Honestly this is very interesting! It opens a bit fresh, crips and leafy. After an hour you can definitely smell the wood.. a lot of cedar wood. It reminds me a bit of Tam Dao by Diptyque which I adore. This from DORSAY though its creamier and somewhat sweeter, especially in the evolution. The sandalwood adds a very harmonious and balanced nuttiness which increases by the hour. If you like Tam Dao and are looking for a version that lasts longer and it's a bit more feminine leaning, this is it (totally unisex though!!) Big yes for me :) as many of this house!

Lovely woody-spicy scent, unisex. I love that it can both be worn on the daily or for going out, as it is exquisite but not too extreme. Only downside is that it does not last very long. Long enough for me to buy it, but would recommend filling perhaps a 2ml tester to keep with you and reapply if you want to smell it throughout the day/night.

This fragrance is pretty mid until it gets to the very end of the drydown. So thats what important. The late drydown is HEAVEN. It almost becomes gourmandy and edible. This is the sandalwood doing its part and left to shine alone. Its like pencil shavings but in an amazing way, like words cannot describe how amazing it gets. If the scent got to this part faster it would be an amazing low profile scent, but that isnt the case, by the time it gets to the good part the perfume just runs out of fuel and goes away quickly. So if you want a perfume that becomes AMAZING 4-5h after you put it on, look no further. Sillage is below average. Longevity is about 6 hours Not sure how much it costs but its not realistically worth more than 80eur Scent profile: Opening and drydown 6.5/10. The very late drydown at the very end is literally so good it would be a tragedy to lump it in together with the rest of the perfume 11/10, shame it only last 1h at best. Not my cup of tea, but it is easily loveable, its serious, inoffensive. You can blind buy this, as theres no way youll hate it, but you will find it average. Ive also found that a rose fragrance such as LyricMan or Rose 31 take this on a whole new level. The blandness and almost dirtiness or this go perfectly with the soapy smell simple of roses.

The opening has a lovely fresh, green fig leaf note which is quickly enveloped by cedar and red peppercorn. In the few hours it seemed a bit a linear—much like Van Cleef’s Santal Blanc, but then it evolved into slightly nutty, caramel gourmand aroma that reminded of the dry down of Parle Moi de Parfum’s Comete Paradis—wow! The third act was a soft, creamy sandalwood skin scent which pleasantly lingered for a few hours. It’s an intimate fragrance — it doesn’t project beyond arms length— with only around 5-6 hours longevity on my skin, but I really enjoyed the olfactory journey while it lasted.
