DKNY Be Delicious Electric Loving Glow

Drydown: mega fruit-cake. Following the Si Armani and the LVEB Lancome tradition. Run of the mill fragrance. If you want to smell like a vanilla fruit-cake do buy it. You won't be dissapointed. oh, I hated this right from the start. Gourmand, nauseating and headache-inducing. With a sweet fruity juicy opening, some good amounts of sugar, a lovely floral that got lost in the development and praline nuances, it settles on the skin for about four hours and wafts quite well. This one I like the least from the Electric line. It reminds me of cheap deodorant smell. It's supposed to be fruity, but doesn't even smell a little bit natural. I can only sense pineapple note, other notes are just faded. It quite disappointing, I would expect more from Donna Karan.

24. February 2016 When i first saw them acid coloured bottles standing in a row on a shelve few days ago i was stunned! Such a WOW moment, they are an eye catchers. I rushed to try them all on a paper strip and there is where my excitement ends. As much as i would like to say i am also excited about the scent itself -i cant. By now i have managed to try them out several times on paper and skin both and here is what i have to say: This pink bottle contains a mix of dilluted puneapple and grape juice soaked in a violets extract, so it tends to become a powdery undertone in a while. But it is not a powdery scent, just a trail or hint of powdery violets. I cant see anything "electric" about it. Since violets are not my thing then i do not see me wearing this scent anyway. Quite linear scent. This one has a better sillage, than the orange bottle, which i reviewed earlier. Lasting power is very good however..

Apologies it's taken me so long to add this review and that's because the perfume is so forgettable I don't remember my experience each time I use. This is so fruity and powdery I am not sure what the plan was. I guess I am expecting it to be like the original be delicious so you can imagine my disappointment. I don't use my bottle often but I keep expecting a lot when I spray though I must say it lasts a bit longer than I thought it would and for that I give 6/10

I just got this as a birthday present (13-02) and I can't wait to use. My favorite fragrance is the original Be Delicious and I am sure I will equally fall in love with this. I shall update my review when I open the bottle
