L’Eau des Hesperides Dream Summer Garden Edition

I absolutely love this. When I first smelled this in store, I didn’t care much for it. But because it was the scent of the month for Skins, the cashier sprayed the wrapping paper of my purchase with this fragrance. When I left the store, I just couldn’t stop smelling it - it’s very similar to the Lancaster SPF in water format, which is the SPF we used during our honeymoon in Singapore and Bali. I just had to go back and get this scent! It is sort of green but the immortelle really gives it a twist making it quite unique. My only disappointment is the poor performance. Still, no dispute, it’s one of my favourite fragrances from my collection!

Initially, I get a burst of lemon and citrus notes that have a sparkling, effervescent feel. It’s very fresh zesty; refreshing for a hot summer day. I also pick up notes of Mint, fresh cut grass, musk and wood. It adds the perfect amount of depth and warmness to this fresh scent. It smells like sitting under a lemon tree. I love the scent. This is a more citrus-leaning fragrance compared to the black-and-white cover version. The same family of green, citrus that is bright and super suitable to summer and spring. I honestly like this more than the original that's a little more spicy (?). Sillage, projection and longevity might be very weak but somehow on my skin it lingers on quite some times.

ЛУЧШИЙ аромат на лето, нанося его на кожу он буквально ХОЛОДИТ вас! Обожаю это ощущение на шее, спасение в жаркие дни. Очень похож на Oyedo в раскрытии, но по исчезновении мяты и яркого цитруса превращается во что-то нежное и деревянное, будто скорлупа грецкого ореха☺️

It literally says "limited release for 2025, featuring the original 2008 L’Eau des Hesperides fragrance in a special edition bottle." Same perfume - different bottle. Not sure why this is even considered a separate release. That said this is still a nice scent that fits nicely with this summer's orange trend.

I have this. I think only they change the packaging and the design.

The citrus smell only hangs on for the first hour, Afterwards I get a musky skin scent. Not worth the price imo and there are better options out there. First hour smells good atleast

Had to scrub this off my arm. Has a chemical cleaning products scent, so harsh, so unpleasant.

I think this have to be the best freshe out there. A masterpiece - and that peppermint note is just amazing!
