This is a skin scent with no real performance to talk about. The pure sandalwood base does smell calm, smooth and puts you in a spiritual state. If you are a collector of rare / niche fragrances, go for it for the novelty factor, provided you can justify the price. I paid for it and now wondering was it worth it. Shukran!

Mysore Sandalwood is not known for its room-filling projection, but most definitely for its creamy woodsy tenacity. This perfume has neither. A self-realised 'Sandalwood Addict', this release exemplifies how profiteering from hype works. OUTRAGEOUS pricing!

Pleasant Oriental chypre composition showcasing what is supposedly a vintage 36 year old Mysore Sandalwood oil. The perfume opens with citrusy notes of bergamot, orange and grapefruit. The heart has rose, slight tuberose and ginger. The perfume settles on the sandalwood surrounded by slight incense, tonka bean and vanilla. The main issue I have with the scent is the sandalwood is drowned in the citrusy florals and never really gets a chance to shine on its own. Many similarities to Rising Mysore also from the same brand. The unisex scent has moderate sillage and longevity. A bit too expensive as well. Enjoy!

Starts off with a huge does of citrus alongside the white floral. You can actually detect the shifting occurring, and citrus dying away and the sandalwood creeping in. By the end, it ends up giving me a bubblegum accord, reminding me of one of the Bortnikoff scents, the name of which escapes me now. Nice enough, just not for me...

No projection and No Longevity, Performance is hideous. If there’s Mysore in it no one can tell. Price is absolutely ridiculous. Not worth buying even at 1/10th the price
