Gourmand White Flowers

I just ordered this one and I cant wait to try it! I am currently on the hunt for a signature scent and have been trying different perfumes for over a year with no luck. I need something long lasting & versatile because my weather goes from extreme hot to extreme cold. My husband loves sweet caramel on me(Gold Couture) but it gets cloying in hot weather. I really hope Gourmand White Flowers hits the spot. Update 2/13/2025- this is a wierd one for me! I really had my hopes up, then after the first sprays I had to scrub it off. To me, it smelled like a musty, moldy, patchouli-like moldy BO. Not good. I kept coming back to it every few weeks and still had the same reaction. Fast forward to yesterday 2/12 and tried a full douse again just for the heck of it. Let me tell you, either my nose or the perfume evolved because it smelled waaayyyyy better. Good longevity on this one it lasted 8 hours at work. Update 2/27/2025 I have completely fallen in love with this scent! Excellent longevity with a beautiful composition. Intial spray is fresh and powdery, then becomes sweet florals for quite a while. 4-5hrs is where i gets magical, and I am left with musky, sweet, vanilla-ey goodness. This is now my signature scent❤️❤️ I'm buying my next bottle now so it can sit and macerate for a while before I need it.

my mother ADORES flowerbomb but never bought it bc she hates buying anything not on sale, so i went and bought it for her over the holidays. when i was trying out dossier, i decided to grab multiple scents we had the originals for at home to double check how close the dupes are, and to my mom's surprise, this is SPOT on. we sprayed both of them on paper and skin, and we genuinely couldn't tell a difference at all. i think the dry down may be sweeter than the original, but otherwise it still lasted over 5 hours on us and smelled lovely. since there's a $100 difference between them, my mom ended up asking me to return flowerbomb and kept this instead. they've started selling this in walmart too, so i highly recommend for affordability/accessibility!

It has a soft, sugary sweetness (I'm guessing this is the caramel, which surprised me that this was a note as affordable fragrances w/ caramel notes usually have a chemical, almost sour scent, but this doesn't do that at all), a powdery note, and for the first ~30 minutes I get a good amount of the white flower, which I love, although some people can be sensitive towards this so I think it is worth noting. It dries down and keeps the sugar, powder and musk, I don't get too much patchouli or vanilla though. I think this one is lovely, very fluffy and girly, with a bit of sensuality, I think it's wonderful, especially for the price too.

This is my favorite Dossier scent. It's the only one that isn't weak enough that I use it as a layering piece. Initial spray is a complex blast of florals, then dies down to a patchouli gourmand musk. Like other Dossier perfumes, the top and middle notes die off pretty fast so you're left with the base notes and that's the main reason you should use any dossier fragrance. Good cheap options for layering. This has inspired me to buy a decant of Flowerbomb, potentially even a full bottle. I'd like to experience the genuine complexity potential that I smell in this.

I actually think this is better than Flowerbomb. Flowerbomb is a bit sickly sweet and juvenile, while Dossier’s Gourmande White Flowers is on the fresher, more grown up side. The addition of the tea makes it fresher and the caramel gives it a buttery sweet undertone. I read someone else saying that this is a more grown up Flowerbomb and I totally agree. It has insane longevity, projects but not too much and smells expensive. Everywhere I go people make comments that it smells like Flowebomb but better! Best $29 I’ve ever spent.

I blind bought this one and 5 others on last year's Cyber Monday sale. For a year this has been my favorite out of the 6 I bought. I never smelled Flowerbomb, so I had no idea what I was getting. It's sweet but not too much sweet. I loved it so much I went out and bought Flowerbomb too. I have to say...the Dossier version is better. It's smoother, longer lasting, we'll blended and way more affordable. I'm Not sad I have the OG now too. I think this scent will be with me for life

Dossier fragrances are mostly huge misses for me, but Gourmand White Flowers (along with Powdery Vanilla) are the only two I've loved and opted not to return. This smelled fantastic straight out-of-the-box. No alcohol smell at all. The opening is pure white flowers, and the dry down is an airy, vanilla caramel musk... not animalic, heavy or cloying. It's an excellent everyday, sophisticated gourmand that I think even the staunchest white floral dislikers will enjoy. :)

Beautiful scent, I've gotten many compliments wearing it. It's a flowery sweet fragrance very elegant and smooth. It projects about arm length. The lasting power could be better, as I place it around 3 hours on both clothes and skin. I recommend a travel atomizer for your purse so you don't have to carry the whole bottle around. 8/10

Love love love this as a dupe for Flowerbomb!!! I'll never buy that one again due to the poor performance at that price. This is a spot-on dupe with much better performance, and priced low enough to spray and respray as needed. Fantastic, a love!

Fantastic combination of florals and fruity sweet scents. Not too sweet, not too floral, just right. It is a clean fresh scent that I feel is best to be worn in the spring or summer. Reminds me of sweet pea from BBW, but more high end.

This is my signature scent! Sophisticated yet girly and youthful, and lasts a long time on my skin. I’ve never owned the OG Flowerbomb, but after smelling a tester version of it at the mall, I think this is a spot on dupe.

I feel like this is sweeter than flower bomb but I actually like it so much better! Only $30 at Walmart!! I definitely recommend if you don’t want to spend as much for the real flower bomb!

I have been searching for something to replace the 2021 Sensual Amber shaped hole in my heart. This is it! I don't normally get compliments on perfume but this I do. I can die happy.

I like this overall! Upon first spray, very floral-heavy, and remains floral, but dries down more caramelly sweet. Lasts long and projects well on me. 8/10

I used flowerbomb on one wrist and this on the other and I couldn't tell but a slight difference in the initial spray but the dry down is identical.

I absolutely love this fragrance. It's sweet and floral, with caramely undertones. I haven't smelled Flower Bomb but I do like this.

Better than the OG, in my opinion. This is a lovely perfume. Smooth and crisp at the same time. I am really enjoying this.

White flowers melting into caramel. Caramel notes stick around for the majority of the day. Really lovely for the price.

Ive never owned a full bottle of flowerbomb but I have multiple minis from when Sephora used to send them with an order (sometime in 2016-17) and to me this dossier perfume smells nothing like them . The minis of flowerbomb are just strong patchouli with a hint of flowers , every time I tried it I would have to scrub it right away , maybe it changes into something different after it sets ? Who knows? But I definitely don’t get what other people say about FB. The dossier fragance is very feminine but also sexy , it starts powdery and sweet , I can definitely smell the caramel in this but it’s not candy sweet , I don’t think this is cloying at all, perfect for spring and it can definitely be worn in warm weather . Edit : I couldn’t get out of my head the comparisons between FB and dossier and I pulled one of my mini FB to revisit . Something changed because this is not how I remembered it , maybe my taste evolved or the perfume got time to macerate. I still get strong patchouli at first but it’s not offensive anymore, then the powdery florals come through. I still don’t think gourmand white florals is a dupe, I can see the resemblance as both are powdery florals (it takes FB a good 4 hours to evolve into what dossier is at first spray) . In my opinion the dossier perfume is softer, sweeter and girly , more suitable for every day , whereas FB feels more mature , sexier , definitely a night time perfume.

I've worn this side by side with flowerbomb and while it is a lot more patchuli heavy, it is definitely similar to flowerbomb. I like to describe it as if flowerbomb was a cologne, or a little bit of a muskier perfume. I like it a lot, it doesn't last very long on me. Went through a bottle in a couple of weeks, and use this one to carry around with me and refresh throughout the day because you definitely have to with this one. Its not a spot on dupe, but its much better than other dossier perfumes I tried. I only got a second bottle of this because I had to exchange another perfume (and didn't wanna lose 11$ to shipping), but otherwise I don't think I'd repurchase. Other dupe houses have perfumes that last a lot longer.

In the opening I get sugary earl grey tea (I suppose tea + bergamot + caramel will do that). Then it's mostly caramel (a pretty good one, and I've tried many caramel scents) and patchouli, which is quite strong, but does not stand out as separate note, instead it makes the caramel earthier and lighter. I don't really get any of the flowers, but it does not feel purely gourmand, so it has a general idea of flowers, just not any particular ones. It's inoffensive and does not project much, which i find is actually preferable in most situations, would work nicely at work or school. Overall it's a really nice scent, I just wish it would last a bit longer.

I am probably one of the last few people who do not know what Flowerbomb smells like off the top of my head, thanks to living in a rural area with limited access to sample new things (we only have a Walmart in our town). I just wanted to see if I liked Dossier and, thankfully, this is sold at Walmart. As a standalone scent (again, do not know the original), this is quite lovely. The scent is sweeter than I would normally wear, I was hoping the florals would be stronger than the sweet, but it’s still perfectly pleasant and wearable. Great winter casual scent. I will certainly try out more Dossier scents from the online store.

Ive definitely gotten a few compliments with this fragrance. The first spray is very sweet white floral, the dry down is this wonderful caramel soaked white flowers scent. Id say it lasts around 6 hours, and by the 6th hour still catching small whiffs of it from clothes. I wore it so much the first month i now have to take a break from it. Definitely more of a spring and summer scent.

I wanted to try the dupe before I looked into buying Flowerbomb and I love it!! I like layering it with my Vanilla lotion and it smells divine. The longevity on skin is ok, but it doesn’t last long on clothes. I feel like I can wear it in any situation, it’s a nice scent to wear to work and school! It’s an instant mood lifter too. :) Overall, 7.5.10.

I have Gourmand White Flowers and Flowerbomb. When I'm wearing Gourmand White Flowers, it does smell like Flowerbomb to me. However, if I wear one on each wrist, they are different. Sisters, not twins. Either way - I am satisfied having the Dossier version. It's warm and delicious!

very bergamot. Smells almost like an essential oil. It smells simular to the OG but I much prefer the OG.

Very generic to me. Sweet sweet floral...the patchouli just isn't there. Not to mention, the performance on me is terrible. If this smells like Flowerbomb, I'm glad I never got it. Meh. It's just not my thing. Other ppl seem to like it, so if you like sweet gourmand florals, give it a try. But for me a hard pass.

I can honestly say I don’t like this. It’s blended beautifully but it smells identical to bath and body works sensual amber. The caramel overpowered everything and was borderline nauseating. Definitely long lasting. I went to bed and woke up still able to smell it like I just sprayed it. A little too cloying for me personally, but I can see why others like it.

This scent does not last. I've sprayed it on my clothing, my skin and on some items. I just evaporates.....gone. Quite disappointed given all the positive reviews and videos I've watched. I've tried a few other two other dossier products and experienced the same.

Smells cheap to me. Don’t get me wrong I loves deal and I wanted to love this. Sadly this and most of the florals from dossier gives me the feeling of the first body spray you bought at 13 with babysitting money.

Doesn't smell exactly like flowerbomb in my opinion. Smells more alcholy and generic and smells way more metallic. 5-6/10

Wow!!! This is very similar to the Dossier version of La Vie Est Belle called Gourmand Orange Blossom except this is slightly younger, less dense and less floral. The caramel here is very prominent. I love this perfume and it in no way smells cheap at all. I'm usually off put by some cheaper brands because there is an underlying cheap screechiness behind the main scent but I have not experienced this here at all. It's actually a very well blended scent to the point where me, the biggest patchouli hater, had to buy this immediately after testing. This is definitely not as strong as Gourmand Orange Blossom tho. Fades pretty fast Edit: The bottle I got that was right behind the tester doesn't smell the same at all. It smells like more of a men's cologne and is missing the strong caramel😢 I wonder if this is why this brand gets bad reviews, too much variation in bottles. Maybe it needs to sit Update: I sprayed it a few times and then waited a couple hours and tried again, and it's back to being that beautiful scent! Very happy with it. If a Dossier perfume doesn't smell right just let it sit for a few hours/days first before trying again

I'm apparently the only person with this problem, but when I tested this perfume, genuinely all I got from it was vanilla. The green tea freshness lasted probably around ten seconds, and then instantly afterwards it faded into a straight up sugary vanilla scent, like basically every other feminine perfume on the market at the moment. Super disappointing for me as a vanilla hater. Maybe it's just my skin chemistry, or maybe the sample I tried wasn't particularly well preserved, but I was thoroughly disappointed in this one. As a dupe, I personally found that Flowerbomb had a lot less vanilla in its DNA overall, but was around the same level of sweetness - but again, this could just be my particular chemistry or the sample I tried. If I manage to get my hands on a different sample of this to test again, I will update.

To me, this is spot on. I love patchouli, and on me this is like patchouli with a whisper of vanilla and white flowers. I've owned the og Flowerbomb, and I really liked it. However, for the price, I'd rather splurge on a more unique scent that the whole world didn't have. As a result, I opted for the dossier version once I finished Flowerbomb, and I'm impressed. I can still smell this on myself 5-6 hours later, and for thirty dollars I'd say that's pretty good. Overall, a really good dupe imo, but very strong in the opening, and can be easily overpowering if you're not careful.

I’ve sampled the original in the store and it’s on my wish list. I decided to try this Dossier version and I’m obsessed with it. I love a warm floral! It is an outstanding warm and incredibly balanced floral. It is SMOOTH but strong on initial application. I would dare say this might better than the original if not for its poor longevity. As mentioned, downside is its poor lasting power which is somewhere between 2-4 hours. On clothing it’s probably 3-5 hours. Fortunately it’s very affordable so I guess you can just reapply. I found myself reapplying 3-4 times a in a day.

This is the perfected version of Flowerbomb. It's sweeter, lighter and has this airy quailty that Flowerbomb lacks. Flowerbomb has this musky spiciness to it, this one has way less of that but smells prettier because its sweeter. This version is much more wearable for someone who wants to avoid smelling too mature/musky. Such a pretty fragrance.

This is a spot on dupe for flowerbomb. I have the original and I purchased this for my daughter because she kept using my flowerbomb and needless to say she's in love. I will purchase an additional bottle for myself because it's just that good

I adore this! Smells very green tea like at first, very fresh & citrusy, I’m not getting a lot of sweetness, definitely not getting any caramel, it’s just heavy on white flowers and patchouli. Gorgeoussss!

I’m not gonna lie - they nailed this one and I absolutely love it. Spot on gorgeous dupe. Buy with confidence.
