Q by Dolce & Gabbana Elixir

Just a blotter test but immediately a love. I will be getting it. It is softer than Q Parfum (which I adore for the strong femme fatale aura). This is soft and velvety. The cherry is prominent but it is also gorgeously floral. The bottle looks great. It is not memorable but very cute-seductive. A little treat. If you loved D&G Femme you should like this purring sweety, too.

So here you go : - no proeminent cherry unlike other flanker of Q line (Q parfum) so if you thought it went further on intensity of it as its predecessors did, don’t be mislead it’s not the case here : forget cherry (not a bad point on its own) BUT.. - very basic : jasmine-vanilla and something a little balsamic and little boozy, with additional little amber. Absolutely nothing that would stand out from a cheap fragrance. - As per usual with gabbana’s fragrances (except for their new release of the one intense with Quentin Bisch as a nose) : here longevity / projection are also not good AT ALL. And i mean it, very BAD. Just take Q eau de parfum intense, add a little more booziness, amber and voila Overall not an unpleasant scent at all but a VERYYYYY BASIC one overpriced (180€ for 50ml!!), money grabber fragrance. Waste of my money and such a shame for Gabbana. Please try in a store I wish i had more to say about it, but there is litterally nothing to discuss here, except for how it’s feels like a scam for the consumer. BASIC, GENERIC, WEAK, cheap smelling
