The One for Men Platinum Limited Edition

Damn, Last review was in 2016. no one want talked about it ever since? That's a shame because it's a lovely spicy tobacco scent that is blended really well. It might start off just a little bit harsh, which had me thinking "I see why no one talks about it no more"...but after about five minutes it's true beauty begins to shine. You get a blast of yummy herbal citrus combo, it's also a bit zingy in a way that tickles my nose a bit. There is a spicy floral aspect about it, I am guessing cardamom and perhaps some type of a subtle pepper note. Not sure if I can actually pick out the exact floral notes here but there is something powdery floral. The powdery vibe is Similar to kenzo power. The zinginess quickly fades away but the powdered feel stays throughout the entire experience. Then amber and Tonka bean (even though not listed) come out to play along with their friend (Mr.tobacco) and a lovely tobacco it is. The type of freshly sweeten damp tobacco. Smells deliciously sexy. The only draw back of this juice is it's performance. Sadly, it is a weak fragrance, it is really intimate. However, sometimes that's what you need. This is a fragrance for cuddles and netflix chilling with your significant other. Not everything has to be loud, obnoxious and attention grabbing. Sometimes, I need a more relaxed cozy fragrance where I don't suffocate the people around me. Just saying 🤷

i love the smell. very beautiful with a smell of sweet bubblegum. only problem is the silage is crap and the longevity is worse. update it might be only me, but this had a metallic note that i hated!!!! made it too sweet and sickening. the longevity is still crap. i gave my sister the whole bottle coz i couldn't stand that note of metallic bubblegum. i hate this one. am sorry.

Dolce and Gabbana used to be my favorite fragrance house, but I'm tired of getting the same juice in a different bottle. Until Golce and Gabbana releases an intense version of The One I'm not buying a single thing from them again. I'm switching to Dior. They listen to what people are begging and pleading for and they provide what people want. Therefore, i have no reason to stand by Dolce and Gabbana, because at least Christian Dior cares about what their customers think. So D&G it's been real, but I have had enough of your fragrances that don't last longer than an hour. Christian Dior, HERE I COME! PS If you have read this and agree, why not switch along and come with me:) I'll be at DIOR:)

Sprayed this on my hand in a store about 2 hours ago, and its exactly the same as the original , its now a skin scent on me already. i was hoping this would be better or improved or even slightly different than the original, which is amazing, but it has the same poor projection and longevity. the only difference i can smell is in the initial spray, it smells sharper there's a sharp syntheticness to it on initial spray, but after that the its same fragrance in a different bottle. I advise people not to buy this unless you collect, if not, then save yourself some money and buy the original bottle which actually looks better now i have seen the platinum bottle for myself.

I have got a 100ml gift day before yesterday and i must say that i am very much in love with it like original One but again the heart breaking thing is the same, it doesn't last more then 1 hour or so, i mean what the hell ? why they doing this? They must do something about this issue on strict mode !!!!!!

Very disappointed with this release. If Stefano Gabbana did make the original, surely he could have reinvented this one. I did see this bottle at Neimans and its quite nice, but a cheap parlor trick isnt going to work. The juice is the same as the original!

This is a crap one, just sprayed on my wrist first time and said wow, and bought it without given a longevity test and complete disappointed with its lasting and projection... very very poor projection and lasting even you can't smell it if your wear it..

This is 95% similar to the original one, weird, what's the aim for copying frags?! Anyway I have and frankly it is nicertainly as its twin. The silage and longevity are average.

to Dior lover. I can say the same about Dior perfumes. Advice - look around. there are hundreds of unique perfumes from other houses.

Same as the original, just with a little more citrus up top. I'm not a fan of the original anyway so I'll pass on this one.
