Your Devotion Eau de Parfum Intense

Did a spray on my wrist at Sephora today and I must say this smells great! Very faint melon in the opening and eventually dries down to a creamy orange blossom infused orange sorbet, as other reviewers have put it. Unfortunately with all citrus fragrances you are going to get cleaning product comparisons. I personally do not get that unless I sniff closely at my wrist. In the air you will get a beautiful sweet orange blossom vanilla. Definitely on my wishlist as I love the bottle aesthetic as well, very Y2K. Still this is not the melon perfume I am currently obsessed about finding ever since I tried the Japanese musk melon on my recent trip to Hokkaido, Japan.

This has to be my favorite of the line. The opening is like listed above a melon note creating a fresh and sweet scent at the same time. I don't get too much sweet/ citrus like in the OG or anything similar to the OG. Fragrance projection was average for me, I believe only people in close proximity will be able to smell it. After several hours (+6) the notes that remained on my skin were the gardenia, vanilla and sandalwood. The scent became a bit powdery (nice powdery, not baby powder) and remained sweet. This will definitely be part of my summer fragrance rotation.

I really like this! just got her in the mail. She smells exactly like the notes! you get the cantalope for sure and you smell a lot of orange blossom. I think that it smells very similar to valentino born in roma ivory minus the marshmallow and with the added canttelope. If you like valentino doce viva or the ivory then you would enjoy this very much. It does not smells like commodity milk orchid to my nose at all. Maybe the milk part only. I will say I dont think I would wear this fragrance in high heat, but it works well for spring time!

This is a light fresh milky vanilla with a citrusy melon opening. It quickly drys down to a smooth floral vanilla. Very gentle, musky, like a skin scent. Theres barely any sweetness. Very clean and elegant, it smells just like how the bottle looks. I just wish so bad the melon and mandarin lasted more than 20mins 🥹. After that they are undetectable besides adding a vague freshness to the vanilla. I completely disagree w anyone saying “candied melon sorbet or vanilla ice cream” lol. 🤍🌬️🍦🥛🍈🍊🌼🌫️🪽

this is GORGEOUS. right when you spray it you get fresh juicy melon and mandarin which then opens up to that fresh orange blossom floral bed and a mouthwatering vanilla milk base. as it dries down the sandalwood comes through a bit. its not dry or dill pickle-y in any way which i was scared for. i find that the melon note stays around through the entire journey over the course of about 6 hours or so. this is just really well blended and im glad it stayed true to the devotion DNA.

I can’t lie I was sooo excited for this but i’m kinda underwhelmed.. where’s the melon?? You get it in the opening + citrus which lasts for about 15 mins then it disappears completely and you’re left with an EXTREMELY LIGHT milky musky floral vanilla.. (w barely any sweetness). this scent is so light I can barely smell it on myself.. i’m going through this travel spray so fast just trying to figure out wtf this is 😑

I'm shocked by how much I loved this! I was wary of the melon and orange blossom notes, but they work so well here. This is primarily a creamy, milky gardenia with vanilla and orange blossom supporting. Very sweet and airy, reminds me most of Devotion Intense from the other Devotion flankers I've sampled. But this one might just be my favorite.

Oliver Cresp is one of my favorite perfumers, so I was excited to try this fragrance. I already wear the original Devotion, and I’m so happy to add this melon-infused version to my collection. Some people say the melon note fades quickly, but I can still detect it, and it adds a fresh, juicy touch that I really enjoy ❤️

I really don’t get people ....some airhead said she didn’t know when she could wear it ...too fruity for the summer and too vanilla for the summer. Girl if you don’t wear it when you want. My god it’s a lovely fragrance and it’s beautiful. What an airhead. Just wear it !!!

It's very nice, airy, and fresh. The dry down is where it's at, but you must be patient. Its a good summer scent if you want something pretty, light, and inoffensive. It's not as sweet as the pink flanker. For me, I like this for an outdoor event or cozy baby shower.

The melon smells in the beginning so cute and then it eventually does fade the gardenia stays a lil longer then becomes creamy dry down is cute kinda sweet. I went to test it today and will purchase this is better than the peony pink bottle in my opinion.

Pretty, easy wear, and mass appealing. Such a lovely, soft, and bright citrus, juicy melon, and a creamy lactonic vanilla scent. Not very long lasting and mild silage but it’s a beautiful skin scent fragrance.

The best in the line! Beautifully milky, with juicy, sweet melon that’s noticeable without being overwhelming. An ideal spring/summer scent.

Oh she smells so beautiful. It’s like a velvet cream. I have My Devotion one and mixed together these are so gorgeous. ❤️

the florals are super slight and pleasant to my nose, to me this mainly smells like a very nice vanilla ice cream

[reposting to correct a few things] I love My Devotion, though OG Devotion isn’t really my jam. I can kind of sense a similar DNA between the three, but they’re more like cousins than sisters. I don’t know that it really needs to be a flanker, but it does get the benefit of the pretty bottle design, so I won’t complain. Your Devotion stands out due to the melon, no question. It’s fresh, sweet, and juicy—perfect for summer. She’s undoubtedly the star of the show. The vanilla is certainly there, but it’s a more airy vanilla rather than a dense cakey vanilla. There is nothing cloying about it, and it compliments the melon beautifully. The orange blossom and gardenia are supporting characters, adding a bit of extra dimension. Overall, it’s a very sweet, girly summer scent that’s not too heavy for hot, humid weather, sort of reminiscent of eating melon sherbet in a flower-filled garden on a warm sunny day. It’s very much giving “I’m just a girl” vibes, and I love that. Longevity is decent, maybe 6 or so hours. It’s not the strongest scent by a long shot, so you can easily spray a good bit without suffocating yourself or those around you. Overall, just a very cute fragrance.

The first spray feels itchy to my nose from the mandarin, but I notice the bright melon in the opening, it disappears fast on my skin. The drydown smells sweet but not cloying, inoffensive, creamy vanilla with orange blossom and gardenia. I can also smell sandalwood. Good for the day and for office (if not over sprayed). It has good longevity on my skin and clothes. A truly tasty summer flower gourmand. As for sillage... For some reason I think I’m nose blind to the devotion line. I have this one and Devotion Intense, I read the comments saying they are both strong with moderate sillage but I can’t smell it, only close to my skin. However, it’s not a bad thing per se since it’s a summer scent, but I like leaving a little bit of a trail. I also have the Only One Intense and that one I’m not nose blind to and I can definitely feel it filling up my room. Curious.

I just finished my travel spray of this & I liked it enough. I would get a bottle, but only if I find it... affordably. The price point for this is ridiculous for the quality. The melon is sweet and creamy, realistic. But...does not last. Much like "My Devotion", it's NICE but really doesn't go anywhere...I like both My and Your Devotion, and would do a small to medium bottle of each, but again, if they're CHEAP. These are not worth the price they are asking for. I do think Your Devotion is the better one, and has a bit longer 3-6 hour longevity and is easily layered, but again, just nothing wow wow here. Solid 7/10 but again...my travel spray being gone does not mean I'm in a rush to get a bigger bottle haha.

A perfumey smelling summer fragrance. To my nose it's a mix between Voce viva or voce viva intense and mont blanc signature or good girl pink can't remember the name. Yeah, swap out the strong citrus with a soft melon note. I own all of these but still want to purchase YDI 🤷♀️ There's definitely a time and place for this pretty daytime fragrance.I do pickup the Melon note, kinda get like a green honey dew melon. And it's girly girl for sure! *Not sure about projection or longevity yet will update *

Received a free mini with a Sephora purchase, and I must admit I like Your Devotion more than My Devotion. The opening smells like a cross between Montblanc Signature and Sand + Fog Marie (which is a dupe for OG Devotion). I agree with others in that the melon note fades quick, but you're then left with a beautiful and creamy citrus vanilla scent. This would be a love for me if performance was stronger/better. It doesn't last long at all.

This isn't groundbreaking and I wouldn't pay top dollar for it BUT it is inoffensive, sweet, and fresh. The melon note isn't too synthetic or syrupy. My issue with the OG Devotion was that the candied citrus reminded me of winter while the rest of the notes were clearly trying to be more suited to summer. Your Devotion, to my nose, makes way more sense of you are looking for something slightly tropical for spring or summer.

Just a blotter and skin test. It is so gentle! Nowhere near Devotion or My Devotion strength. It is transparent. Cute, milky. I wasnt sure about melon milk combination but it works here. The melon is rather subtle, lifts the scent and makes it refreshing despite the milky, creamy notes. It is innocent, very ivory as in without much character, but very pretty. This should be perfect the whole year.

This is incredibly sweet. The combo of bright juicy fruit and white florals slightly remind me of kayali eden plush pear. Normally I’m not a fan of a melon scent but this smells more like ambiguous sweet summer fruit with a strong white floral and a creamy vanilla. I can see why people are going to like this, but I don’t think it’s for me. It’s too cloying for 100° Texas weather right now.

It’s an interesting combination of a fresh juicy melon and vanilla but I don’t see how and where you would wear this fragrance. It’s too fruity for cold weather and too vanilla for summer. Maybe summer nights could handle it. Longevity compared to original Devotion is weaker. Not bad.

This is great! Milky, creamy, smooth. Elegant, feminine and relaxing. Doesn’t remind me of the original but it is ok, it’s a very pleasant and sensual fragrance. Sweet but not sickening, has almost a body lotion feel. Thumbs up 👍🏼

I tried this at Sephora , the opening was really beautiful its fresh and you definitely smell melon as it dries down you get more of the floral it has a bit of tropical vibe -unfortunately it’s very faint

Better than I thought it would be. The melon is subtle but noticeable. Would love it, but it very, very sweet. The frag has vanilla ice cream vibes 🍦 Not bad!

Funniest thing just happened. I just saw a worker at Sephora putting the unboxed bottle in the cabinet and I asked her if I could smell it. I know it'll be released on Sephora on the 6/23, I think. Anyway she sprayed it on a little strip and once on my jacket I should have sprayed it on my arm but I had so many fragrances I tested today Overall, the scent is reminiscent of sherbet, which I assume is the melon note. Following that, it has a softer, more gentle devotion to me. Though devotion can be quite bold and sharp, I truly love it(Devotion) I also just purchased mydevotion after thinking on it and trying it on for about a month. In loveeee , breath taking. I think mydevotion is very similar to devotion contrary to popular opinions. Your devotion definitely has OG DNA. And the dry down for me personally is very consistent of the OG. I did not wear it on my skin. I had her spray my jacket. And after about 4 hours it smells like a light trace of devotion. I don't smell any of the sherbet. Or really anything other than devotion, no melon. When I also am saying sherbet, I'm saying as in the pink and green from my childhood. Like that tub of sherbet. If this didn't smell so much like the OG. I would definitely purchase it. I'll have to give it another try. I'm not going to rush it. I'm sure it'll be available for a while like all of the others. But I absolutely will go to the store on the release day and spray all over my body like 500 times just to make sure I don't want it. Lol

This was probably my the disappointing summer drop of 2026 to be honest. I was EXTREMELY excited for this as a fruity/floral gourmand person who loves melon scents. Devotion and My Devotion are two of my favorite fragrances of all time. I was literally checking D&G’s website weekly for drop information. So it bums me out to say that this isn’t bad, but it is extremely underwhelming. The melon note is barely there, I get way more orange blossom and vanilla at first spray. Definitely giving dreamsicle vibes, which I like, but within minutes it dries down to a milky vanilla skin scent with the barest trace of melon and sandalwood. Barely any projection, no longevity. Unless my wrist is to my nose, I literally can’t smell it by hour two. It is a sweet, inoffensive scent and a safe gourmand to wear in the summer, but for the price point and given the lack of sillage or longevity, this is a miss for me.

Very milky and fresh smelling, like an expensive soap, I get a hint of melon for a few seconds and it's gone. Reminds me of Mont Blanc Signature with its creaminess. My husband said it was nostalgic of a woman's bathroom with fancy soaps. Low projection so good if you don't like strong scents. It's nice but ultimately not for me.

The most boring of all the devotions. Like if you boiled down the devotion DNA into its most basic form that all the flankers have in common and didn’t add anything else, this would be it. At least the original had some zest

The melon note lasts about 2 minutes then dries down to a common designer fragrance smell. The opening is beautiful but yeah, lasts like 2 seconds. Nothing wow, just okay.

Idk...glad I didn’t blind buy this. Smells very similar to Burberry Her EDT to me. The opening was nice but glad I waited for the dry down.

There’s really not much to this. The melon is pretty fleeting. The dry down has a nice, soft powderiness to it but it’s pretty generic.

Monte Blanc Signature IMO is better blended and lasts much longer than this fragrance. They are very similar.

This one is nice, but just kind of boring. My favorite from the line is still the original.

A citrusy vanilla. Dare I say... basic.

Hmm. This one is tough. The first ten minutes are honestly heavenly. Soft, creamy milk, a hint of clean melon, and a beautiful bed of white florals. I thought I had found something really elegant and delicate. And then it just... kept going. After the opening, I found it incredibly irritating to wear. Too powdery, too fruity, too clean, too milky. It's like the fragrance couldn't decide which lane it wanted to stay in, so it just drove across all of them at once. I will give it credit for longevity though, because I got a good four to five hours from it. I can see why people compare this to Montblanc Signature, but to me, this is like Signature's younger sister who desperately wants to be her. Signature stays fluffy, calm and beautifully smooth, whereas Your Devotion becomes screechy and messy on my skin. Fiancé wasn't impressed either. He pulled a face and told me it smelled like toilet air freshener. Harsh critic! 😂 I don't think it's that bad, but I do get a slight bleach-like quality from it, especially once the opening disappears. Gorgeous bottle, beautiful opening, decent longevity, but unfortunately the rest really lets it down for me. I'll happily pass my sample on to someone else.

The melon appears tentatively for the first 15 seconds, followed by a rather acidic citrus note, a sour green gardenia and not vanilla at all. It's too weak and barely noticeable. A big no for me

Disappointingly and truly just a general-smelling “perfumey” perfume. I wanted to love it, and I love all the others from the Devotion series, but this is just a huge nope.

I love Devotion, so I was excited to get this as a sample from Sephora. I'm a big fan of all things orange blossom. Huge disappointment. The opening is cloying and synthetic, and the dry down is pure air freshener. The sandalwood is really screechy and heavy on my skin. Such a bummer, I had to scrub it. It leaned super masculine on me as well. Reading through everyone else's descriptions I'm especially sad to hear the way others describe it. I must be an outlier.

This to me smells like an antibacterial kitchen cleaning spray. No melon notes, heavily artificial. I couldn’t wait to scrub this off my skin! I have Granita by Aziri which is the most gorgeous sweet melon scent that actually smells of melon. Don’t waste your money on this.

The melon hits you in the face like a brick for the first 20 minutes of the fragrance. Then it ends up smelling like the original The One. The Emperor has no clothes. Boring fragrance in a very pretty bottle.

This smells very confused. It tried to be both extremes at the same time, too Gourmand while trying to be too clean. Smells like disaster.

When I first sprayed this at Sephora without having seen any of the notes, I for sure thought there was a pineapple note. It smells like fluffy pineapple dessert, maybe like dole whip. I now see that it has melon and not pineapple but something about how the notes interacted smelled like pineapple and vanilla to me lol. Very underwhelming. It smells nice but very meh, like I cant see myself going out and spending $150 on a bottle.

Citrusy orange blossom, a bit more pleasant than the original version (I generally do not like Orange Blossom), yet a generic and easy to forget scent. It totally underdelivers when it comes to Melon and Milk. I bet nobody would even think of Melon or Milk if they did not see the pyramid. I do not think it'd be good for summer time in Sicily. My Devotion but with less flowers and more rounded. The melon notes fades eventually and with left is the same base of My Devotion, a little bit tamed. It is creamy and sweet, almost like a lotion. Not gourmand or vainillic, but sweet as in Montblanc signature. I don't have te need of having this one since I prefer My Devotion, but I can see how this may be more pleasant to a lot of people.
