DKNY Be Delicious Shimmer & Shine

I keep coming back to this. I feel like I shouldn't, it's like my secret. You know when you're like... pushing 40 and there's this fragrance you KNOW you shouldn't like because it's maybe too sweet or immature of a scent... but you... ...secretly love it. Quietly. I do. I shouldn't but I do. I stumbled onto this flanker because it was the only Be Delicious that the Perfumed Court carried and now I love it more than the original. I swear DKNY Be Delicious is the Nickleback song of the perfume world. It's been going strong forever and we pretend it's not great, but we're tapping our foot when nobody is watching. It is sweet apple and grass clippings with fresh laundry and summer days. It's comfort, it's youth. The drydown is heavenly with that sweetness into sandalwood and despite its status as a flanker to a cheap staple, the formulation is great. It's a silly name, a silly bottle, but a memorable and remarkable fragrance that should have it's own place somewhere.

Lemon and crisp, juicy apple. Fresh and appealing, even better than the original.

First spray was a WOW experience as it had a pleasent zesty blended lemon smell ( not as lemony as Light Blue) Bought it...( fortunately I didn’t open it!) and after half an hour the only thing I could smell was the lily! Had to return it, so dissapointed this awsome lemon juice was all gone! It’ s a fresh Floral scent for those who like that.
