Miss Dior Cherie 2007

Yes, this definitely has the original fruity DNA of the OG Cherie, it's just a bit more citrusy on the opening and perhaps a bit "oily" to my nose on the dry down - like as if the white flower accord possessed some tuberose quality to it. Not at all bad, especially for a batch from 2016, but a tad too sweet for a heat of the summer. Now, as I write it in the spring it feels perfectly fitting. Shame it joined Dior's graveyard of the tragically lost heroes. 9/10

Bring it back, bring it back. I have three bottles at home but they have very much expired. The memory of this sophisticated caramel fragrance lives in my mind forever. Please do a limited edition pretty please with a cherry on top. thank you.

Got my 2007 bottle today. It is a tester with the notes engraved on the side. In addition to the notes above it also says "popcorn", so it needs to be added. It is not very different from 2005 version, may be just a bit less sweet.

I just bought this perfume :) I LOVE it :D It's not too sweet but still romantic. There is a new version in stores but I don't like it so much. So I'm really glad that I have 100 ml and I think it'll last for some while :D

I bought this one for a friend by mistake,I wanted to buy 2005 version but when I found out what I received in the mail is 2007 edt I decided to give it a fair chance,I did so and I really liked it..this is something in between of miss dior cherie 2005 and 2011..not as girly as first one and not as gentle as the latter I get much more notes than the ones listed here,it's not only a mixture of orange,patchouli and some florals IMO...I can detect other fruits too,some sweet berry like fruits leading by strawberry..also a sweet note like caramel Miss dior cherie edt 2007,is a combination of fruit notes,juicy,fresh and sweet orange and strawberry..some very light floral notes in a base of patchouli..patchouli isn't earthy and rough here,it's well rounded with caramel producing a gourmandish chyprefruity..it's strong,delicious and sexy..versatile and compliment getter,youthful but also ladylike,modern but differant from watery floralfruitys or sugarbombs than are common in modern world I almost hate patchouli and fruitchoulis were never my thing but this one is a pleasant exception...however it's sweet,strong and almost sharp,there is dior's high quality and maybe that faint floral's role that adds a mature edge to this delicious fruitchouli which I like Although an edt,it has longevity and sillage of a edp,it last for more than 8 hours on my skin with an almost big sillage,it's really stronger than new miss dior and miss dior cherie 2011,and men tebd to like this one more,it's stronger and naughtier,also more mature and lady like in comparison with 2005 version My friend also liked it so we didn't return this one..I decided to find another version of this one for myself too,I like it's personality,a strong,sexy and cool young lady..it's wearable year round.day and night(except summer days).but it's better in normal weather,not too cold or hot..it's a pitty it's reformulated now ❤❤❤❤

This perfume is such an intensely sweet citrus fragrance! I do like it, its also well tempered by the patchouli note and just a lilt of lily-of-the-valley as a catch up chord. It is pleasant and gives just the right amount of staying power to command positive attention. Methinks it reminds me a bit of "Coco Mademoiselle" by Chanel, but since I was wearing this when I tested "Cherie" it's hard to tell, but some of the notes are similar, though "Cherie" is obviously sweeter than "Coco Mademoiselle" and the later has more of a rose note as well. Very good perfume from the house of Dior.

I'm not sure which version I have but as I don't get any strawberries it must be this one. At first sniff, it was a little sharp and full of hay - a familiar smell to me but I couldn't place it. After a few minutes, the light bulb went on...it smells just like EA Sunflowers with a little sweet thrown in. As it settles the orange comes forward but so far, no patchouli. I don't know...I guess it's ok but fails to wow me. I expected a little more depth since it's classed as a chypre and a little more pizzazz since it's Dior. Heavy sigh...

Just received this partly used from an auction I won on Ebay. I checked the batch number 75008 and it says that this EDP was manufactured in 2007. The juice still smells wonderful. A strong floral, but nothing overwhelming. Very light and fresh, but not weak if that makes sense. I could defintely see occasions when I would want to wear this. It's not in your face sexy, but it's still very sexy to me. I've also smelled the newest one, but I don't own it to make a side-by-side comparison. I'm pleased with this one.

I've never had such a beautiful perfume like MISS DIOR CHERIE(EAU DE PARFUME). NOW I CAN'T GO OUTSIDE WITHOUT HAVING IT ON MY BLOODY BODY. I LOVE IT SO MUCH

i really prefer this to the 2012 version why was it discontinued 3 I haven't bought the new one or any of it's versions

my ratings of this are according to the dossier version i bought for my mom, so bear that in mind. it's a bit strong and aunty-like for my taste, to be honest. i've actually gotten complimented on this the couple times i wore it, so it's not even bad, just not my personal taste. could be good for certain occasions but i hope my mom makes better use of it than i do.

I know this a terrible review but it's mainly just extremely sweet and fruity on me. When a perfume is as sweet as this is, I have a difficult time being able to smell what is under it (the floral in this case). I had someone else smell it on me and she could smell the floral but I could not. I don't get anything deeper (patchouli) that helps to tone it down either. Decent sillage and longevity (6 hours and going so far)

I first thought that Miss Dior starts out nice, but the drydown was really bad and stinky. They reformulated it 2011 and now the drydown is more like the beginning and lost it's stinkiness. Therefore it's more fruity.

I bought this one by mistake,the tester was miss cherie blooming bouquet but when I got home I found this one, and I don't really like it.

Ok, just to clear up any confusion I emailed Dior's customer service and they confirmed that the following is true: Miss Dior Cherie EDP 2005 was reformulated and rebottled in 2011. The scent was changed to become "more subtle and sophisticated". However, the name change in 2012 to simply "Miss Dior" EDP only consisted of a bottle/name change and NO reformulation of the juice. The 2012 juice is the same as the 2011 juice, but in a different bottle to reflect the name change. They told me that they decided to change the name "in order to build Miss Dior as an even more iconic and timeless fragrance and as a leading fragrance on the market". Miss Dior Cherie EDT 2007 was also reformulated and rebottled in 2010/2011. It was also renamed/rebottled to simply "Miss Dior" EDT in 2012, but the juice is still the same as the 2010/2011 juice. Side Note: In 2008, Miss Dior Cherie EDP and EDT bottles were redesigned with paper labels, but no change to the juice. The confusing part is that very similar bottles were used when the juice was reformulated in 2011. A good indication of the 2005 EDP formulation is that the sticker label lays flat on the bottle, whereas the sticker label on the 2011 reformulation lays in an indention of the glass. (I don't think this applies to the EDT because I saw the new Miss Dior bottles at Nordstrom and they do not have an indention in the glass.) Also, the new box packaging for the 2011 reformulation contains a pink circular CD sticker on the top of the box on the cellophane. However, Dior told me that the only way you can know *for sure* is by the batch number. I will let you know the batch numbers once they email me back.

I'm a little disappointed, for as much as i wanted Miss Dior Cherie the PERFUME, because i loved the notes - it had caramel and stuff...but i received this one by mistake i guess....At first as i was unpackaging, nothing bothered me, but minutes after, i realized i'm holding a different bottle, more square-ish, different bow...As i sprayed, i felt strong alcohol smell, then it slowly settled to a fruity-floral....where am i wrong i dont understand...I clearly wrote i want Miss Dior Cherie, and i got anything else... I like how it goes on my skin, it's delicate, but it has weak longevity and i'm definitely not repurchasing it...

Quite sweet, but quite strong in the beginning and had an excellent projection. As the top notes died down, within about 30 minutes it all of a sudden morphed into a lovely powdery caramel-like scent and I LOVED that! At that stage it’s still sweet, but more musky, even a little soapy. Within an hour or two it was very powdery, but for me, not a nice powdery smell yet I kept thinking of my Nan. Did she used to wear it? It’s quite expensive (cheapest I’ve seen is $80 for a 30ml bottle), so I think I’ll give it a miss. Longevity: Great!

Nice top note of wild strawberry with a pitch of cream which transforms into champaign flowers finally to end as Coco Mademoiselle. Somehow clumsy and awkward ending which spoils very fruity and innocent head. I have a strong impression of true copy of Coco Mademoiselle in the base note which leaves a thought that the nose of this scent just run out of new conepts and added to the well selling Coco M a fruity note to differ it.

I wasn't able to pick out any individual notes- just a soft, inoffensive, sweet, light, floral bouquet. As it dries the florals get even muddier and the sweetness becomes cloying and takes over the florals. Looking at the notes; I can understand the freesias and lily of the valley, for sure. I can pick up on citruses. But seeing patchouli listed was a surprise. Not bad smelling, a nondescript sweet floral.

HELP! I am in love with Miss Dior Cherie EdP, but when they changed the ingredients they added something I am allergic to. Can anyone please help me find the 'old' version? I'd like to buy everything still available, as it is like looking for a needle in a haystack.. The boxes have different, really tiny, numbers under the ingredients (0460/A = new, 01670/A = old). Thanks so much for your help!
