DKNY Be Delicious Lime Mojito

To me this smells like a nice, sweet, freshly baked lemon cake - so freshly baked that maybe still a bit warm 😁 - and has lot of lemon peel in it. Fresh and quite sweet in the same time, but not heavy at all. Playful, lemony, sweet and fresh opening. It preserves this nice level of sweetness over the day, but becomes a bit more sofisticated and less playful, probably due to the musk and the wood. Surprisingly long lasting on me with moderate projection, after 8 am application I could still feel it on me at 10 pm. It was a blind buy, and one of the best blind buys for me 😊 I was looking for a joyful fresh summer perfume, this is a bit sweeter and heavier then I thought it would be, but still light and playful enough to be worn in summertime, but a bit more substantial then what I expected (which is a good thing). Surprisingly long lasting, which is very rare for summer scents (at least on my skin). Excellent for spring and summer. Not necessarily a safe blind buy though in my opinion due to the lemon cake characteristics.

I love lime, and Lime Mojito isn't exactly lime, but it IS strong, fresh, juicy, bitter citrus, which I also love. I agree with other reviewers that the dry down is less exciting. Just sort of a slightly citrus musky thing. I don't think this has to be for a certain age group. It could appeal to anyone who likes citrus perfumes. Juicy, tart, sweet, musky.

Imagine cookies with super sweet lemon filling - that's the one. It's nice, zesty, not too loud, sweet but not cloying, it's suitable for hot weather. What's interesting is my bottle looks a bit different (EU version?) - the cap is the brighter half. I'm sure it's original.

fun, flirty, naughty, youthful, summertime, lime cheesecake - or a scoop of vanilla ice cream with graham cracker crumbs and lime zest on top. this scent is so gourmand to me. i know there aren’t any vanilla notes listed but that’s what i get.

Definitely the beset smelling out of the 3. When i first wore it i could have sworn there was a vanilla note in it due to the wonderful dry down, but that must be the musk and honeysuckle. Refreshing and fun, my perfect summer scent!

А blind buy that turned out to be very successful. The aroma is wonderful, fresh and catchy. When it develops it remains sweeter, but again it is gorgeous. A great addition to my collection, perfect for summer .

Sweet, citrusy, fruity, and a little musky/ambery. Very summer inspired opening, but that musky (almost vanilla-y) background makes me think this might work in Spring and Fall. Lime isn’t listed and I don’t really pick up lime in particular, so I’m not sure the name is completely suitable. It has a sweet profile, bordering on cotton candy. None of the notes come across as particularly realistic. Luckily they aren’t overly synthetic either, somewhere in the middle. Has a very 2010’s designer/mall air about it, but a little more elevated. Leans quite feminine. Dry down gets a little powdery and musky. Still has a vanilla-like sweetness. Sillage smells better than up close. Doesn’t last all that long. Decent fragrance overall.

Nice sweet, citrus summertime scent. It has a very dessert-y vibe, like a scoop of lime sorbet next to a scoop of vanilla icecream (and yes I know lime and vanilla aren’t listed as notes!) If anyone knows Splice ice creams - it smells exactly like those. Definitely smells like summer daytime. I really don’t get much of a floral vibe at all. Reasonable sillage (projects enough to get compliments on it) and lasts about 2 hours.

This is a sweet citrusy fragrance. I’d say it reminds me more of key lime pie than a mojito. Tart and sweet with a touch of something creamy. It sits close to the skin, so I had to spray heavily. This would make a nice summer fragrance for a young person. I wish it performed better.

This is a poor man's Virgin Island Water without the rum note. Very nice. Not as fleeting as the price suggests either. I wore it to bed and still had a nice cloud of tropical lime wafting around me in the morning. Would be brilliant layered with something coconut or vanilla.

This smells almost exactly like kkw's sapphire diamond on me. The only difference is Kims is slightly softer smelling like blueberry cheesecake on me, and this one smells like piece of lime cheesecake. Besides that, I just smell like a piece of dessert.

It smells like the best key lime pie ever! The citrus is just right. After a couple hours it fades to a generic musk but the first 2-3 are really original! I WOULD wear this to a beach party. Sweet!

Have the eau de toilette, got it for a really great price at ross! Its potent and sooo citrusy, happy with my purchase

At first spray, I really enjoy this. Truly a lime, slightly sweet floral. As it dries, it turns into a clean, cool, musky, floral. I'm not in love with this....because of the dramatic change. I guess this is the kind of smell you would get if you were in the pool and got a brand new pool float. It's the scent of sunscreen, new pool float and chlorine.

This should be listed as gourmand. Smells like key lime pie. Not bad but not great, although definitely unique. It hit me yesterday after going to Chick-fil-A...this smells exactly how their Frosted Lemonade tastes.

got this as a super cheapy blind buy at the rack. my mom always wore the original when it first came out and I thought it'd be a bit of fun nostalgia. I'm definitely happy with the purchase! This one isn't super long lasting as noted by others but it's pretty and bright and great for splashing on when you only want a hint of something fresh.

So this one is by far the best smelling of the three. Its a creamy lime.There is no mint. Its nice but it has the same failing as the other two with no sillage or longevity. You would be far better off spending $50 on some summery body sprays at Bath & body works or Victoria Secret than buying one of these nonpreformers for the same amount.

More proof that you can't solely always rely to expect certain scent profile from the notes alone. This does not smell anything like the profile notes. This smells like a lemon meringue pie (obviously its not one to one, but it's in that vein). I'm sure some people may have said this already, but this is an instant cheapie gem.

For me it smells nothing like a lemon pie. It's very citrusy and sweet. The only thing I dislike is this underlying plastic scent that is very strong in the opening. It tones down after a while but it lingers in the background. Everything else makes this a really nice fresh fragrance.

Fresh and inoffensive. Smells a bit like green apple candy.

Minty and fleeting. So so faint on skin and clothes.
