12+ hours on your skin. However, it lasts a solid 7-hours on my skins, projects fairly well, and has that hint of familiarity that reminds us this is indeed Aqua Fahrenheit. I usually wear a lot of the Creeds and freshies over the summertime so Aqua Fahreneht gives me a viable summertime scent that reminds me (i.e., gentle hints) of Fahrenheit, but doesn't gag me and others in the Summer heat. I feel this one is almost a masterpiece: 4.5 out of 5. Unfortunately for Dior, they discontinued this incredible fragrance, but I did manage to order several backup bottles for the rest of my life since I always want to have AF in my Scent Armory. THE EPITOME OF A MANLY AQUATIC FRAGRANCE!!!

On My Quest to acquire all of the Fahrenheit Flankers (except Fahrenheit Summer 06,07) , Aqua Fahrenheit May be the Closest to The Original Fahrenheit DNA while still standing on its own feet by offering a more vibrant, fresh, and Green take on the original for the Spring and summer. To my Nose the original Fahrenheit smells like the mixture of Petrichor, Gasoline ,and mandarin. Almost Like being in the middle of a developing rainstorm at the tail end of summer in September Aqua Fahrenheit Smells like petrichor during the Late Spring/early Summer time , as the combination of Violet,Grapefruit, Mint, Basil, and vetiver create a feeling as if you're in a lush fruit and vegetable garden after a morning shower with the warm embrace of the sun beaming down on to you Also just so ya know, THIS IS STRONG. I don't know why but Seemingly nobody has mentioned the strength and Silliage provided by Aqua Fahrenheit as I sprayed 4 Sprays and it didn't stop projecting until I washed it out a day later. In summary, Aqua Fahrenheit is a Strangely Comforting Ozonic Green Fresh-ey Designed to make you feel as Cool as a cucumber (and kinda smell like one too!) While I can see why some May not enjoy Aqua Fahrenheits Eccentric Summer-y take on the originals dark Gasoline and Leather forward DNA, I still think it's absolutely worth a look...for a 1$ an ML because ain't nobody paying 200$+ for a 100ML bottle XD Uniqueness/memorability 10/10 Silliage 10/10 Longevity 10/10 Overall 9.9/10 Really hope Dior Give the old Fahrenheit flankers another chance. Would love to See Aqua,Absolute, and 32 make a resurgence

Quality ingredients. Smells good but nothing very special. Demachy has done a great job in keeping with the theme of fire and water. Smell: top is natural grapefruit with the hint of original Fahrenheit. The strong citrus stays for 1-2 hrs but the gasoline feeling is gone within half an hour.i personally think the juiciness from the citruses + mint combo gives it that watery feeling instead of the traditional aqua notes. Mid- violets with dying citrus. Kind of becomes sweeter. Dry down- patchy violet with warm leather like accord... keeps it smelling sweet. Projection is very strong as long as the citrus is there (1 to 2hrs max). Then becomes considerably weak. Longevity is solid (apprx 8hrs) but only skin scent after the 4hr mark. I was hoping for the citrus to stay strong during high heat but seems like the temp didnt make too much difference on the transition. Wish it had a bit more original Fahrenheit vibe during later stages but it does its own thing. I personally think it smells more like the original on paper strips but is different skin. So test it on skin. PROS -Versatile. -Unique amongst sport/summer frags. -Amazing quality. GREAT TOP NOTES -Very noticible transition from top to bottom. CONS -Slightly disappointing dry down. -Mild performance issues compared to the original and other heavy flankers. -overall smell is nothing groundbreaking. SUMMARY Unique hot weather frag. With average performance. Solid buy for guys who want some thing for summer amongst a collection of mostly winter scents.

I put off buying this for a while, but the situation forced my hand due the discontinuation and inevitably price hike on the way. You may be wondering how the hell the original's petrol and leather could possibly be blended into a summer scent. Will they survive the transition? Will they ruin the freshness or force this to be a cooler weather scent? These were doubts I had, until I adopted a "just buy it" mentality. 8 days later, and I've already purchased a backup bottle. I would consider this a very low risk purchase at the moment. It's the masculine (but not overbearing) scent that I've been looking for in those summer months. It smells even better at a distance when all those notes have the opportunity to expand and dance with each other. I would even consider it a potential crowd pleaser, which is far from what people can say about the original Fahrenheit. The final test will come in the next few months, when I discover how it plays in temps upward of 80F. I expect it to thrive, but even if it doesn't I can picture myself using it almost year-round. This got me a compliment during a freaking snow storm last week. If you're a Fahrenheit purist, then my $0.02 may not be particularly valuable to you. I'm 30 years old and remember smelling the original formulations growing up, but I only own a new-fangled batch from a couple years ago. I hate hype trains, but I can't write an honest review without telling you to hurry and get your hands on this one.

Masterpiece, simply a masterpiece. Taking the original Fahrenheit and turning it into a fresher, more vibrant scent may have been a challenging task, nevertheless Francois Demachy scored a perfect 10. The original Fahrenheit was a fragrance I wasn't a fan of, the "petrol" nuance gave me some headache after a while, but with Aqua it was a different story. I was offered Aqua Fahrenheit from a friend who sells discontinued and rare fragrances, and having heard much about it and reading reviews I did not want to miss the chance of having a bottle. Long story short, I received a "vintage" 2012 bottle (the one with the gradient around the box) and first spray I was like...this is amazing! The opening is juicy and very vibrant, mouthwatering, which portrays perfectly the name "Aqua". The mandarin, grapefruit, mint, all the notes are very photorealistic. You can still tell there's Fahrenheit's DNA but it's toned down, more wearable and fresher. Truly a beautiful fragrance. AF stands out a lot from the regular citrusy summer fragrances. This is perfect for those weird spring/summer days when it's hot in the morning and out of nowhere it starts raining at 5pm (well at least it happens here in Mexico haha) 10/10

Finally the Fahrenheit that I can wear without feeling suffocated. This Aqua Fahrenheit doesn't pack a lot of heat. The citrusy note is very refreshing and somehow it doesn't interfere the core of the Fahrenheit. Depending on the day, sometimes I smell something like cool green cucumber, and sometimes I smell something soapy. The overall scent is still smokey like Fahrenheit with the help of violet and leather, I think. It's not very similar to other versions but the Fahrenheit 32. While the 32 is more floral, this flanker is more cool aromatic. Longevity and projection is great because I can smell it all day long. The scent is pretty linear as well; making it easy to wear. I finally have my bottle and I enjoy it. It seems to be very versatile and it can be used all year round. The heart and soul of this fragrance is still the Fahrenheit, but it's been added this cool smokey freshness; making it more wearable for those who can't stand the original. It's interesting to try and I think Dior finally come a full circle with this one; There is Fahrenheit(s) for everyone. For me, this is my Fahrenheit.

OK, I don't usually do reviews on the first wearing but I am loving this so much I just had to share. I have been looking for a nice leather fragrance with a modern vibe and I think I just found it. I was considering Versace Man (which I may still buy somewhere down the road) but this is fitting the bill perfectly! Unfortunately there was nowhere locally I could sample so I had to go on gut instinct and blind buy this. Some of my favorite notes are violet, grapefruit, and mint which hinted that I probably would like this. This is very similar to the original Fahrenheit but fresher. The grapefruit and mint take a bit of the edginess off the violet and soften it similar to the smell of Burberry Touch but it still barks much louder than Touch. And then add the leather to the mix and and all I can say is "Wow"! I haven't worn it long enough to comment on the projection and longevity but I will trust the other reviewers who say it is better than average. Having said all that I feel this may give my current signature scent a serious challenge. It's that good!

I caught wind of this juice and have finally managed to land myself a bottle through a legit retailer. I love and own the original Fahrenheit and just decided (for the first time) to blind buy. Glad I did...its very nice but not quite what I was expecting. I'm a bit on the fence about the whole 'cucumberish' aroma this gives off but I still I like it, it's not a love for me at the moment but think it could be after it has time to grow. I'm looking forward to wearing this in the hotter weather as that's when it will really glow. It does project well but only for about the first hour then turns to a skin scent. I don't find longetivity as good as what others are saying but for me it sticks well for about 7-8 hours weather permitting. Overall, unique, addictive and adventurous. To me this is a treacherous expedition up over a volcano located on an island. The pathway is lined by exotic plants and mountain fresh streams. You stop to splash water over your face, you take in some deep breaths and aqua is what you smell. 8.3/10

A lighter, more wearable Fahrenheit... Aqua Fahrenheit is a new take on the original Fahrenheit, with a concept of "fire meets water", hence the "Aqua" prefix. To me, I think this is a fresher, summer version of the original, a kind of "Eau de Fahrenheit" almost. It has a huge citrus note, provided by grapefruit, and this stays throughout the life of the fragrance, only drying down to original Fahrenheit at the end. You still get the violet leaf/leather (ie the "petrol" note) combination in the background, but the top and middle of the fragrance is dominated by the Grapefruit and Mandarin. I also get the mint and herbs, which combine with the citrus to give it a fresh feeling. If I had to give it a name, I would call it Fahrenheit "fresh", because if you found the original stuffy and "too much", then give this one a try. It's a great clean, citrus take on the original "dark" and "heavy" Fahrenheit, and it can be worn all year round in my opinion. New, original take on a classic from Dior. Really good stuff.

Interesting. I really hate the original Fahrenheit, because it smells like gasoline, but this summer version is very very good and I love it. Simple, safe, not offensive scent, and the most important thing, this is not a typical, boring aquatic/green/citrusy perfume. The three dominant elements are the grapefruit, the violet and the leather (unfortunately I don’t get the other notes). The opening is a bit boring (but good) grapefruit, but few minutes later I get a beautiful, light, slightly watery-powdery violet scent. 30-40 minutes later the leather note arrives, and 1.5-2 hours later this is the only note what I can smell. Not a classic summer scent, but highly recommended. - spring/summer/fall daytime scent - sillage is good, longevity is great, I got 10 hours on skin - safe blind buy Scent (open, top-mid): 8/10 (x2) Scent (drydown, base): 8/10 (x2) Sillage: 7/10 Longevity: 10/10 Uniqueness: 8/10 Versatility: 7/10 Total: 8/10

I wonder if my bottle was already old when I got it (I got it 2 months ago, and I know for sure it's not a fake one) because I smell something I haven't read in any of the other reviews. It smells good to me in the opening and middle. Although, not terribly exciting if you like the notes and you're looking for one of them to be remarkable. The bergamot, mint, violet... none of these notes are very special in this scent. They are just ok to me. But in the far drydown, it doesn't smell pleasant to me AT ALL. I'm reading reviews claim that the drydown is marvelous and unique. Not to me-it smells super dated and old, like a strong musky scent from the 70's or early 80's. It's a smell I don't want anywhere near me, to be honest. Such a shame I can't share the good opinions people have about this scent. Well, at least Aqua Fahrenheit's performance is very good, if you like it.

First impression. : opened this some 25 minutes back. First spray on the arm , incredible delicious , alluring fragrance. You can smell the quality in ingredients for sure . The grapefruit is sweet not too tart. Says on the box : spearmint and violet from Brasilia . Vetiver from Haiti , grapefruit from Italy. I believe them. I'm sitting in the line of the air con and every time the vents throw air in my direction , I'm getting these heavenly whiffs from my arm. I can tell this is a performer . Summer is just beginning here and it gets very hot here. I suspect this lil guy will be surely one of my staples and go to flacon for summer 2014 . I also feel that naming it "Aqva" makes us throw this in the generic Aqva lines . This is not a generic Aqva fragrance. Dior could have been more original with the title. This fragrance deserves more respect. Thanks all you lot.

My thoughts of Aqua Fahrenheit Opens with a blast of bitter Grapefruit at top then transition into a very beautify spearmint-ish mid, with the faint signature Fahrenheit DNA. Opening reminds me of a freshly cut grapefruit the rest reminds me nice tame spearmintish Pros Smells of great quality, doesn't come off synthetic. Doesn't come off generic Dior Sprayers are great, Like the Bottle As of 5/1/2017 in the States can easily get one for $50-60 Cons Aqua Fahrenheit seems to be very volatile, 2-3 hours Performance at best, starts to sit close to the skin at one hour, sillage could better Fairly linear. Final thoughts If this wasn't so volatile and lasted longer, I would easily choose this over something like Sauvage, but it doesn't. Needs to reapplied every 2 hours or eles it's not worth putting on.

Had a sniff of this today and I can start by saying that the Original Fahrenheit is way to heavy for me. It just reminds me of engines. In fact a special old tractor standing outdoors for years with oily greasy rods with wet leaves and spillage of diesel fuel. However I did like something about it but as it was so trong, it couldnt be me as I dont want to be remembered as much of a parfume as of my personality. For me a parfume is an extension of myself, not the main part. Aqua, now this may be something for me, still got the smell like the original but half the amount and instead added a lot of refreshment. I will have to try this some more. I work in a quite confined space Cabin Crew so iit cannot suffocate my fellow flightattendants, or btw passengers :)

This is amazing!! It has the original violet leaf dna with an amazing grapefruit, citrus on top and a minty, basil vibe that makes it absolutely beautiful! On the drydown goes on the edt territory, the smooth leather comes out but stays fresh and clean. It's refreshing, masculine, gentleman fragrance that it's very unique. The performance is good, it lasts about 7 hours and projects nicely for 2 hours. It's super versatile, you can wear it everywhere as a signature scent, it will differentiate you from all the others and it will get some attention. Overall, this was made when Dior produced niche quality scents and this is one of them, too sad that it's discontinued. If you love Fahrenheit edt and you need a summer, easier to wear version, just grab it!!

years pass by, my nose becomes more and more experienced, but this juice is still my favourite of all. the mixture of citrus and herbal freshness with deep and warm leather Fahrenheit's note makes me happy and uplifted every time I wear it. and it works like this not only for me - EVERY girl I've met has given me compliments about my smell. maybe it just matches my skin perfectly... it performs amazingly in hot summer days - and even better at night. I sooooooo sad they canceled it - Fahrenheit Cologne is just blurred version of good old Fahrie, so I will really miss Aqua when I finish my last bottle. if you find it anywhere - do not hesitate to try it. and buy it. and be happy

This is SO FREAKING GOOD. The opening is gorgeous, as expected, with citrus and violet notes working with mint to make a pleasant freshness that doesn't seem like it's been done a thousand times before. It's Dior, so quality is to be expected here. But it's the drydown that steals the show. The leather note is what makes this fragrance classy, sophisticated, and masculine. It's just perfectly balanced with the opening notes, and look! Not a single "aquatic" note to be found, despite the fragrance being labeled as such. I don't get the beastly sillage or longevity that many users seem to, but that's OK. This fragrance is a masterpiece. Signature scent worthy, without a doubt.

Starts off with an amazing grapefruit. Just the right amount of citrus. Then comes the spearmint, violet and basil which starts to smooth it out and keep it fresh. The violet, vetiver and leather give it just a smidge of the famous petrol note of the original. The leather is smooth and light. There is a very slight salt air and extremely light petro feel to it (in a good way). The petroleum is only about 5% of the original. I picture myself walking beside the ocean on a smoldering hot day near a marina where you smell the fresh air with some faint boat fumes. I love it. Easily a signature scent and one of the best fragrances made and then discontinued. Get it while you can.

I liked this version of Fahrenheit. For me it is a herbal, floral, woody and slightly cool fragrance. When applied flows the scent of citrus notes smelling more to the peel than the pulp, the note of mint brings freshment and basil and violet flower give it a very herbal nature. The base is also nice where vetiver and leather give a woody character. The fragrance is very versatile for wear in spring, summer and even autumn without any problem can be a lotion for daily use. Sillage over 12 hrs. with good projection. In style is very similar to L'Homme Libre from YSL and Ermenegildo Zegna Uomo

I was lucky to get a 75ml bottle from the 2011 batch 1w01. When I received the bottle I sprayed, and I hardly smelled it. Just the initial whiff and then nothing that I thought it might has been damaged due to being a very old batch, however, after a couple of more usages, it got stronger and it is potent. The smell is nice, complex, and not a simple fresh scent. I love the leather there. And there is that scent that I can’t identify but it is nice, I think it could be what other folks refer to as the mint. If this wasn’t discontinued I would have used it as a signature scent.

My first Dior spray, had this about 5 weeks now..First impressions as below I was like WTF. Not too impressed with it. But after a few tries I started to like it. I really love it now. Maybe because it's stood for a while?..it did seem to get better. Quality scent for sure and I can tell why Dior are known for being one of the best designer houses. Mine is a 2015 batch which I believe gets a bit of stick below in a few reviews but really I'm happy with this. Also mine is the spray only bottle. I can't remove the top to splash on like with the previous years bottles.

Totally awesome every time I wear it, mostly in the hot days, like today. I kind of missed it, since I haven't worn it since last Fall. If you are a Fahrenheit fan and want a softer version of it for the summer, well this is the right one to get and to wear, although after wearing again this Summer and paying more attention to the notes I would say this a different fragrance that the original, and that note of grapefruit is so nicely blended that makes this one very different and gives uniqueness to this Aqua version. I simply love it,

I managed to get a bottle a few days ago. At first sniff I thought Aqua Fahrenheit didn't have the Fahrenheit DNA I love: Lemon, mint, basil.. so, where did the leather go? When it developed on my skin, I got it: This is truly a masterpiece. The leather appeared and it blew me away. Aqua Fahrenheit is so well blended, after a while the citruses and green notes take a step back and the leather appears, subtle at first, and then keeps going strong, but not overpowering the freshness. Longevity and sillage are excellent, for me a 10/10.

Fahrenheit is a classic fragrance but it is also polarizing. It is very aggressive and wants others to notice you. This flanker has a similar smell, but is has a more inviting scent due to the fresh inclusions. The dry down is similarly masculine like the original, so if you do not want to wait through the originals harsh opening, go for this. I personally do not like the original but absolutely adore this one. I respect the original Fahrenheit due to its daring nature, but would rather wear the younger brother Aqua.

Had been wanting to get my hands on this one for a while since I love the original. Finally did and I am not disappointed. It has the heavy classic notes the original has, but not as strong. Instead the scent of violet mixed with citrus notes jumps at me. It then blends in very nicely with the smokey leather and vetiver notes. Projects and lasts very well. If you enjoy the original and do not mind the notes being refreshed to reflect a mixture citrus/Flowery notes, you'll love this one as well. I know I am.

Hopefully, this beauty will be on my shelf in no time--it might become my in-advance Christmas present! I tried Aqua Fahrenheit once, and I thought it was delicious, very pleasant, and easy to wear. I've been delaying purchasing it as I felt duration and sillage were not as noticeable as those of his elderly brother, but maybe it hadn't lingered well enough on my skin at that time; therefore, from my point of view, it deserves a second chance just because I know how great this perfume smells.

I love it. Amazing smell. To me, this smells like the cucumber-based Fahrenheit that I remember from my teenages plus very zesty and zingy citrus notes on top. A good designer choice for spring days, sillage & longevity is quite good for that genre. Perfect for summer time wear. It is a lighter, fresher, version of the original. And, it remains true to the original scent. It is one of very few summer fragrances that actually lasts. I enjoy it very much. Have gotten many compliments.

I've noticed my previous comment has been deleted. I tasted this fragrance again today - it's on sale for $60! Might Aqua Fahrenheit become discontinued? I hope not -, and I didn't like it at the beginning, but now I do...drydown is really impressive! This formula is a softer, citrusy, smoky version of the original juice. It lasts +8 hours on skin, and it's a great classy alternative for a night out. Rating: Fragrance: 10/10 Sillage: 7/10 Longevity: 9/10 Average: 8.66/10

Found this at a mall fragrance store behind the original Fahrenheit must have been sitting there a while since it’s been discontinued for years and they only asked about 120 for a 125ml which those go for 300+ now so I picked it up and wasn’t a fan with the opening but it drys down to a citrusy floral beautiful fragrance not so much like the original more in the opening but I recommend anyone whose a fan of the original try this if they can

Le fameux Fahrenheit est aussi sublime que la première fois que je l'ai senti, c'est vrai qu'il est ancien, mais il garde toujours son charme avec son mandarin, citron, vétiver... il est vraiment top à avoir dans sa collection et je le trouve des fois encore mieux que tous les autres Fahrenheit, le parfum, 32, et le normal. Bref, il tient très bien, les gens l'adorent et lui donnent de bons compliments :)

To all of you who seek for a dupe: there is a producer called Perfume Parlour and they managed to reconstruct some smells already discontinuated. With better or worse result. I found there amazing clone of Amen Ultra Zest - and AF, which is called Warm water. And the smell is pretty similar, with good performance. Ofc order a sample first, but I was extremely happy to smell this gem again

Yes this is awesome for day an night summer time, although my faves are still the absolute and original vintage version, but won't recommend for a leather gay bar, M7 and its kind will perform better ;-). Who said is not in the official Dior site? I just checked and is still there, before writing this comments, any how if is going to be discontinued, I have an extra bottle already.

This is a great flanker of the classic Fahrenheit. It has the dna from the original, but more aquatic and transparent but still very classy. The longevity and sillage seems to be great. Fahrenheit (original) is my all time favourite and signature scent, and I think I will add the Aqua Fahrenheit to my collection also to use on those hot sunny summerdays. A stunning fragrance!

A timeless version of a timeless fragrance, both materpieces IMO, once more DIOR shows it is a step above the rest of the designers, including gerlain and even chanel. an easy 9 out of 10, it does not get much better than this in every respect. a point deduced caused after 4-5 hours it becomes closer to the skin...but it still somehow manages to project and gets you noticed

I'd bought 2 bottles of Aqua Fahrenheit last year, but then I changed one of them for Givenchy Gentlemen Only, so I kept just one...two weeks ago, I went back to perfume store to get a second bottle, and the seller told me that it was sold out and that there was no chance to get it...I'm afraid Aqua Fahrenheit has indeed been discontinued...SAD BUT TRUE!!!

Nose Note #284 Fahrenheit is one of my favourite fragrances of all time, and this is like a gift for the fans. If you can't get enough of Fahrenheit, but can't wear it in the hot days, Dior sent you this. Amazing. The beloved DNA but made for the summer, YET not devoid of potency. 10/10 for the OG lovers. My wife doesn't like both :(

wow, starts off with the hit of citrus up front then soon grows into a new beast with the violet followed closely by the vetiver and mint to my nose, much like the original Fahrenheit after a while but fresher and lighter. cant stop sniffing this great frag. g.f likes this 1 also. one for the collection for sure.

as a huge fan of the original fahrenheit i have to say this simply amazing!!! Soooooooooooooooo sexy ,sooooooooooo fucking fresh!!!! @Idgitman Aqua Fahrenheit have been discontinued for quit some time now, have a 2011 and 2013 batches myself, absolutely the same in every way, stunning and unique fragrance, love it, sometime in 2014-2015 they were re-released with changed packaging and without splash option, performance suffered too.

I bought this yesterday,blind buy. This is a mix between Fahrenheit and Dior Homme Sport. After the opening and around 30 minutes you will smell DHS all the way till the end. I don't get the similarity between this and YSL Homme Libre. Projection:4/5 Longevity:4/5 Scent:5/5 Versatility:4/5 4.25/5

Francois Demachy has created lots of amazing and famous fragrances. Aqua Fahrenheit is another of his fabulous well blended scents. The blend of vetiver, leather, grapefruit, mandarin and violet is sublime. This has such a unique, mellow and beautiful silage - gorgeous - one of my real favorites.

@Coldgaze how recent you mean? I have two 125ml bottle batches from 2011 and 2013, both are absolutely identical. Aqua was a Limited Edition release, and to my knowledge last batches were produced in 2013. And now it is replaced with absolutely different and not so perfect Fahrenheit Cologne.

Being looking for this quite sometimes.An instant love upon the first spray. The first thing came to my mind is I need to restock this whenever possible. I got the splash version which considerably as rare I guess. I got the 32, Absolute but never try the original, guess that's my next hunt.
