DKNY Be Delicious Ice Pop Very Cherry

This was a blind buy for me and i’m pleased. i’ve never tried the original DKNY or any other flankers but this one smells super juicy and delicious. the opening has a candy-like sourness but creamy smell to it, almost like blue sour patch kids mixed with orange creamsicle with maybe even a bit of green apples. i can’t really find the cherry or lychee notes but it’s still a fruity scent regardless. the dry down has this sort of nostalgic smell to it, filled with candy goodness. i’ve been layering this scent with mod vanilla and it gives it a nice sweet cozy smell. i’ve heard the DKNY line doesn’t last very long so i was skeptical in purchasing but in my case, it lasts me well over 6+ hours. I’m still able to get subtle smells after hours of spraying it. it’s a nice day time and even nighttime scent after a good night routine if you want to smell fresh and delicious! if you’re able to find this perfume at a deal, it’s a steal.

So I bought the body mist for less than 20 Canadian dollars, I’d rather have the perfume but I thought it was a good way to try it.... It’s nothing special! Sadly this is nothing memorable, and it doesn’t even give me the summer vibes I was hoping for. I love all of the DKNY perfumes I’ve smelled, I have 5(6includibg this) and two on there way this week so I’m a big fan of the brand but this is boring, and I normally an all about fresh boring kinda scents but this is just too boring, it’s now a bathroom spray!

To my nose, it's a cherry scented bar of soap.

I think this is a sleeper. It's got the perfect cherry fruity mix with a fresh opening. Think a clean, fresh cherry body wash, then it's also a bit creamy at the same time. I get moderate longevity from this one as well. Not the best out of the 3, but not at all the worst. I think this was meant for layering. I could see a more dense cherry scent layering well with this, and again, more citrus scents layered with this would be great. I think this is a perfect clean cherry and musk, and I would hold onto this one. 8/10

Blind buy and regret. It’s super weak, plus it’s like semi sweet mishmash with a note of fart. It’s sweet, there’s cherry but it’s missing something or it’s just very plain and it should stay that way. I’m not gonna go into DKNY scents anymore. Edit: it’s super refreshing though and gives a nice feeling. Cherry note is very agreeable but still very plain.

A pretty fruity floral! You can smell the cherry in it but it's more floral than fruity. Cute bottle! I thought it would have been more of a gourmand scent but it is not, imo... and, it's not a juvenile scent either.

Fresh, clean cherry - more like a cherry shampoo than a cherry ice pop. I do like it, but it's incredibly weak and short-lived. It's more like its body mist companion than an EDP.

This made my heart smile. Such a bright happy scent. You really get the bergamot as it starts to dry down. I blind bought this from Ross for 25 bucks. Not bad at all.

A TF Electric Cherry-esque fragrance that should have been named more accordingly. Freshie floral soapy type of cherry, NOTHING at all like a Cherry ice in anyway; Like you swapped the Ginger in Electric Cherry with a bar of Ivory soap. I see why this newly released ‘Ice Pop’ lines already discounted on shelves at Marshall’s/Burlington/TjMaxx. As a lifelong Donna Karan fan, this entire new ‘Ice Pop’ release has been a devastating let down. Fresh floral type scent profiles clearly seem to be the focus of the line rather than offering the true refreshing iced gourmand experience they’re falsely advertising. 🤕

It smells like a fruity shower gel and candies at first it's a bit like Avon Wish of Love. A light, cheerful, fun, youthful fragrance. I wish had better sillage and longevity. Update: I've been using this perfume all summer so far and now it's starting to smell awful, heavy, too sweet, and disgusting to my nose. Months later, I think it's just a very basic perfume.

I'm normally a huge fan of cherry scents and the sweeter the better. So this should have been a safe blind buy for me. Well... I'm not getting cherry ice pop. It's a very artificial cherry scent, with a saccharine punch, but not like a refreshing cherry popsicle, more like a child's cheap play perfume. There's such a prominent plastic odor entangled in the perfume that I can't enjoy it at all. Donna Karan usually makes such wonderful frags that it's just surprising how bad this is to me. I need to stop blind buying perfumes...

Lucky find at Ross. I didn't know this was brand new! I am a sucker for any DKNY Be Delicious flankers. Maybe a nostalgic thing. Love the smell. It is very sweet. But I like that. Doesn't seem to last long or project well, but the bottle is super cute.
