Fruity Almond

I've never tried the original Good Girl, but I have used two of the flankers. That being said, I can't comment on how this compares to GG. However, just based off of the flankers I've tried, I can definitely tell you that Fruity Almond has the same kind of perfume DNA that exists in the flankers. That makes me feel like this is probably a pretty good dupe. There are some differences I've seen, though. If you've tried any of the GG perfumes, you know how strong they are. GG perfumes are heavy, long-lasting, and with great sillage. The two I've tried are almost syrupy, and they give off a jammy and deep scent. Fruity Almond is a lot lighter. Not as heavy, and definitely not the same sillage or lasting power, though as I'm writing this, I can still smell it on me, and it's been on for 7 hours. I would describe this as a grown-up fruit smoothie type of scent. The dry down is also very vanilla on me. The fruit isn't obnoxious, it's yummy and sweet. The vanilla sort of makes this mass appealing, but there is something musky in here that makes it feel sexy and not *too* sweet. I think it's the perfect fruity everyday scent, although I wouldn't wear this in warm weather. I think it works in the fall and winter. The other strange thing about this scent is that it stained my clothing. I sprayed it on my shirt before I left for work, and I quickly noticed several spots on my shirt that would not go away. I didn't think I was spraying too close, but I'm sure it could have been user error. I wish this was stronger and had a better lasting power. That being said, I do think this is a good dupe of GG. The quality isn't as good, but the scent is there.

Update of the update 05/28/24: I live in New England - where the summers get hot and muggy, and the winters frigid. I've seen that under the OG Good Girl, people have voted that this is a great cold weather scent. I have no doubt - but to me, the magic happens in the summer heat. I just took this baby back out for the warmer months... and I love it even more. I did try the A.L.T version of GG and didn't like it, and I still haven't tried the original. Updated review 8/27/23: I’ve done a 180. I am in love with this fragrance. It haunted me, despite my initial review. Within 2 weeks, I had gone and bought it (my first Dossier), and wore it all through July. It’s so feminine, and I just fell hard for it! Initial review 6/13/23: This is an odd scent for me. The initial few minutes is lovely. Then it abruptly becomes very dense and immovable (this is the perfect adjective that comes to mind - it just gets stagnant). Have you ever watched a video of someone cutting off a lipstick bullet, then using a small, stainless steel spatula to break the lipstick apart, then smoosh it and smear it, maybe mixing a couple different lipstick colors? This fragrance has an aspect to it that smells like what I imagine this would smell like. Thick, waxy, artificial. I want to enjoy it, there’s something there immediately at the start, it’s just fleeting. What is left is what you get stick with - because it did last on me. Maybe it’s just me. I have not smelled Good Girl.

My views on this fragrance has definitely changed since my first review. I originally judged it way too harshly. This is so hard to describe what exactly this smells like or certain notes in particular. I can say confidently though, nothing I've ever tried smells like this fragrance. It is totally unique and sexy. The more I try it, the more I've grown to absolutely love it. Women in particular compliment me on this. People who say this is weak or generic I seriously don't understand. Maybe they need to give this time to sit and deepen up. Everytime I wear this, people tend to say how far away they can catch my scent trail. I'm talking like 10/15 feet away. I'm not super heavy handed with this either. This is a slightly above average projector/wear time, but the scent trail is absolutely remarkable. Ten/ten. I've never experienced that with very many fragrances. This is one fragrance that I suggest people to give a fair amaount of time, it's really something special

Got this as a birthday gift for myself. I was looking for something a little more mature than what I usually go for and this was the right move. Never smelled Good Girl before but this is how I imagine it smells overall. Like a nice shampoo/chic/sexy/going out perfume. The lasting power is decent for the price. Not going to lie, this strikes me as feminine but slightly unisex leaning. It has a crisp, clean almost cologney or perfumey vibe. Then it dries down to a sweet(ish) almondy skin scent. I can just barely pick up on the almond and vanilla in the drydown but it's nice when I catch whiffs of it. The base notes round out the top and middle notes. I blind bought it on a whim but I really enjoy it. she is very pretty :) This reminds me of the kind of woman I want to be. She has her sh1t together and is winning in life but still remains humble and kind. Excited to try other dossier scents

I bought this at Walmart for like 20 something dollars...such a GREAT deal! This does smell similar to Good Girl just not as deep. This has a straight SEXYYYY VIBE! This is def a 3rd date type scent, newly single club scent, 1yr anniversary scent. Just pure sexyness! The Almond mixed the the tonka, cocoa, and soft hints of peach & orange blossom are just so indescribable! I really thought this would be just a bed time scent but no...I actually like this way better then it's counterpart. Such a good price, and great quality! Worth it, for sure! 8/10

Literally good girl!!! But cheap!!!! Florally with a very distinct Carolina Herrera DNA that I find similar also to good girl supreme (minus the jammy berries in GGS) I would reccomend spending your money on this instead of GG!!! It’s a lot lighter and the longevity is only 3 hours for me which sucks a bit but honestly I’d rather carry a lil bottle with me and re-spray than pay $230 for a perfume that smells the same and just performs better

This is a good dupe of Good Girl, but maybe a touch sweeter/fruitier than the original. Great projection and definitely a gourmand. The original Good Girl is heavy on almond in the opening and I don't get as much of that with the Dossier version, but the dry down is very similar and it lasts very well on the skin. I like it, especially as a purse scent (refresher) for days I'm wearing the original Good Girl. I give it an 8/10.

this is the one scent from dossier I was really looking forward to trying and they didn't disappoint. honestly this is better than good girl, and without the ugly bottle and high price point. i definitely get more almond notes from dossier's version and it's a lot softer, yet still lasts. it's sweet without being overbearing. this will be a fragrance i'll keep in my collection

Love the perfume!! I prefer it to the original because it's stronger and lasts longer (In my experience). I can put it on at night and wake up the next morning, go to work, come home and still smell it. It's sometimes even a little too strong for me, so I only spray it 1-2 times. Scent wise, the vanilla, almond and orange blossom notes are most notable.

I have not smelled Carolina Herrera's good girl which is what this was based off of, but I blind bought fruity almond as a gift for my girlfriend, and I absolutely loved it on her. Very addictive sweet scent that reminds me of the inside of a coffeeshop.

I looooove this scent. Originally I didn't enjoy it, but I've been wearing it more often and now I'm obsessed. From what I understand it's supposed to be a dupe...but I haven't smelled the OG. Anyways this perfume is sexy as heck.

Sweet without suffocating me with hints of almond, tonka bean & floral. Not a fan over overly feminine scents but this one is extremely perfect, would use everyday.

Once I get past the peach in the beginning (sour in my skin) it’s really pretty. I may like good girl more but for the price dossier will do. I only applied a few sprays to the wrist and so far enjoy this. I’d be careful not to overspray as this could get cloying for me. reminds me of mugler angel as well- they both have peach tonka bean and vanilla. I believe it’s the tonka bean that reminds me of angel. I found that fragrance cloying. This is enjoyable with only a few sprays on a cold day. I will try to use up my bottle this fall/winter.

This is a great "calm" scent for me, I either wear it to work or when I'm running errands just to have something on. It's not overwhelming but it does just enough to be noticed. The almond notes may be my favorite part, the fruity elements compliment it well. At it's price point I adore it- I purchased sometime in the summer and I am halfway through it, I feel as though I'll like it more in the fall! I will be exploring more into Dossier as this first bottle has impressed me.

I have Good Girl & Fruity Almond and truly they’re both a whole vibe I have to be in the mood to wear. Moodiness fits really well with this scent, she’s like a woman who will laugh with you one day, and completely discard you the next. Hehee no but seriously rainy Parisian cafe, hot chocolate & a sexy man’s cologne wafting to your table...that’s how well blended but nutty this fragrance is. I like the dry down better with the original. 🍭🍪🌹🍬🍬🥮⛱️⛈️

If you like vanilla but want something more fitted for summer this is a decent buy. It has a sweet floral fruity scent with a mellowed out vanilla bottom note. It definitely smells better after the dry down and it last almost all day.

This is perfumey perfume and I think they did a good job

When you first spray this you get the peach and the almond notes . When it starts to dry down it begins smelling kind of masculine like men’s cologne . I get this from CH GG and I thought that maybe this was going to have the sweet creamy scent without the cologne vibe but no, it’s actually more prominent in this scent . I think maybe the culprit is the Tonka ? Anyways it’s a pass for me . I really wanted to like this because it has clean ingredients and it’s much more affordable than the original but I can’t get past that masculine dry down .

It seems that with all of my dossier fragrances, I go from really enjoying them to disliking them at some point. After using half the bottle, I started to find this a bit overwhelming, and it just screams department store vibes. I cannot say why this keeps happening with my dossier perfumes, but I always end up picking up on something plasticy/nauseating after a few months of wearing them.

I haven't smelled the real Good Girl yet, so I can't speak to how close this is as a dupe. However, I can tell you that I don't like it. It's very bitter with an unpleasant smokiness, and no sweetness to help balance it out. The spices were also too weak to rise above the smoky bitterness that just would not fade. I felt like it was giving ashtray mixed with raw almonds and underripe peaches. It felt masculine to me, and if this smells anything close to what the real Good Girl smells like, then I don't get the hype.
